I just recently purchased my Sierra Sleep Manhattan Black Plush King Mattress from Ross, the Store Manager. The price was the best of anywhere I have shopped and he is extremely welcoming, there is no pressure. He truly wants to make sure you get the right mattress for you at the right price. Spent a lot of time with me going over different options and was very professional.

Ross and his team are great! I purchased a mattress that I thought was going to be perfect, I had promised my current mattress to someone else and was going to bed-less if I didnt get one quickly and Ross made sure I received my mattress the same evening that I purchased it even though it was later in the evening.Unfortunately after 24 days I realized it was not working so I reached out to Ross, went back in another day and picked out a new one. It was an easy exchange and delivered again in a timely manner. Im happy to say it is an amazing mattress and I am very satisfied with my experience her and would recommend Mattress Made Easy to anyone who is searching for the perfect mattress.

A really comfortable bed is important to me, and Ross patiently went through all my options, and helped me pick out the perfect bed for my needs, and at a very reasonable price. Today had been my quest for a new mattress. I tried 5 different stores (big name, furniture, mattress-specific, etc.) in the Roswell area before I ended up in Mattress Made Easy. The selections of mattresses this store had was plentiful, with something for everyone based on comfort or price. Wanda, the saleswoman I worked with, was friendly and amiable. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She understood my needs and limits and never pressured or hovered. She went the extra mile to help me make a decision and I am thankful for the wonderful experienced I had at Mattress Made Easy.

It was only by chance that my husband found this store but its one of the best chance encounters ever. From day 1 we have received excellent customer service . Ross listened to our needs and our concerns and not only recommended products that fit our needs, he ensured that we got a quality product within our budget. Me being 9 months pregnant and very picky about what I find comfortable was no issue. Ross was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to make a sale but instead he took the time to educate and inform us based on our needs. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the products are superior. If ever in the future I need to purchase a bed again then I will most definitely be returning to mattress heroes. Exceptional customer service from the door. We were greeted by Wanda...she was very knowledgeable, very polite and personable. The prices were very reasonable, however, it was the experience that made it all worth the while. There was absolutely no pressure, no pressure, no pressure. I just want to let every one know how excited I am to tell my story. My husband and I stayed in a cabin in Blue Ridge Ga. We sleep on the most comfortable bed ever. I wanted this bed so bad but we could barely find any info on it. After doing a lot of research we came across a # which lead us to Chip a Regional distributor who got me in touch with Ross the owner of this store. After calling Ross just one time he took my word that I was driving to Roswell to buy this KING size mattress. With only my word over the phone Ross ordered it. It took a few weeks to get the call that he had gotten our bed in. Come to find out these mattresses are hand crafted by the Amish in Tenn. We arrived at Mattress Made Easy on Sunday Jan 21st and was so kindly greeted by Wanda. She was so sweet and kind to talk to. Thank you so much Ross and Wanda for making this experience so wonderful. This place was amazing! I needed a bed the same day I was looking. I had a very uncomfortable bed at home that was a family bed from several years ago, and I decided I couldn’t go another day. Ross felt my stress and wanted to help me. He showed me beds within my price range and they were better than I ever imagined I could afford. Mind you, I’m a 23 year old girl.. so not much in the wallet. I ended up with a BEAUTIFUL BeautyRest bed that was soft but firm.. my dream bed. He also got it delivered that night so I wouldn’t have to deal with my awful bed anymore. His delivery guy fit in an extra stop just for me and brought in my new bed. This place sets up beds and bed frames. Also for those of you who hate setting them up.. their delivery charge is less than half of big business places. They also for an extra 15 dollars took my old bed away for me! I can’t say this enough... DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Ross will HOOK YOU UP!! And he also will has really yummy coffee there! And the most wonderful pillows! And MORE!

Wife and I had a great experience. Its tough to find a good mattress. We are indecisive and have a goldilocks and the 3 bears syndrome This mattress is too soft and this mattress is too hard, but this one is just right. The staff was understanding and let us test several mattresses. It was a non-pressure situation. They let us test the mattresses and even put on some soft music for us to get comfortable. We went back several times, and every time, we were met with a smile and a no hassle situation. Very different from most mattress store. I would recommend this place.

Easily the best customer service experience I have had since my last chick-fil-A run😂! But seriously, we walked into MME expecting the same ol’ nonchalant sales pitch, but then we got Rich!!!!! He gave us 2hrs of his time, encouraging us to take our time and lay on each bed for no less than 15minutes, eyes closed and all! He walked us through each bed, answered our questions, asked us questions, told us funny stories in between. The whole shebang! Rich is a real life rock star!! He made our shopping experience both informative and exciting, and we walked out of MME very satisfied with our purchase! Definitely going to recommend MME to anyone looking to purchase a mattress! I just want to express how very pleased with the service and product with Matress Made Easy in Roswell. Wanda was very pleasant and very knowleadgable in helping me select the right mattress and frame. She was also a great help in getting the financing as well. Its very enjoyable to go into a store and have a no pressure sale environment and have the staff be friendly and very helpful. Ross the owner was also very helpful in keeping me within my budget. I would recommend anyone to go by this location if you are in need of replacing or looking to buy a mattress and box spring....

Had an amazing experience with mattress made easy— they were extremely knowledgeable when I was picking out a mattress and the owner, Ross, personally delivered the mattress to my apartment the next day & set it up because the delivery company they use was booked. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Ross was very helpful and eased my concerns from weeks of matttess research and browsing at other stores. The prices were lower for comparable products at other stores, plus he actually took the time to help me, instead of just pushing a product on me. The true test for these mattresses is always how they hold up in the long run, but all of their products are covered under warranty. I am very pleased with the service and mattress I received, and I’m glad Ross made this annoying process a lot more simple.

My husband and I decided to support a local business instead of ordering a bed online. I ordered the foam mattress and as soon as it was unwrapped knew it would not be the right mattress for us due to the barely 8. I wanted to return it that day and was told there was no warranty. Even a bed in a box has a 100 days. Im dissappointed, and had to spend another $200 for a 4 topper. Im still not loving the bed. Only advice is there should be some kind of guarantee and BUYER BEWARE! We were anxious for a bed and some how missed the no guarantee. I would not buy a bed from Matress Made Easy without knowing those facts.
