Great service. I work for Sutter so I need to wear embroidered scrubs, but I didnt like their selection, so I bought Figs and they were able to embroider my Figs for me for about $10 per top. Only took them about a week.

Lots of variety here in terms of brand and color. The nice woman at the front desk was happy to help us when we walked in and direct us where to look. She was also kind enough to check in and offer suggestions to popular items when we looked. They also offer embroidery service here!

Love the large selection! Always get compliments on everything from this store! They always ask where did I get it from! Cant wait to go back!

Great place for scrubs. I went looking for chef wear because its advertised that they have both, but was disappointed by their incredibly small selection. Fortunately scrub pants and chef pants arent too far off from one another so I had to go with those. Prices are great though!

Whoever working today around this time in this store. It was very bad experience with. I ask for help and she said you can look for it. She didn’t help me at all.Not really happy with the service. When I ask any question she gave me answer with attitude.

I’m not a big reviewer when it comes to stores, but goodness gracious... this one is worth the time. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I obviously saw the 2.9 star rating on google and instantly thought that the rating doesn’t matter, the store would probably be better than it says. WRONG. 2.9 star rating is still higher than they deserve. My husband and I walked in with high hopes of good customer service. Luckily, we were greeted kindly and were told if we needed anything, go ahead and ask whenever. First impression was good. We looked around while I slowly grabbed some items I liked. I wanted to ask a few questions, but the gentlemen was on the phone and I didn’t want to bother him. I figured his phone call was going to be somewhat short and kinda stuck around and waited for him to be done. Well, I gave up on waiting and still walked around. About 5 minutes go by, I was finally ready to checkout. I was walking up to the counter and the gentlemen was still on the phone. I was almost to the counter when he raised his finger at me as if he was telling me to wait. I had already waited for him to get off the phone in the first place! I was patient and I waited, walked around close to the counter, and still, he didn’t get off the phone. His conversation was not work friendly, instead, it was expressing that “they need to keep their mouth shut” over the phone to whomever he was talking to. Definitely not appropriate for customers in the store. I waited just a couple minute more until I finally gave up and walked out of the store. He greeted us once, sat on the phone the entire time, and had the nerve to raise a finger at me to wait for his non important phone call to end (which probably would’ve still taken another 15 minutes). I won’t ever go to that store again nor recommend it to anyone. Very upset of my experience and the horrible service provided.

Highly recommend Gateway uniform! There is a wide selection of uniforms ranging from classic solid scrubs to fun and colorful scrubs. I also liked how there is a variety in fit.There are fitted, cut to form tops and bottoms as well as comfier loose scrubs. The fitting room was quite large and very clean. The owner was very friendly as well.

Very nice and helpful staff. Easily the largest selection of mens scrubs in the area. Ended up spending a little more than I intended and the manager threw me a discount. Awesome guy. I will definitely be back when I need some more scrubs.

Great selection! Im tall and its hard to find scrubs that fit my curves and are long enough. They have so many options. They even have hard to find maternity scrubs. They were super helpful and willing to order anything I needed at no extra charge. My favorite store!

Called for a price check. They answered the phone quickly and checked the price for me. Unfortunately it was about double the cost I found online so Im not willing to go buy the item. She was very polite and helpful but that only goes so far.Im willing to pay more at a brick and mortar store, but double the price seems like too much.Do your research, plan ahead. Dont get stuck in a situation where you need to overpay.I should mention my review applies to the absolute cheapest brand available. Its POSSIBLE the price is good for the brand, but they simply dont carry cheap options

Great store for any scrub/uniform needs. I was looking for some clogs for work and had never worn them before. The gentleman working helped me try on multiple pairs until I found the right fit. I will definitely return for any future needs.

Wonderful people!! I broke down and came in to let her know we were parked in her customer parking, and she asked if everything was ok. I explained I was waiting for a tow and she said no problem. While we were waiting, she came out and gave us cold water and let us know we could use the restroom. If I ever need uniforms, Im coming here. Gateway Uniforms has recently moved from Rocklin to Roseville, and is under new ownership. I have been in both locations. Their current location is in a great spot, on Douglas and North Sunrise, and the store stocks a lot of different brands and styles of scrubs. Its extremely clean and the girls working there are very helpful and go the extra mile for their customers. Very happy with the store and will definitely be back!

Love this store! It’s a hidden gem in Roseville that I highly recommend. Great quality scrubs, accessories & prices are affordable. Good customer service & even gives discounts depending on what medical facility you work at. Best of all they have maternity scrubs! I will deff be going going back.

Always great customer service....love the selection and choices they have available. They carry Koi which is my favorite brand of scrubs by far.The owner is always so helpful. On this trip I got 3 pairs of new scrub pants and my daughter got a writing booklet from the owner.All the products they carry are the best quality and Definately last for a long while even with the everyday wear and tear. I drove 45 minutes to get here this morning. The hours were listed as 10am-7pm. When I arrived(at 10:40) the shades were drawn and the open sign was lit. There was a “we will return at 11:50 am.” Poor decision. I will never spend a dime here.
