Ray, Jay, Marilyn, and Lara were amazing! So nice and professional. Struck up a conversation and they were delightful to talk to! My future fiancé loved her ring! Jay was extremely helpful with his knowledge of diamonds and brought forth a great understanding of what I was looking for. Ray was kind and very helpful as well and rightfully so! Told me he was in the business for 30+ years. Marilyn makes you feel so welcomed and can really carry on a fun and light hearted conversation, and Lara was a very down to earth individual who was so sweet and not pushy at all compared to other stores I’ve been to! If you ever go in ask for 1 of these 4 individuals and you won’t be disappointed!

Really disappointed with my experience at this location. I took my ring into them, two itty bitty diamonds (slivers of diamonds really) fell Out of my ring. I did not buy my ring here, but have used them in the past and had a good experience. I went in for the tiny diamonds to be replaced, and my ring to be redipped. The representative in the store quoted me an estimate of $160, as he was looking at a pricing sheet next to the register. He did say that the jeweler will let me know if the pricing changes. Find no problem. I get a call the next day, and they told me the jeweler Quoted $390! I called back shocked at the $230 difference, these diamonds are probably shavings, they are so tiny. The shop and I had 4 different calls that day regarding the price. The last call, the lady working said she spoke to the jeweler and she would honor what I was quoted of $160, and apologized. I just now get a phone call from Mia at the store, thst there was a miscommunication, and the jeweler was never contacted, and the best they will do is $250 for the miscommunication. The whole thing feels so dishonest, there was no miscommunication. I asked Mia so the rep never called the jeweler? Where did she get that the jeweler would honor what I was quoted? To be told it was a miscommunication between co-worker, and they didnt even communicate with the jeweler. Ive never had a bad experience here, and wont buy jewelry from this retailer again. This whole experience seems so dishonest in quoting pricing and communication.

Ray was amazing!! Excellent product knowledge, a warm heart and phenomenal service! Picked up both our wedding rings today and could not be happier! Ray even custom matched a diamond and a band to get exact ring of my fiancées childhood dreams! He found me a ring made of a precious earth metal with the same name as my bride to be! Great vibes here!

I found this review to be very important. Please read! My daughter in-law went shopping for wedding rings. I believe this jewelry store was our last before we left empty handed!I would of given a 3 star but Marilyn is worth a 5 star. But with Ashleys body language I’m giving a 4.When we walked in I saw two women and a gentleman. I felt a little uncomfortable at first due to the blonde (Ashley). Marilyn approached us with open arms and willing to help us. She was so knowledgeable and she went way out of her way to make this purchase complete.She asked Ashley for help and Ashley acted like she was bothered to help her.So when shopping ask for Marilyn she was so pleasant and I will definitely go back for another purchase. Thank you so much for your time and help Marilyn.Ashley needs a little customer service etiquette. So you don’t lose more customers. Your company is a 3 star!

My husband got my wedding ring at Helzberg 8 yrs ago. The main diamond has fallen out TWICE!! Fortunately I was able to find it both times. Incredibly lucky for me and Helzberg. Another smaller stone, same ring came out, took ring in 2 weeks ago, was told itd be ready Xmas eve, and today, 12/26, still not ready. Was put on hold for over 7 minutes waiting to speak to store manager and ended up giving up Their customer service is unacceptable. My husband has spent thousands of dollars on jewelry there, but we will not purchase any more jewelry from them. Only reason I will go back there is to have my diamonds checked out so I can keep the warranty effective. Not happy at all with their jeweler who does their repairs, as I have had another ring where the diamond fell out, and once again I found it!! The former staff, especially Patti and Jessica, at Roseville Galleria store were much more attentive to their customers needs. This new crew makes me a very unhappy customer!!

I was looking for Kay Jewlers in the Galleria because I needed my rings I got there cleaned. I approached Haley at Helzberg Diamonds to ask if Kay had closed and she not only answered my question kindly but also offered to clean and inspect my rings herself. So kind and helpful! Walked into store hoping to find black diamond earrings as late X- MAX gift. found a pair in the case. When I walked in two people were waiting on customers, one person was on phone and a fourth appeared intentionally distracted. Continued to wait. One of two finished w/customer and he too appeared intentionally not look my way and walked into back office. Continued to wait. Second of two finished w/client by this time others had walked into shop and went directly to her and she started to assist them. By this time I am livid. 4 people working in store and all failed to notice I was waiting. I wrongfully lost my temper and started fussing at whoever was listening. When they did ask what I wanted and I explained the guy who got off phone asked did you see any in the case. at that point I just walked out. I was wrong but they have terrible customer service. I am thankful I did not purchase anything from them as I fear the product might be representative of the non existent service.

Very unhappy with my service. Went in to have two rings soldered together and their jeweler soldered the ring onto the wrong side. 4 weeks total wait for my rings and when I did receive them the solder job was very sloppy I see space in between the rings on one side. Cost 50$ and their was no compensation for the wait and bad work done. I will never trust them with my jewelry again.

I am sad to say their third party jeweler was lengthening the prongs holding in my beautiful Australian Opal on my wedding ring and they damaged my opal so badly it became dull and changed colors. They never admitted fault and tried to upsell me to a diamond because diamonds do not damage as easily. I was given no retribution for my time, damaged wedding ring or poor customer service.

Best and most helpful jewelry store ive been too.if u go here ask for Marilyn she was the best and very helpful with what I wanted! Spent atleast an hour with me just to pick the prefect ring.im very happy my husband talked me into going in there.i wont go any where else from now on.

Very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to ask a few questions and I guess they didnt feel the need to be courteous with me. The person I was speaking with was slumping over on a chair and just had an attitude. My wife and I ended up leaving and going to one of the many other jewelry stores at the mall.

Have been to this store several times and have been helped by several different people, and never have had a bad experience with anyone being rude. Always have had great experiences. I actually went there yesterday, and the woman who helped me went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I will keep returning to get more pieces here.

Absolutely terrible service. My husband bought my engagement ring here 3 years ago and EVERY time we have been in (at least 2 a year) it has been a complete shitshow. I dread going and dealing with the rude and incompetent staff. DO NOT shop here.
