I rented my daughter a violin at Ekroth Music. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as reasonable prices. We will be going back to them for all of our musical instrument needs.

We have bought three instruments there so far. The service department is beyond amazing. They are fast, incredibly knowledgeable, and always help our student musicians get the most from their instruments. Garth and Sam are both amazing with instrument repair and fine tuning. This is why we drive 45 minutes to get to them, because we are never disappointed.

I cant describe in words the difference they just made for us. My kid had been playing on various cheap entry level saxaphones for a few years. They were heavy, causing back problems from marching band, and sounded substandard in Jazz band for her talent level. They got us an incredible horn that sounds like nothing before it. They so nice and so helpful. I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU!!!!

Amazing experience here! The staff was so helpful and full of knowledge. Also had our instrument repaired, less expensive than other stores we had quotes from. Plus, they had it done in less than half the time the other stores had said. Highly recommend them!

This place is Awesome, they’ve given me replacements to my Cello several times, my Cello broke ( ONCE AGAIN FOR THE FOURTH TIME ), when the bridge broke again ( tonight as of Feburary 16th, 2020, It’ll end up getting a new Cello. Thanks for the horrible Cello Eckroth! I like the Cello.

This company will continue to charge you without renewing your contract from year to year as your child moves into a new school grade, and they will not review the terms of the contract with you leading you to believe that you are purchasing the instrument when you are not. They will steal hundreds of dollars from you, and will continue to charge your account without remorse or scruples pocketing as much as they can. They have no integrity with the way they conduct business. The business office is rude and not customer oriented. Their ways of conducting business are dishonest, inconsiderate and fraudulent. Never again will I do business with Eckroth. They should be reviewed by the BBB, the attorney general, and the consumer protection agency.To the response below: You should prove what you say you stand for, which is absolutely not true. Your business office is rude. Your employees do not respond to calls. No one ever reviewed the business agreement, which was not thoroughly discussed at the time of initiating the contract, and was never renewed on a yearly basis while you pocketed customer money over several years? You say you do not steal?

I have been leasing instruments from this place now for several years and I can honestly say I would never think of going anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable, they have excellent people working there (both sales and repair) and they have excellent customer service. Even when they make a mistake they stand by their word - even when it ends up costing them.

I had a great experience getting my trumpet cleaned here. Staff was both friendly and savvy, and seemed like people who love their work. At least in my case, the price was lower than what other stores had offered. Would definitely return.
