1st time using them, they were reasonably priced, the guys that came out were great and will definitely use them again!!!

We had great experience with Schlick new install. Everything was delivered as promised and better then I expected. System functions great. Very satisfying.

I’ve used Schick for several years, typically with pretty good service. The homeowners we purchased from used them, so we figured okay let’s stick with it. Unfortunately, each year they get worse and worse. The customer service is not great, they rarely answer the phone, and when they do the people they have working in the office are stretched so thin — they even say so! The techs that have been out the last few times have been inexperienced and done more damage than good. I still don’t have good coverage on my plants, and I had to pay multiple service fees for errors that the technicians made!! When I spoke with billing I was told the cost issue would be resolved, and it hasn’t. Next year, we will definitely be looking for a new company. Schick is too expensive for this level of disregard.

Mike Schick and his team did a great job on repairing my mothers sprinkler system. I made contact with them from out of state to make sure they treated my mother fairly and was very impressed at the results. Sometimes seniors get taken advantage of, but not the case with this company. Would highly recommend.

Very irritating. Multiple multiple times they had to reschedule. Would call hours after they were supposed to be here and say they couldnt make it. So much so I switched to a different company. The original installation they did was good though.

Was new to the area when I called them. They previously serviced the house I purchased. I called them out cause the main bonnet was bad and 2 heads were broken. They said we will be sure to send out our season vet thats been doing this a long time. I figured okay great. But within a week after they left one head they serviced completely came off. Had to call them back out. The operator then started claiming that there would be another visit charge which would be totally unacceptable. She said dont worry we will take care of it. Funny received a bill for it though. A month later the same head popped off again. Needless to say their seasoned vet installer really just sucks at his job. They waived the charges but not the point. I called a different company out they fixed it the first time and right for a much lower charge. And I also used them to winterize my system. Also good luck getting in touch with these people cause they never answer and out you on long holds whenever you call in. Claiming theyre so busy with the season. Hire more help getting better installers. Very simple.

The People at Schick have provided great service to myself and my elderly parents for years. Very prompt courteous and knowledgeable.Top notch service company!

I am not sure what the person who wrote the bad review is talking about. Sour grapes or something. Schlick put our system in over 15 years ago and they have been top notch for service and repairs. I would always recommend Schick!

They’ll be Johnny on the spot till they get your check. But once you try and get them to come back and fix your system forget about it. Four times I’ve had them tell me they are coming and then never show up, never even call. That is time I took off work and lost money. I imagine the only reason they’re in business is a reciprocal relationship they have with the landscaper for referrals. I just don’t see how you can run a business so bad. If you’re not gonna show up just call, common courtesy.

On time, fair price, did everything he said he was going to do.
