Coming up on 1 year working here! I love it. The people I work with are so nice and easy to work with. We get free lunches once a month and they change it up. The food is delicious!!! I would definitely recommend working here! Never had a 401k before and now I do. Thanks RCO for helping me save for the future.

Scott Formiller is our main point of interface. Great partnership and customer support. TDM looks to RCO as an extension of many of our teams. We hope to grow the business relationship as things return to normal and new TDM business initiatives come on line.

Fast loading and super nice people

Aerospace division are Slave drivers, and highly discriminatory. I was being paid $12.50 to train newly hired Caucasian workers who were making $13 an hr. Was given all the responsibilities of managing the press area, but never a managerial or supervisory title. Other non colored employees, who may have had minimal experience, or were simply friends of those in upper management would be placed over my head without any legitimate justification. Wasted 3 years of my life being loyal and dedicated for nothing.
