Quick installation, great customer service, and a beautiful design! We love our new patio cover. And most importantly, thank you for installing it in such a timely manner (one day installation!). I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. From the initial meeting to scheduling to the installation, everyone has been a delight. Thank you!

I would never recommend this company. Very poor custom service for a high end product. One excuse, then multiple excuses.We started on this patio cover a year ago, and still no installation, and responses you have to call for the status.We were told by our city permit that the hold up, was an expired business license, not the permit.We have wasted one full year!So how will they respond to any issues?Buyer beware.Update, the product is great but the process and lack of communication is an F.Something we can’t tolerate.So if you don’t mind bad process, the product was worth the wait.

Robert, Travis and the entire staff were amazing! Their work was meticulous, unique and stunning. They worked with us to maximize our space so we could add 800 square feet of outdoor living. We couldnt be happier with the results. We have our dream backyard thanks to Patio Perfections!!

We just had a patio cover installed. Best customer service ever from beginning to end! Byron and his Team were extremely thorough and professional.We highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a high quality patio installed.

Let me first begin by saying the 1 star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the work performed. The patio covering turned out great, and the guys that came to perform the installation were very professional.However, the salesperson, Tyrone, is without a doubt the biggest POS salesman I have ever met. The one star rating is entirely based upon the salesman, Tyrone, as he is VERY unprofessional and really makes the company look bad. In both incidents in which Tyrone made an error, he became defensive and insisted that he was not at fault. Tyrones first error was not obtaining accurate measurements of our patio, as he was off by nearly two feet (instructions were to cover one end of the patio to the other. Not difficult instructions). Because of Tyrones error, we had to stop during our installation to get ANOTHER quote, just to account for the additional two feet. A job that shouldve taken less than one week, was prolonged for almost a month.During signing of the contract, Tyrone also failed to mention that the customer has to pay for the ceiling fan out of pocket; this is CLEARLY something that should have been mentioned during signing of the contract as it incurs additional costs to the customer. After calling Tyrone to speak about the ceiling fan, he had the audacity to call me a liar and kept insisting that he was not at fault. In addition, he gave me the owners phone number because he clearly didnt want to deal with the issue himself. Tyrone is NOT a professional by ANY stretch of the imagination.Fortunately, I spoke with Travis, the manager, and he took care of the issue. Travis was professional, courteous, and understanding; essentially, everything that Tyrone is not.If youre reading this review, and have reached this point, I would highly recommend Patio Perfections. However, I would also recommend avoiding Tyrone, as he is without a doubt the biggest POS salesman I have ever met. Furthermore, avoiding Tyrone will save you a lot of time and energy.

We are so very happy with our front porch awning that Matt and Lenny just installed for us. Its beautiful and my plants our happy and Im happy. Ive used Pacific Builders before and will never use them again. Patio Perfections are top notch. They cleaned everything up very nicely and we look forward to working with them again as long as we can have Matt and Lenny do the installing. Thank you Patio Perfections and Matt and Lenny. I wish there was a way to add picture.

We just had our patio installed and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Matt was able to come out for the initial estimate and he was very knowledgeable. He was also able to explain everything clearly and help with the design. We were also very impressed with Andy who came to install the patio. He was very professional and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend Patio Perfections!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time.... I got a patio cover installed last month by Patio Perfections. Matt Soper came out and did our estimate and design. We had 3 other estimates and he was by far the most knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He also helped us get Beautiful new concrete as well. Travis was the Forman that came out with his crew and did a great job! We love our new patio cover!!!! We have had several rain storms since it has been installed and no leaks 😀. I would highly recommended Patio Perfections for anyone looking to do there back yard!!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, extremely poor customer service. Matt Soper come out on 2/22/2014 to give us an estimate and Never returned called about our patio estimate. I called Patio Perfection 4x and each time they said he will call you the next day, he never did return phone calls or email.

Patio covers put up the correct way. They use an employee work force and very seldom use outside contractors.

These guys are professional and made my backyard amazing. Thank you for everything!
