Jim and his crew had the Spa installed in no time and did a great job of walking us through the controls and chemistry needs. Terrific experience across the board.

My new hot tub was delivered and installed today, the crew was excellent. Took great care getting through the gate, down the stairs and into position. Good communication throughout the process, talked to owner several times on the phone he was always available and able to answer all my questions. Very satisfied with purchase and service!

Great company, great product, everything was seamless from start to finish. We loved dealing with Angelica in the storeroom, she was very knowledgeable about Alexanders Hot Tubs and helped us in choosing the perfect one for us. Even with super short notice, Jim really came thru for us! With his crew of professionals, they showed up exactly when they said they would and moved our hot tub. The hot tub was very large and extremely heavy but these guys really know what they’re doing. We Highly recommend them! Great customer service from the moment they picked up the phone.

Jim and his crew arrived on time and ready to go. They installed it exactly where I wanted it and in a timely manner. Jim throughly explained the operation of the hot tub to me. He then explained what chemicals to add, when and why to add them. Chemicals came with the tub, I liked that. He showed me how to easily clean the filter. He made sure all “things” worked as they should and asked if I had any questions, I didn’t.Totally happy with the whole process from showroom to install. I 100% recommend Alexander’s Spas for your new hot tub.Update:I had a problem with the GFI plug on my tub. I advised Jim of the problem and he sent a tech out the next morning and replaced same. Alexander Spas was a great experience for our 1st hot tub. They have great customer service They are very knowledgeable about their products. From the tubs to the chemicals. Jenn helped us out in the show room and Jim the owner did the delivery and install of the hot tub. He also stayed until the hot tub was full and explained how it all works also walked me through step-by-step for chemical usage to keep the water clean.

If you need a hat tub and live in the greater Sacramento area this is the place to go! I looked at every store in town and my experience at Alexander Spas was by far the best. They are straight shooters who will walk you through every step of the process. Make sure to use their electrician as well, he is great. If you aren’t looking to sift through confusing sales pitches and high prices come to Alexander spas.

Friendly people and great service

We recently purchased a home in Sun City Lincoln Hills. The house came with a 15 year old spa that had fulfilled its useful life. Following some research I contacted Alexander Spas in Roseville. We dropped into the store on a rainy Sunday afternoon in January and caught one of the owners, Jim Alexander taking care of business. What a nice guy. We walked out with a heck of a deal on a Utopian Tahitian freshwater salt system spa. The following week, as promised, Jim was on site measuring and calculating what type of crane wed need to haul out the old one spa and install the new one. It was tight. Jim told us our new one would be shipped in 5 weeks. We set a time and date for removal/installation. Sure enough, 5 weeks later Jim and his team were on site. I watched in amazement (with a few neighbors) as my old spa was hoisted over the roof followed by the new spa delivery. Jim was on site the entire time with his crew for installation, set up, a nice tutorial and off they went. Fabulous deal, fabulous service and a great local company to do business with. I give Alexander Spas my highest recommendation.

I recently bought a large spa from Alexander Spas. This was probably the best professional group of people I can remember working with. My purchasing requirements were a little more demanding and difficult than most clients. I needed to take it to Mexico and install.it. They had it ready for transport on the day I needed it, and assured me they would be available to me for all questions or problems I might have during installation. They were available for every question and gave helpful suggestions during our installation. Bought a great new hot tub from this location. After having a cement pad poured, they delivered my new hot tub.This was after giving me a great deal on the price and having to wait three weeks for my cement pad to set up and to have my contractor run the electric.They are so focused on customer service that when my electrician messed up the wiring, they came back out and fixed it.I highly recommend Alexander Spa.
