My wife and I were greeted by John upon our arrival to the store. He appeared to be helpful in our search for a rowing machine. We asked for a specific rowing machine model that they did not have but after John looked up the model, he found one. We placed the order. John later called and informed me that the item was no longer available except for floor model. I would have been ok purchasing the floor model but it was disappointing that John had made no effort to seek a lower price for said floor model. I asked and he seemed to want to quickly dismiss any notion that a price break would be given since the floor model was in perfect condition. I was not pleased with this response. I then wanted to cancel the order but he finally said he would look into it and get back to me in a few days. He called again to inform me that a price break would be given but he did not know the exact price. I told him I would wait before agreeing to the deal. The following day, his colleague called and he was outstanding in helping resolve the situation in a timely manner. When I informed Joshua that my sister in law had purchased a floor model at a different store, he quickly looked up the transaction to confirm and then told me he would call back to confirm the final price. Minutes later, Joshua called back and confirmed the same price would be given. My only regret would be that this transaction could not be transferred to Joshua because I strongly believe he deserved the credit for putting in the effort to look into this situation. If I do purchase anything from this store, Im only going to deal with Joshua.

What an exceptional fitness retailer. Their selection is so impressive. Went in for a couple of plates and a kettlebell. Left with plates, kettlebell, pullup station, and olympic weight tree. Dylan and John are such good people. They are so cordial, friendly, and helpful representatives of this company. They really go out of their way to let know you they are here to help you. Not only do they sell the industry best treadmills, this location has one of the best customer service providers I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Dylan is also the manager, but he informed us about the various treadmills they offered, pros and cons, and let us make the ultimate selection. Precor has a large selection of equipment and the store is clean and organized, so its easy to find what you want. I didnt have to wait for a sales person, John helped me find what I was looking for within my price range and made the sale easy. The company they contract out for delivery had issues, but the manager and John were able to resolve the issues.

We wanted to invest in a home gym for our family and met with Joshua, a patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable professional. He answered question after question, several phone calls, and several trips back to the store, all with the purpose to deliver the very best experience. We were never pressured at any time or sold unnecessary product in the pursuit of sales. An all around excellent experience. If you want to invest in your health and fitness and dont know where to start, you need to go to Precor.

This place was a life saver during the pandemic. When I wasn’t able to find weights anywhere at a reasonable price, I was able to order dumbbells and kettlebell and barbell within a week or two and paid the fair market price for them. I’ve been back many times since to pick up more pieces for my home gym. Great service and best of all, they are local. I’m able to see and try out the equipment before purchasing. I had to return a large item once and it was easy. That’s the advantage of buying local.

Dylan was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all, answered all of our questions, and was very patient with us during our two visits to the store. We intended to just purchase one machine but left the store purchasing mats, dumbbells, plates, and accessories. Our home gym is now complete!

I was not only blown away with Dylon’s knowledge of the equipment, but also his background in personal training. He made incredible suggestions based off my personal fitness goals. When there was an issue, he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and was able to problem solve quickly, so I didn’t have to miss a workout! I found the same one I was going to buy from the other guys. Jason honored their price which I thought was pretty cool.This store is clean, organized, professional, and has a lot of parking. Was interesting in buying a rowing machine. Not only were these guys the only folks in town that had the specific variety I was looking for, they also were able to get it here... the next day. Just about every single other business had like 5-6 week minimum shipping time.More importantly, the gentlemen helping me was extremely friendly and helpful. It was even refreshing to have someone pick up the phone after a single “ring”.Great business, can’t wait to go back when they get restocked with barbells and bumper plates.

Had a most awesome experience at Precor Home Fitness... I found out they had the Hydrow for me to test out and I drove over. It was love at first stroke and the manager, Jonathan, made sure I could walk away with the promise it would arrive within a week. And it did! I just finished my first two workouts and the machines only been here for 3 hours! Jonathan was awesome, super knowledgeable and able to set me up for success. Excited to keep rowing!

I finally decided it was time to get an elliptical so I could stay in shape no matter what the weather or air quality was outside. This Precor showroom had equipment for me to test, and an informed and helpful sales staff. Jason helped guide my decision making, and I left a satisfied customer.

Going in the store great customer service. The one star is for actually delivering the product. A delivery date of the 4 sept went to the store they said the treadmill didn’t come until Monday. They pushed date to today 11sept for the morning nothing, no update. I even verified yesterday from in store that it would be delivered. Now I’m done will have to rent a truck to go pick it up because this service is horrible and I live literally less than 5 min. I’m not from here, so barely know anybody live on the second floor. Going to be fun pushing it up the stairs by myself. I would be at work right now if the air quality didn’t suck around Beale afb.

BEWARE - DELIVERY DATES WAY OFF!! Initially i rated a 5 star due to great service while i was in the store making a purchase. Unfortunately i have to change that. I purchased equipment at this store and was told a delivery date which has come and gone and now delayed a month and I have to call them for updates. When shopping for equipment we initially went to the Sacramento Exercise Equipment store on Date Ave. they didnt have the machine we were looking for and the owner told us Precor sells it but they give delivery dates they dont keep but I was hopeful....not anymore.

We recently bought a True Performance 800 Treadmill from Jason, Manager of the Roseville store. He was very well informed about all of the alternatives and very effectively highlighted the features of this treadmill that were important to our specific needs. I felt the conversation was very much two-way and not one where I was simply on the receiving end of a sales pitch. I would definitely go back to Jason should I want to purchase another piece of exercise equipment in the future.

I leave reviews almost never (whether good or bad experiences), but man has it been such a frustrating ride with Precor Roseville. Going into the store and making the purchase was extremely easy and straight to the point. I ordered a new FT1 Functional Trainer and some mats with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks out per Jason (purchased 10/5). Cool, that’s not too long at all. I never called or checked in within that 4-6 weeks time frame because I understand that it’s going to take time due to Covid-19.At the 7 weeks mark (11/23) I called them just for a casual update... I spoke to Keith and he said he would give me a call back. Never got one. Called again a couple days later, spoke to Joshua and he said he would give me a call back after he speaks to Keith. Again, never got one. Called again at the 8th week mark (11/30), again I spoke to Joshua... “it’s in the warehouse, but let me call you back after I find out more information”. AGAIN, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I called AGAIN the following day on Tuesday (12/1). They said they will know more on that Thursday, so I waited until Friday to call. Yes, this is getting repetitive, but once again, I called that Friday (12/4). This time, John picked up and againnn, told me that he needs find out more information and would give me a call back before the day ends. I didn’t have high hopes, but to my surprise, John gave me a call back to tell me that they will know more of a definite status update on Monday (12/7)- so really, no update. I called again today Wednesday (12/9). John picked up and this time tells me that they are just waiting for all of my stuff to be in the warehouse.WAIT WHAT!? You guys told me it IT IS in the warehouse, but now it’s not!? So what’s what!? This by far has to be the most miscommunicated, poor service I have everrr had after spending thousands of dollars. Completely unacceptable! I STILL DON’T KNOW MY ORDER STATUS 9 WEEKS OUT!

I went to the Roseville Precor store on 8/6/2018 to view and price their elliptical products. I had been to two other stores prior to my visit to Precor, and was pretty sure I would purchase from one of them. My visit to Precor changed everything. Their representative Rick Villarreal, made my decision easy. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he was truly a professional in every way, from the way he looked and acted to the way he represented Precor and their products. Never once did he tell me I should buy from him and yet I was positive it was the right thing to do. If I was still in business and needed a salesperson, I would have made him an offer. I bought a Spirit 2018 XE 195 elliptical and cant say enough good about it. Very smooth and quiet operation and easy to use.Thanks Rick for being a great human being. I went back the next day and purchased one from them. They were able to get me one from there warehouse on the next truck and they gave me a great deal! It was a win win for me.
