Given the current situation, they responded in the best possible time constraint. Stephanie was professional on the phone with any concern I had and did call me back for a cortesy call a few days before my appointment. The gentleman who did the install was quick and did a exceptional job. No leaks as far as I can see and he cleaned up any mess that he made during installation. Overall a great experience and Ive had MULTIPLE friends ask about whos done my windows. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend. Keep up the good work!

Very easy to work with! Came out to measure and give a quote with in days of initial phone call. Then after that they sent their installer out a few days after that. He was GREAT!!! Took him about an hour to do all 4 of my basement windows and when he left the area was clean. if you are looking to replace any of your windows with a glass block solution....Experienced Glass Block LLC is the way to go!!!! One man came out and measured and then a week later one man did the job which was 4 diamond screen vent blocks. Its was a great price and since Ive had them done 4 years ago Ive never had a issue.I recommend this company to over a dozen friends and family.

These guys did amazing work, and did it extremely efficiently (they were in and out in about two hours for seven windows!). They were also priced extremely well. Im usually a DIYer, but theres no way I could have made this happen for what I paid, and it definitely would have taken me a TON longer to do. I cant recommend them enough.

Not sure about a few of the bad reviews, everybody I talked to on the phone was courteous. Pricing quoted was fair. Lead time was about 3-4 weeks due to the COVID back up, but that was just fine. I had a window of 12-5 PM and they called at about 1:00 letting me know the installer was going to arrive in about 15 minutes. Installer was very professional, polite, and super clean. Job looked great when completed.

Great Price, Great Quality. I called for a quote, they had someone out within 2 days to get me a quote. I scheduled the basement window replacements since they were the best priced. Jeremy came when he was scheduled and did a great CLEAN QUALITY job. Don’t bother using anyone else

Had someone come out for an estimate, and showed them my issues and areas of concern. I had a glass block that appeared to not to be properly sealed with water that would slowly drip down the wall on a rainy day. I asked if it had anything to do with the outside, was told no. Its the window and the window would fix the issue. Had all my windows replaced, even though it only appeared to be an issue for one window. The problem continued, I reached out over the phone, was told to email photos. Which I did. Ive called and emailed on a number of occasions and have never received another response. All I wanted was someone to come take a look at it. They were too busy

I was quite impressed for the work that was done to replace this old basement windows at my home. Took about 2 hours and did a great job with the craftsmanship and cleanup. I would highly recommend them again.

I originally was going to go with this company! I’m glad I didn’t after my conversation with a very RUDE receptionist. I didn’t even bother to reschedule my installation appointment. If your customer service is very poor, I’ll prefer to spend my money else where!

Contacted them for glass block windows for my basement and garage. They came out quoted the day they said they would, office staff who reviewed the quote with me was excellent as well. The installer who came out to do the work was awesome. He was right on time, didnt mess around went right to work and job was done to satisfaction. He did an awesome job and cleanup and I am extremely happy with the installer and the company and would recommend them to anyone looking for glass block installation in their home.

WOW!! Just WOW! I did not know anything about this company when I called other than they install glass block of course. I wanted a window in my shower changed from a conventional slider to glass block. From the first phone call to Stephanie to final installation from Jon I could not possibly be more happy. The quality of the window is great as well as the quality of the instal!! Then to top it off there was not one speck of any debris left inside or outside of my home. Great customer service - Stephanie was very helpful over the phone. Everything was done in a timely fashion. We had 4 basement windows done (with 2 vents) and 2 bigger windows in the garage. One window in the garage is on vinyl siding and after talking to a few other companies that said it wasnt possible, EGB said it shouldnt be. Came out and took measurements and were back out no later then a week to install. Jeremy did a great job with the install. He was very quick and efficient. We couldnt be happier! The windows look amazing.

It was about 10 days from the time I called to schedule a quote to date of instillation. EGB worked with me to find times that fit my schedule. Jeremy did 7 windows in my house. He was in and out in just over 2 hours, left no trace and was a very friendly guy. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional and extremely thorough job!

I wish I would have read more of these reviews before scheduling our appointment. I called for an estimate on which I was told it would be about two weeks for an estimate due to the circumstances. She states she would call a day or two before they came out to let me know they would be coming out for an estimate and would leave the estimate in the door or mailbox. The estimator showed up last week with no notification, which should have been my first sign. I just assumed due to the pandemic it was just an oversight. I called that same day to schedule an appointment in which she said she was not at her desk and its about two weeks out however she had a cancellation for Tuesday May 5. I said great Ill take it. I had her on speaker phone with my husband and daughter and confirmed it not not once not twice but three and four times that the opening was Tuesday May 5. I ensured it was Tuesday May 5th more than 3 times that next week because my husband and I would need to take off work so we could get the windows done. She said she would call use back the next day if anything changed but our appt was on TUESDAY MAY 5! No call the next day so I assumed everything was good. My husband and I both took off work so we could be home on May 5th to get windows. Fast forward to May 5 and I get a call around 11 am asking to confirm my appointment for WEDNESDAY May 6! I said Im sorry but we confirmed our appointment with you for May 5th more than once our appointment is today. She told me I was wrong and was extremely rude! I was willing to try and reschedule until she gave me attitude and said I was wrong when i had already confirmed my appointment with her the week before and wrote it on the estimate ticket. I understand stand things happen but I was never rude to her and no one should treat a paying customer that way especially when I had 4 more houses lined up if my window installation went smooth, in which it didnt. To say Im upset is an understatement. I hope you take this experience seriously and take this as a coaching lesson on how to treat customers.

I first want to thank Stefanie, she was very professional and had someone come out quickly to give an estimate. After the estimate was completed she followed up to see if there were any questions about the estimate. When I asked if she could have some out the next day she made it happen. The second shout out is to Scott the installer who came out next day, called before hand, and was very professional. I had five windows installed in the basement and one was under a deck. The job was completed quickly and looks great!!! I would definitely recommend Experienced Glass Block for your window needs.

After attitude from the female representative (twice) and a technician doing an estimate without calling or even ringing the doorbell to let me know he came/went, I chose to cut my ties before even starting. I even explained this after her follow up call which she thought was “funny”. Can’t speak for their work but communication & customer service was bad enough to write this review.

Great company, I just got two of my garage windows updated to glass blocks and it looks perfect. Jermey was very nice and explained everything to me, he did a great job.

I’ve read the reviews and the way this company responds to customer complaints is very rude and unprofessional. I was looking for windows for my home and considering this company. However, now seeing their actions towards customers, and judging them on cancelling because of something that is the CUSTOMERS business is unprofessional and unethical as supposedly a professional company. Obviously this company has zero interest in making the customers happy or having business at all. The customer service is also clearly disgusting. Will never use or recommend this company to any friends, family or coworkers.I see the owner or Jeff replied to my review about someone being unprofessional with more unprofessionalism. I don’t know that person and how unprofessional for you to assume that. I hope every single person that looks up your company sees just how disgusting you/ the company are being to another human being.

These guys didnt even introduce themselves. They didnt give instructions for when we could shower (glass block install in bathroom). I had to ask all the questions. They were messy. Mortar on my ceramic tile and not cleaned up. The outside of the house around the window looks pitiful on my new siding. Is this some sort of joke company? I want to call the owner out in this, but another reviewer said he doesnt respond favorably to customers. Stupid way to practice business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

When I called about getting block windows for my basement. They answered all my questions. The installer was careful and was great, did a really good job on my windows. Gave me some pointers to on other parts of my house. The best part one of my pet peaves.EGB did not bug my neighbors about working on there house. Awesome experience love my windows. Installer showed up on time as well and cleaned up any mess too.

I went to a brickyard to pick up some brick and sand and mortar I asked them if they sold glass block windows they said yes but they didnt have the size I needed, so they gave me the number of their window supplier, Experience Glass Block,I called them and the lady I talked to was very kind and very helpful,Due to my own misunderstanding I thought that they had the size I needed in stock, so I drove over there to pick them up.When I arrived I found out that the windows were made to order, this again was my fault for not understanding this over the phone.So I asked her if I could purchase smaller windows that they had in stock and build my own larger window myself because I was planning to install them the following day.Again she was very helpful and helped me figure out what I needed, but when she asked her boss if I could purchase the amount needed he grumbled and said that he wouldnt sell me them because he didnt want to deplete what he had in stock 🤷‍♂️ so I asked her if I could just buy the blocks so I could build my own window and not deplete his stock of the smaller windows. She asked him if that was a possibility and I could hear him through the wall tell her that he doesnt have any blanking time for this, and to tell me to get lost.So I realize that my requests were probably a little unusual for their business and I would have totally understood it if from the beginning they would have said we dont do that here and we cant help you.But the lady behind the counter was just trying to help me and apparently her boss isnt in the people pleasing business, and the fact that he couldnt come out and talk to me face to face but instead yelled at her for trying to have good customer service shows me that hes not a person that I would like to do business with in the future.I believe an update to what originally said is only fair.It is true that they offered to build the windows for me, but I was installing the windows the next day, which was Saturday, and receptionist told me that it would be (MONDAY) until I would be able to pick them up.I totally understand that they couldnt build me a window instantly and I didnt expect them to.All I wanted was the materials to make my own, which I found without headache atSabiston Building Supply that same day, and was able to install them on Saturday like I originally planned.Again I understand this company doesnt normally supply people with raw materialsand It was through misunderstandings, some of which were my fault, that I ended up there.And again the receptionist was only trying to help me.It was mostly the yelling at the receptionist in the other room and the his attitude that prompted me to leave a review in the first place.Which says a lot because I dont give a lot of reviews.I think its also interesting to note that in other poor reviews of this companythe owner tries to villainize the customer instead of reconciling or apologizing to them.
