Decent selection, a lot of options sold out, but I guess thats to be expected. Placed an online order for my wife while in the store to be delivered and Im still waiting for it. :(

Still excellent place to get a stuffed animal. We did have to wait in line; however, the line went pretty fast. We were there around 11am on a Sunday. They are taking precautions to keep customers safe. They have easy markers to help customers keep a safe distance. Still have many options for both animals and accessories.

My daughter enjoyed every minute she was in there and although my daughter is a bit older but her experience was incredible. The staff made her feel love and like a kid.

I love build a bear... As an adult i expected to get looked at funny going in b/c i have never been in i was very childish and excited to finally build my bear as I have wanted to go to build a bear since I was a little girl. The employees are amazing and made me feel less anxiety filled and made me feel more at home. I love build a bear it was a 3 hour drive to go but i will definitely be taking that drive again

The have very cute teddy bears for both boys and girls, adding sound/heart beat to the bears are $6-$7 additional. Bears start at $12, the clothes are $6+. For a bear and a dress I spent $35. The house box is additional $5.50 but the paper bag one is free which is fine because kids want to hold their bear right after the purchase. All bears come with a birth certificate. My daughter got the Girl Scout Mint Cookie bear, we named her bear Minty and it smells like the cookie!

Super friendly staff. The store itself is smaller compared to others Ive been too, so the selection of animals/outfits is limited. Besides that though, all the essentials are here.

The magic is gone. Workers were not happy, no heart ceremony and you cant press the pedal. Would rather go to target for a stuffed animal since it isnt an experience anymore.

Went here and made some cute stuffed animals with my old friend 3 years ago.

Everytime my fiance and I have come in the employees have always been super helpful and nice. Always helping answer our questions or finding just the right outfit for my bears if needed! (I buy the bears for myself usually and keep them for decorations around my house. I love to change them up for different holidays.) Always a pleasure just to stop by this store!

My order was shipped to a wrong address, I called build a bear as soon as the order was placed and advised them the address their system chose was wrong. The address could not be changed. Fedex sent to an address they found. Wrong. It is now been 3 weeks and a replacement order still has not been sent out. Very disappointed in the customer service. Order was placed in Oct. Ill be lucky if it reaches its destination by christmas??

They dont do birth certificates anymore. The selection is low and the experience is not as personal as it used to be. I love my stuffed animals, but the magic is gone😞

They only allow 20-ish people in at a time. The system runs smoothly, but the wait to get in can be long because people may or may not be indecisive.

This is the best Build A Bear store ever. I love the 2 cashiers that are named Ariana.

Great place to build a childs imagination and friendly staff to make it a special day for your child. You can build a bear or stuffed animal with voices (many voices to choose from) and customize your furry friend (with clothes, jackets, glasses, outfits, cars, and more). Plus you get to use the machine to stuff the animal and even have a birth certificate to make the day even more special. Plus on your childs birthday you can pay for a bear at the price of your child instead of full price. This is the place to go if you want to give a gift your child will not forget.

Everyone was very nice. Our kids love their new bears. We have some new favorite stuffed animals at our house!!! The bears were very affordable but some of the clothing/accessories were a little pricey.

Took my kid sister here (age 5) and she loved it. She made an Elsa-inspired bear. They have a lot more things here now than when I was a kid; recordings from kids shows and movies to put in the bear, electronic beating hearts, scents to to make the bear smell like cotton candy, an interactive bath to clean the bear, etc. It was kind if crazy, and I felt like Build-A-Bear was just trying to make the experience as expensive as possible. Nevertheless, it is a fun experience for a kid. I had fun watching her eyes light up when we where exploring the store. The lady who worked the stuffing station was really great at talking to the kids.

Just what you would expect. Pick a bear, rabbit, cat whatever. Fill it with fluff and pick from an amazing assortment of accessories. My daughter loves it.

It was fun to pick out all the stuff and name the stuffed animal. They have a lot of good choices and outfits they even have sports outfits. Only draw back. They are pricey.

I have never been there before. We went for a 4 year old birthday party. I love the product and the experience but they were understaffed. That made the party start late and the check out times crazy long. They need to staff much better for the weekends. I will go again on a week day. Had fun and will go again. My little one loves the stuffed animal.

We come to build a bear all the time! Weve had 3 bday parties and our kids get the new stuffed animals all the time. The staff is always the best and super friendly and helpful and never rude or mean to us or the kids, even though it can be so crazy. Thank you build a bear!!!

The staff work well with children, the bears are not exceedingly expensive and the deals they offer are relatively cool. 5 dollar gift card for every 25 spent. Worked out for what we ended up spending now we have 15 dollars in gift cards for accessories...

Took my son here on his birthday and was pleased to find out that they had a special birthday bear, if you come during you birthday month you pay your age! He left thrilled that he got a bear with sound and I was thrilled that both the sound and the bear were less than $20.

I had never been, but I wanted to do something amazing for my granddaughter and her fourth birthday... We are both so happy!

Terrible customer service. Spent 20 minutes in the store and none of the employees talked to me. There needs to be more than one person putting bears together, especially since 2 employees were doing nothing. I finally walked out without buying anything and I will never go back. This place used to be great and totally top notch and worth the money, my kids loved it but it seems like its really gone downhill lately. In approximately the last 6-8 months there seems to have been a general downward turn in the store and staff. The store seems to be dirtier and instead of all of the staff being very friendly, kind and upbeat (which was always the case over the prior 4+ years) it seems like its about a 50/50 split now with 1 or 2 regular employees being particularly rude and surly. My daughter has about 10 bears from here plus clothes and accessories and my son has 2-3, so we have been here a lot. The other very disappointing issue, speaking to the store and general upkeep, is the first machine you go to after you pick an animal has been broken for at least 6 months and it seems like they dont have any intention of fixing it. This is the machine where the kids go and pick the heart for their stuffed animal, put in their own name and then pick all of the traits they want the animal to have (playful, love, etc.) it then recognizes the traits on the last machine when you are registering the animal. So without this first machine working they have taken away a huge part of the whole experience. As is obvious we’ve spent a lot of money here but won’t spend another dime until they get this store up to par or we will spend our money at Build a Bear’s in other areas or more likely my daughter will get inpatient and the money will go elsewhere. Get your act together guys!!!

Customer service is good the girls that help children are good too and helpful. Prices are fair.

Clean, did not fuss over an adult getting a bear for themselves. Also comped a bear and outfit for a child who had been hospitalized for a suicide attempt.
