I have been driving Land Rovers for 20 years and Bear Valley is the best place in Atlanta to take your Land Rover for service or repair. The guys running it are the same people that maintained my vehicle at Land Rover North Point two decades ago and they really know their stuff. They’re great people and provide great service at a fair price.

I have gone to other places to services my Range Rover and I have been taken advantage of for sure! I can tell you after using Bear Valley I will not be taking my Range Rover anywhere else. Very professional and honest! Prices are crazy good! Just trust me and don’t go anywhere else. They have already quoted me for when I need tires and it’s as cheap as a discount tire as well for quality tires.

I took my 2011 Range Rover supercharged to bear Valley after several other shops looked at it and gave me outrageous pricing to fix my car. I realize these are expensive cars to fix, but I felt like pricing was through the roof. Brett and Whitney have been great and patient with me on trying to make a decision whether or not to repair my Range Rover In the most cost effective manner. in the most cost effective manner.I had some maintenance work done here and it was affordable efficient with great communication. We’re still working through the transmission solution but they’ve been awesome to work with. I highly recommend the shop!

Such a relief to find such honest and hardworking mechanics! Brett and David are wonderful! They WANTED to find the reason my car was making a strange noise, and once found, fixed it without even charging me (the dealer would have charged money per hour to simply look at the vehicle). Turns it it was a screw rattling around. My car is now fixed, and driving better than ever! I bought tires from them as well, and their price was similar to Costco. A+++++ in my book. Awesome service. My 2019 Range Rover hit the 1 year mark. The dealer wanted $700 to service it. Bear Valley said that based on my mileage all I needed was a $180 oil change. Even when my mileage is high enough to require the full service, Bear Valley can perform the service at a significantly lower cost then the dealer. All the guys have worked for Range Rover for years. Not sure Ill ever go back to the dealer. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and far lower cost. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, Whitney took care of me. I got my car in after it stopped me on the highway exit and in few hours Whitney called with details of what is wrong and a summary of the cost. I was expecting an amount 3x more than what the cost to fix the issue. My car was ready in less than 24 hours. Thanks Whitney! I will see you soon for oil change. Did great work, very easy to work with and they explain everything thoroughly. Definitely dont get the sense they are honest about the work they are doing and arent overcharging on small things.

Bear Valley Service was Awesome!! My 2012 Range Rover was not recognizing either of my smart key fobs. I put in new batteries and placed fobs near the sensor but that did not work. I called 2 Land Rover dealers nearby, one never returned my call and the other had no clue what to do. I then called a trusted local service station in my area that does not work on land rovers and they referred me to Bear Valley. After two days of my car sitting in the office parking lot, I called Bear Valley. They referred me to their towing partner (Alpha Towing - highly recommend as well), the car was promptly towed, diagnosed as needing a factory reset and ready within a few hours. Bear Valley will be my go-to service provider from now on. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable company. Thanks Again!!

Brett and his staff do great work at a reasonable price. No one buys a LR because they have inexpensive maintenance costs. But, Bear Valley makes driving a LR a little more tolerable on the wallet. I have used them for years and will continue to take my LR4 to them for service.

I have been taking my Land Rover to Bear Valley for 5 years. They always fix my Land Rover quickly and inspect it thoroughly at reasonable rates. Brett & David were AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable with ALL ROVERS! They diagnosed my car quick and had an estimate back to me in no time. I approved the work and they had my Discovery back to me the SAME DAY! A bunch of stuff too (door latches (both sides) bulbs, lamps, keys, etc.) I wish I found these guys earlier. It would have saved me from all the over charging I experienced at the Dealer. Anytime I need anything done with my Discovery Ill definitely be coming back to see them.

I bought my first Land Rover (used 06 LR3) last year and bought it not knowing much about LRs. I made the mistake of taking the car for inspection at local shop that wasnt a LR specialist. I purchased the car and turns out that there were a lot of problems with the car. The lower control arms needed to be replaced and the air suspension was faulty (among other issues). But after getting referred to Bear Valley from a friend and getting everything repaired – the car runs so smoothly. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else and they do their best with getting everything done right and at a reasonable price. Truly pros at what they do.

My 01 Disco needed a lot of work. Like most Rover owners, I love my truck, but I had taken it to some other mechanics before coming to Bear Valley. Mistake! I took it to Brett and now shes purring like a kitten! Brett was absolutely fabulous and their service, communication, and quality of work are impeccable. I cant stress enough, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT BEAR VALLEY! You can trust their knowledge and skill.

My family and I have owned 6 different Land Rovers of the last 15+ years, and I would not take my Range Rovers to any other shop. Brett, David and crew are not only good mechanics, but are all Land Rover enthusiasts. They are very honest, dependable, and do good quality work, no matter how big or small the job. I get every new Rover I buy inspected by them, and they have saved me not only on maintenance and repairs, but also from making purchasing mistakes on potential lemons. Brett was my service advisor at the LR Dealership, and I moved over when he started his own shop a few years ago. Its great to see them doing so well, but its not surprising.

Scam oil changes! If you bring your Range Rover in before it’s “scheduled” miles for an oil change, they’ll pretend like they change your oil and then charge you for nothing! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 3,000 miles, they told me I didn’t need one yet. I said change it anyway please (older vehicle). They were “finished” in 30 minutes. 2 weeks later I took it to the dealer to have the oils filter checked and they said the oil was not new and the filter was old and dirty. Ripped me off for 120.00 because they didn’t want to change my oil early. WONT BE BACK.

When you own a Range Rover, you got to have a Guy. These are the guys. Hands down! The best expertise, workmanship and customer service you could ask for. They did things in 2 hours that it took other places 2 weeks.

On my way back from Arkansas to Savannah when I started to have some engine issues. I was just coming into Atlanta when it got pretty bad. Quick google search and I found Bear Valley. It was about 4.30 so a quick phone call too find out if they were still open was put into action. I was about 30 minutes away with the afternoon traffic, but the guys there said they would wait!!If that wasnt awesome enough, they had me in and out within 30 minutes with my small engine repair completed. Im not very technical but they did explain it to me and had the parts on hand to fix it.Great service, great prices and just brilliant mechanics that really are mechanics and not just parts hangers!!!Highly recommend ;)

After having read all the wonderful, positive reviews about Bear Valley Service, I decided to make the trip from Augusta, GA on May 23, 2016 to have my front brakes replaced on my 2010 Range Rover HSE. The service was exceptional beyond belief and the price was RIGHT! Brett took my car into service right away and 45 minutes later, my front brakes were replaced and my vehicle had been test driven. Never have I been in and out of service within the hour. I too believe to have found my Rover Go To Guys. What an exceptional staff. Can I say bye bye to the Dealer? Yes I can. I look forward to my next trip there for my 90K service.

Cant say enough good things about Whitney and the Bear Valley service team. From my first two visits: Trip 1 - Dealership advised I replace transmission. BV diagnosed and a faulty alternator was to blame. Transmission was fine. Trip 2 - Dealership advised I replace the rear differential. BV looked at it and replaced the diff motor. All in, these guys have saved me right at $8,000 in two visits this year alone. Super honest, highly competent, friendly, and excellent communications.

Cant recall if Ive written a review for these guys yet or not. If not, its long overdue. We just got our vehicle back this afternoon, after an emergency tow to Bear Valley yesterday(after hours).
