Fine nursery and supply but poor service. The associate saw me pull up to pick up my plants. I didnt asked him to help me load my plants. However, I only requested for a few 20 gal plastic bag to protect my new trunk mats as the planters were covered in dirt. The plastic bags were in plain sight. Instead of handing me over a few of the 20 gal bags, the associate went inside their office and gave me thin, clear, 6 gal, trash can liner.

A beautiful garden wonderland. Nice people and service. However, 4 out 5 Dracaena weve bought are not growing well. Low quality. Costco suppliers have better plants.

This place has everything! And the staff its always super friendly and knowledgeable. Today I had some trouble with end rot on my fruit and one of their experts directed me to some organic calcium enrichment fertilizer.Green Acres always has the best selection of plants from the best suppliers. Monterey Bay and Monrovia are some of the best.If you can pick your spots to go; Thursdays between 10:00 & 1:00 are the least crowded. Parking lot can be a nightmare when its busy.Happy Planting! 🌱😊

I LOVE this place. They carry SO many plants. The prices are great. I had been looking everywhere for a blue spruce tree as an important thank you gift. This was the only place I could find it. They even had multiple varieties. I went from not being able to find one to there was such beautiful variety and price range. The staff are all good at their jobs and I even think that they enjoy being there. Definitely an A++

I LOVE this place. The employees are always friendly, and incredibly helpful - if they do not know something, they find someone well-educated who can help you with your question(s)/needs!They have a beautiful indoor showroom filled with outdoor furniture, chimes, umbrellas, fireplaces... And all their displays of products are gorgeous!Outside is a plant lovers dream: this is THE place to go for all things you want to plant.Avoid the standard 3 month plants from the big box stores and go to Green Acres; they care for the plants and trees (etc) better than any place Ive been to thus far (and I am a farmer with 5 acres)...My husband and I have bought a lot of beautiful things from this place. But we also often go, just because it is so beautiful to walk through...And, if you have any issue with a plant that dies, dig it up and bring it in for a refund (up to a year)!

Came here today looking for some sage...basil and plants to grow a garden.I looked at home depot and Walmart and they did not have many to choose from. I looked online and found this place. I have never been before.It was wonderful...They sell1. Trees. Fruit trees...colorful ones..so many different kinds to choose from...over 50 different kind2. Flowers...wow...where to start...i had a field day looking at them and taking pictures...i would say over 100 different kind to choose from ...3. Herbs...from basil to sage..so many to choose from4. Veggies...corn...tomatoes..i did not know there was such a variety...squash from acorn to yellow squash.5. Fruit...trees...strawberry...grape vines...fig...you name it they have it.They also sell fencing...bird houses...ectWhen you go inside...you will find anything you need to garden. They sell shovels...potting soil...bug repellent...watering hoses...and stakes.I love this place. I did not know I could be do happy here looking at all the flowers and trees.Their prices on herbs and veggies cost less than home depot and Walmart.I highly recommend this place.

A surprisingly big nursery to find plants and supplies. Everything is clearly labeled and if you want to know more the staff is really friendly. Theres a ton of parking and carts can get your plants safely to your car. The supplies are pretty random too. Gnomes to miniature gardens.

The employees arent welcoming, but not rude. This store is only a quarter of the size (inside) than the one in Elk Grove, they also have no patio furniture FYI for those wondering. I didnt get to walk the entire outside of Green Acres, but I really liked the organization (from a glance) and the koi pond.

Far and away the best large gardening yard and garden chain in Greater Sac

They always have great inventory and if they dont they will call you when they get it in again.Great service as well as a great environment and wonderfully healthy plants!They also have ladybugs!!! Great for natural pest control!

Very, very busy place on a spring Saturday! They have people directing parking, so be aware it might take a few minutes to park.I didnt have time to peruse everything, but it is a LARGE nursery with a ton of plants for your every need. They even have fruit trees with anywhere from 3-5 different fruits growing from 1 single tree.There are several employees to answer questions and help you to find things. The customer service is excellent and I will be back soon to discover what else they have to offer.One thing to note: they will be moving soon to a larger location. Unfortunately, I didnt get the date or new location address.

Great place for all your planting needs. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, so many beautiful indoor/outdoor plants and my Son loves it too. Parking lot is small so it can be hard to find parking when its busy, usually on the weekends.

Great selection, but pricey.

We love the huge assortment of plants and garden supplies. My husband and I could spend hours at this place. The only draw back is that it is often difficult to get in and out of the nursery with the traffic being heavy at times.

Green Acres is our go-to nursery; its a incredible source of supply for anything for a garden. The selection of plants of all sorts, excellent selection of gardening tools, chemicals, containers, ornaments--in fact anything we need for our gardens--assures us we can always find what we are looking for here. All of those who work here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; indeed, very knowledgeable. To top it all off, its both rewarding and fun to just browse in the beautiful surroundings.

Great place to buy flowers, trees, shrubs, fruits and veggies. They also have a great return policy, so if the plant shrivel and dies, you can return it up to one year I think.

I come here at least once a week to just wander around the many beautiful plants and flowers. The flowers make the whole place smell so good. They have an amazing selection of plants and trees. I was looking for a panache fig and they had one and for such a reasonable price too. Also I buy most of my clay pots here. I only wish they would expand their hours and not close so early at 6:00.

The last time I was at Green acres, most of the staff was exceptionally helpful. I didnt quite find what I was looking for, but Im looking forward to seeing their new location.

They often have a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants, and the selection changes often. The staff is friendly, but I give them 4 of 5 stars because they seem to care more about getting plants out the door, rather than the long term health of the plants. Never the less, green acres is the best garden source in the region!

First time there and it was great.ots of vegetables for the gardrn. Beauty flowers and plants of all kinds. Employees are very nice and helpful.

CASHIERS NEED TO STEP THEIR GAME UP😡!!!!! Im waiting for the cashier to call me over because I am waiting patiently in line and they let someone else walk up and cut infront of me!!! THEN they finnally prompt someone to help me BECAUSE at this point cashiers are just chatting and not working or paying attention to the line AND AFTER ALL THAT I finally get pulled to a cash register AND A MAN COMES IN WITH A SHIPMENT AND ONCE AGAIN I AM IGNORED!!!!!! I will be spending my money somewhere else.

Staff was friendly! We were looking for succulents, but there selection was as big ad we thought it would be. They had lots of other types of plants. Their seed selection is excellent! Lots of options for potting soils and plant foods.

Very good .nursery. There a a reason they are the dominant nursery. Like Capital in there prime, great selection, wide aisles. Helpful courteous staff, have improved their checkout still like specialty nurserys but this is our go to nursery

I found the soil I was looking for and a few things I wasnt able to find in other places. So, it worked out for me.

I dont have a lot of nursery choices in my area and I tend to prefer a locally owned, non branch type which this is not. With that being said, this place always has what I need and the service is very helpful and knowledgeable. Four stars because their parking can be a nightmare at this location.

Great selection, reasonable prices and awesome customer service. Although they didnt have to close during the lock downs, they are a locally owned business, so its a great opportunity to spend our $ locally.

We love this place. Always a wide variety and knowledgeable staff. I was just a little disappointed though after buying these adorable German pots when i took off the stickers and found the residue will not come off.Hopefully no one will notice if i turn them arpund to hide them.

Saturday was CRAZY busy here haha. Dont really reccomend going here on weekends if you havent been vaccinated or are worries about social distancing. Amazing selection of plants, soils, decor, and more per usual. Some pricy items but the quality here is always amazing, so its worth it most of the time.

Super busy today but the staff with extra friendly very helpful they were taking stuff out your car. They even had people assisting with parking.

I went 8 days before Christmas and all their Christmas trees, wreaths, and holiday arrangements are 50% off. Score! Plus, it was pretty empty!

After calling the corporate office, we were finally allowed to return trees we were advised to be non poisonous but later discovered were poisonous & unsafe for little kids to be around. Our previous request at the store for an exchange was denied. With the help of the GreenAcres team and their book of toxic & non toxic plants, we were able to choose non-poisonous trees to replace them with.
