Instant Imprints is an experience. The kind you want to have, but only dream of. I hired them to provide advertisement on my 26ft box truck. Bryan and his team has always taken care of getting our brand known. Weve had all of our employees company shirt embroidered by them and they always came out perfect! Its a technical logo and we are very picky, they still made it look flawless and every style and fabric of shirts Ive chose to have them brand for us. Weve also created Stainless Steel Drink mugs with our logo on both sides and they make us look great. Our clients always ask where did you get these!? when we hand them one. I cant say enough great things about their service and quality of products they provide to make us shine! THANKS GUYS!!

Worked with. Bryan totally remotely. Used email and texts to discuss embroidery on a hoodie, location, size, font, etc. The result was great. Exactly what I was looking for. I’d never ordered embroidery before but he made it easy. Reasonably priced, too.

Our shirts and matching caps look so professional, and the logo colors really pop! They have been a great marketing tool for our business. Additionally, Instant Imprints offers excellent customer service and dependable turnaround time. We continue to bring our business there for these reasons. We love supporting this local business!

Instant Imprints did an amazing job producing T-Shirts for my companys National Sales Meeting. They were extremely responsive and produced the t-shirts quickly to meet my deadlines. Bryan, the owner, provided me personalized attention - allowing me to swing by the store to look at various options for t-shirts as well as do a press check if you will to ensure I was happy with the placement of the graphics. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was due to the fact that the larger print runs ink saturation was not as rich as I recalled the press check version being. However, this was understandable given the rate at which they quickly printed and turned around the order for me. I would use them again for sure.

I needed some shirts made last minute for my sons coaches and after calling around with no luck I asked if they could have have 5 shirts done in less then 2 days and yesssss they came through!!!!! The coaches loved their shirts and I was so excited. I will be using Instant Imprints for all of my print jobs going forward! Oh and did I mention the prices are AWESOME!!

I ordered a couple of spirit wear items from here through my daughter’s school. Unfortunately, there was an issue with me receiving my order because of my apartment complex (which ended up turning into a nightmare). I called the store and Bryan helped me with the whole situation, even though the fact that I didn’t received my items was not their fault at all. The customer service I received was above and beyond. I would 100% recommend this store for their amazing customer service and great quality products.

Ordered a batch of shirts and were ready before they said they would be. Needed one more (because I mistakenly forgot someone’s shirt) and they made me one more with no problem at all. I will be using them again! Highly recommend

Its simply a pleasure to do business with Anna at the Roswell Instant Imprints store! Shes very knowledgeable in the business and very attentive to her customers. We received our order of t-shirts promptly, and it was perfect -- precisely what we needed. And since it was for my organization, there were some paperwork hoops to jump thru in order to process the payment. There were some delays on our side, but Anna was patient and cool while working with us.

They open and close whenever they feel like it against the hours that they say. Don’t update you when your stuff is ready. I’ve ordered from them multiple times WITH PLENTY OF PATIENCE and can’t even get an update on when my stuff is ready. The last batch that I CANCELED, they said would be done on a certain day come to find out they haven’t even been working on them until the day they are we’re suppose to be done and I get an email saying that I have wait another whole week after waiting two weeks already. With no update on why my shirt weren’t being made. Terrible Customer Service they do things when they want to and how they want to not taking into consideration of others. Not to mention, when you confront them about their wrongdoings they give you attitude. I wasn’t offered compensation or anything for giving me false dates about when my product was going to be finished & I get terrible attitude to go along with it.... WITH NO SHIRTS.All these reviews are fake.

Extremely satisfied with the shirts that were completed for me at Insta Imprints in Roswell. I would definitely suggest anyone to head that way if they are looking to get some shirts embroidered for their business or anything else.

Very poor unprofessional service... No artistic input. Did not deliver on any of its original suggestions. Graphic started pealing off in 3hrs. Hopefully I can get the part thats still left on it off and go to someone else.

Horrible costumer service, I never received my digital rough draft I paid money for a design that I never actually recieved then it seemed like I was expected to spend money on the shirts without having any idea of how they would look. Might I mention I would have had no problem paying the money if I had known how my product would look. When I tried to contact the person I had been talking to he stopped communicating with me all together a week later still havent heard from him. My deadlines were not met i am very disappointed considering I had plans for these shirts (obviously) and I never recieved a refund for my design nor got the finish product rough draft (front and back) of the design.
