I live in NC and it was the best deal by far I found for the particular vehicle I was looking for which was a 2018 Audi SQ5. Let me just start by saying if you are looking for a new car, you definitely want to check out Chris at Gravity Autos Alpharetta. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!!! Never have I met a car salesman so genuine who wants to do all he can to exceed your expectations and go above and beyond to give you a really good deal. Chris was very helpful and never made me feel like I wasnt important because I was not standing there with money in my hand. I felt as though I mattered even though he didnt even know I was a serious buyer. I did make it up there about 20 minutes before closing time. Chris stayed over and did everything in his power to work out a great deal. I left with one of my dream cars at an excellent price and even though I was happy with the deal, after I left he continued to try to get me an even better deal. I went back this weekend and got an even better deal that included a warranty and much lower interest rates. He is genuinely good person and will definitely go above and beyond what is expected these days. I would definitely recommend not only Gravity Autos but Chris as your next sales person to anyone looking for a car.

Poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend speaking to the bald guy “Tory” for anything, and definitely wouldn’t do service with anyone in the building. I’d rather go to another dealership for genuine service. Tory has tried manipulating me for everything to keep my new car I got approved for, I was also continuously begged to change my original review & was bribed a gas tank fill up ticket by Tory to change my original review into a good one that I didn’t feel was genuine and they turned around profiling me & sold me a lemon car and didn’t care to fix it & I sadly had to call my own tow trucks after my car broke down 10+ different times within 32 days of owning the vehicle.

Have any vehicle you purchase from here look at the body panels hook up to the obd system this place erase codes have body work done and dont tell the customer! Then try to upsale you on Cars for more money. Credit, debt to ratio they prey on that want(need) they make it seem like they are helping you please watch your purchase from this company. I watched them cut the resonator off a G wagon who does to a 200k car

BEWARE!!!! This is not where you want to do business. I went in to test drive a pickup truck. After giving a copy of my license and information I get the keys to look at the inside. I told the guy since you have my information, I want to take it for a test drive. He said one moment.when he return he said before I test drove it he has to know how we are going to finance it--through their company, my own bank or paying cash. I told him that I would not be financing through them and I have my own funding. He said he need to run an application or see proof of funding before I can test drive it. I asked why would I let him do a hard pull on my credit when Im not financing through them. He said that is just the way it is. I asked to speak to the manager. The owner came down to speak with me an said that him insurance only covers up to 50k and since the vehicle is over 50k I needed to use my own insurance to cover it if Im in an accident or I need to do a credit application. At this point, this is laughable and insulting. I asked: so you have Cars on your lot that arent fully insured? What about if there is a disaster or they are stolen? He just continued to say that just the way it is. I got the point he was making.

For the kind of money you’re spending onLuxury cars go to another Gravity location like Marietta because Roswell definitely won’t give you high end service. The car we purchased was poorly detailed, low to no gas and the emission test wasn’t even completed on the vehicle. We had to get a loaner car for some other service to be done and the loaner they provided had no AC didn’t, the car leaked water from the front or from sunroof, cigarette butts were in the car door and it smelled like mildew. The customer service is horrible - we had to continue to call them for status updates on our vehicle - if I could return the car and purchase from Marietta location I would...

I have purchased 8 cars from 8 different dealerships ever since I started driving (14 years ago) and was never as happy with my purchase as I am with this purchase from Gravity Autos. I only gave 1 star because zero stars were not available. My experience despite the other reviews were horrible. I had spoken with the internet sales representative prior to visiting the dealership. I had informed him of what specific vehicle I was coming to see which was the Audi q5. He insisted that I come out the day and informed me that the cars were selling fast. I left work to make it there only to find out by another sales representative that the car was not even there that it was on loner. He then proceeded to tell me this was not a good car and he would not want to sell it to me. I think that is absurd. Why have cars that you dont recommend anyone to buy? I did speak with Chris and they were all playing the blame game. The appearance of the dealership is nice but the customer service in my opinion is horrible. I wasnt greeted upon arriving and I suggested to them if someone has an appointment the car should have been out front. Had anyone checked and done that then I could have saved driving an hour to see it only to be disappointed.

I called and called, no one answered the phone.They never sent my car registration. I purchased a vehicle on early May and they didn’t do the paperwork until after I contact so many times on June 10th, then they sent it to the state I no longer live in and I informed them that multiple times before the paperwork was even done. I know it’s possible to have your car registration sent to a different state, my dad has done it several times and it was obvious they didn’t want to do the paperwork again. They should’ve done their job in the beginning. Had to Fedex another temporary tag because the one I had would expire in 8 days. I will never ever purchase a car from out of state again and the bad part about it is that I went it person to get the car and everything went well but I don’t know what changed!!!
