I suppose the products sold here are good. This particular store is/looks like a complete mess with dirt all over the floors, shelves messy. I guess the employees are decent. Easy to tell they definitely dont want to be there. Heck, can blame them.

I feel so bad for the staff. The manager Obviously hates her job and the staff seems miserable also. Big Lots is one of my go-to stores for household items but this is the saddest location I have ever been to. The prices are still pretty decent, unlike other shops in the area but man, its depressing shopping here. Wish there was another Big Lots in the area.

Big lots is a great store to go to if you’re looking for some inexpensive furniture. The store has a variety of things from cleaning supplies to food to decorations to household items. Conveniently located for the folks in the Roseville area. Friendly folks that work here as well they are very helpful. You have to watch the inventory because it changes all the time.

They have alot of unique things. Very clean great prices. The customer service is good.

Got some cool things there but I was told Id get a discount for signing up on their website and that never came through.

Big Lots is fun. I have only recently been here a couple times but it was an amazing experience. They have affordable items and furniture. It is especially fun to go during the holidays!

Good quality products for the price

Store manager Jim is extremely rude and unprofessional! I could not believe how he spoke to me and told me that my choice to return an item they refused to price adjust was not the right thing to do. I wasnt aware that Big Lots was the moral compass I should guide my life with.

Great place to shop for food and groceries. Everything is well laid out and reasonably priced. Between big lots and WinCo which is next door, i have 95% of my groceries checked off my list. They have a surprisingly good organic selection as well.

Not as cheap as you would expect. Walmart is less expensive on many items. They do carry low quality items cheap. Checkout is a pain. Theres nowhere to put your purchases. You basically have to hand them a few items at a time, they scan, then they set them back down with the items not yet scanned. You have to pay Attention so you can separate them and put the scanned items back in your cart. Not impressed.

I love this store to be honest. Its probably not the highest quality stuff but the price is good. Especially for headphones and cellphone stuff.

Mark who runs the furniture department is very kind, sweet & helpful. I bought a bedroom set from here. Will put it together tomorrow so hopefully nothing is damaged.

It was absolutely terrible due to the cashiers attitude I will not be ready recommending this place to anyone out here in this area I drive all the way back to Sacramento to go to a Big Lots and be treated like a decent human being

The last place I expected to find coaches, Big Lots.The coaches are not the quality I was looking for but they are good and comfortable. Coaches look great, mainly in my living room. I save over 50% buying here. I end up buying a living room chair as well.Taylor, the person who help me was great help.I transfer my own coaches with care, making sure no damage will occur.Thank you.

Good storage options for a decent price

The location is better than the other one nearby in Roseville. Im sorry I cant think of the street that one is on, but it is near Trader Joes. I like this one better because its more organized and seems to have more choices of just about everything. I was shocked that hardly anyone was shopping. It was still in the late afternoon and there is less than a week until Christmas! Last minute shoppers would do very well to go there! Plenty of items in all price ranges to choose from, and plenty of wrapping items too. One of my favorite reasons to go to Big Lots, is the awesome selection on boxes of compatible coffee pods for a Keurig coffee maker. I actually bought hit chocolate, some vanilla latte, and donut shop blend. Nice selections and fair priced. I also go for tech items, and toiletries that are pricier everywhere else. My one complaint? Never enough staff. Though I dont wait in long lines there, I dont often have the chance to ask a salesperson a question. Other than that, its good.

I absolutely love this Big Lots. Every time I come in I find something to take home - its becoming a problem! They have great deals on furniture and its helped us to decorate our home with a very limited budget. They also have some really great ways to pay which allow you to take advantage of their sales but also save money. Their furniture salesman (I believe his name is Mark?) is so great to us and always helps us out. Definitely recommend 10/10!

Wow. If you havent been at a Big Lots store lately youre in for a surprise. Boy did they up their game. Now I go here often. Very nice store.

The day I visited it was a 20% off day I had a fabulous shopping day new towels and sheets for my master bedroom and bath! Thank you Big Lots

BIG, and when I say BIG I am not kidding. I passed a employee as I entered and No one else was shopping. I put up some necessities in my cart and headed to electronics, asked employee tech question he helped best he could and headed to grocery section. As I shopped for food, a female employee looked at me as if I was aware the store was closed and had been for 20 minutes. My bad for not realizing what time it was when I was able to get in the door, pass worker, then question another with no hints that store had closed or was closed when I entered. That store was clean and organized. Customer service sucked I was treated as if it was my fault I didnt check the hours not come to shop at closing time. Clearly Excellent customer service is not a requirement to work here. Even a simple friendly greeting wouldve been nice and mabye I would shop here again. Looks as if shopping online overall a better idea on a regular basis.

Wow!! I am really impressed with this store! A couple years ago, I hated it and the staff.They just did an awesome remodel too!One employee I want to mention is Mark the Furniture Dept. Manager! We went in looking for some furniture as they carry name brands for about half of furniture stores. We purchased a sectional (Ashley), Pub dining set for a spare game table set, office chair. He was very accomodating, and gave us a terrific deal!! We couldnt have gotten anywhere else. A really good guy!! Thank you Mark

We traveled from about an hour away to pick up some couches that our local big lots didnt have in stock. Marvin helped us out and I had to leave a review. I have NEVER had such a great customer service experience in my entire life. He was AMAZING and truly a jack of all trades from helping us with our lease to helping us load our furniture and helping other customers at the same time. He is what a customer service professional should look like along with his genuinely kind personality. He made both my night as well as my husbands. Truly an asset to the company. The world needs more Marvins!

If ever there was a place that stands as a testament to you get what you pay for its Big Lots. Theres a nice selection of furniture for the home and office as well as small grocery offerings. I cant imagine ever choosing to go to Big Lots as my first choice for groceries but as I was in the store looking for a couch there were people in there doing that very thing. Pushing a cart around Big Lots grocery aisles as if it was something they did every day or at the very least had done enough in the past to feel confident that Big Lots would have what they needed, but these people were wandering aimlessly as if they were puruisng the selection at a full supermarket and not the scant offerings at Big Lots of all places. Big Lots is adapting to survive, maybe if Sears sold groceries too they wouldnt be everyones last choice for buying literally anything.

I absolutely love Big Lots. They have a wide variety of good items for super cheap.

I love big lots, one of my favorite stores I have ever shopped at. The best, but Im giving it 4 stars, because of the employees. I have only met two employees that was really kind, and honest, and I have met one today that wasnt nice at all, and also a bit rude, but Im not going to let that one bad experience I had, change how I feel, because I do love this store, and I just wish they could hire better employees with great customer Service skills.

Great prices & a lot of variety. They have a dedicated furniture area/desk. Their selection of furniture looks nice. The cashier was real sweet.

Most of the available products, looked used or rejected/returned at some point in time. Prices reasonable for what you could get. Staff did not approach while I was looking or ask if they could assist.

It was great...walked right in and saw my recliner. Loaded in my Kia and took it home. Sweet.👍☺

Theres quite a variety at this store. Its a little sparse like all the other businesses right now.

I like this big lots in particular because the store is always tidy and organized. It looks like theyre remodeling but the store was still clean. The cashiers were friendly as well.

Good store, as far as Big Lots go. Definitely the cleanest one Ive been in and the couch selection is large. I would like to see a bigger variety of colors for their furniture though. Everything is brown or black.

Youll find interesting items you dont see elsewhere. Prices overall are okay, but just watch what you pay for. Some items are overpriced. I like their holiday items and various toys. Youll find almost everything you probably need, even groceries.

Big Lots has awesome Munchies food for very reasonable prices and they have brands that you havent seen in awhile or havent heard. They have a killer selection of Ginger snaps
