Ive ordered postcards and posters of my illustrations and designs from Avalon over the last couple of years and every time you guys have been helpful and produced quality products. Very quick turnaround. Fast, professional customer service. The quality of the end product greatly exceeded my expectations for our family Christmas newsletter. And on top of it all, they personally delivered it to our house! I was expecting it to arrive from Ups or FedEx. The delivery driver even called me on my cell phone because our gate was closed and we hadnt opened it yet that day. Extra props to him for doing that. Timing changed and I needed it in one day. I sent the wrong type of file but you let me know quickly and we were able to get things fixed. Spoke with Marguerite to order more self addressed stamped envelopes, you guys didnt have the artwork needed to complete the order, so we sent that over and the order was delivered the next day, my boss usually orders for us, but I did this time and it was a very smooth experience, customer service is amazing!!!!

Every staff member I interacted with was super responsive, polite and provided excellent customer service. This is something I used to expect, but over the past 10 or more years, have found to be almost non-existent. Avalon was a delightful surprise! If I have printing needs in the future there is no question; I will go straight to Avalon. I almost forgot to mention that they had my project completed well before they said it would be, and the cost was very reasonable.

Although there was some miscommunication with my order, they were able to fix it immediately. My order was delivered on time. This was my 2nd order and the staff are very helpful by phone and very responsive by email. The quality of the prints were great and the price is just right and actually cheaper than other commercial printing companies. I will definitely order my future projects with them. Laura was my rep, who called me three times the same day to ensure I received the emails to approve every step of the process so my sign would be ready same say. I am a photographer and graphic designer that formally worked for a printer.My aunt asked me to put together a prayer card for her fathers funeral, and when I went looking for a printer local to her I found Avalon. Their pricing was reasonable, they had an online ordering system (which I found incredible!) and when I called the next morning to confirm my order (I ordered at 11:30pm), they were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable- my rep even told me that the imagery wasn’t really that great and gave me the hour I needed to get a higher res photo and fix the photo. My aunt was able to pick up the order later that week for the funeral.Great job all around!

Yes they print on clothing!! Super affordable, no minimum, completed in 1 day(because I did not confirm. :/)!! No rush fee! I literally called 20 places and looked over this place because I thought they did not print on clothing. So lucky I looked again and called. The work that I have had done by Avalon has always been exceptional. Only 1 time that we had an incorrect measurement for a correction label and they had new ones made within 2 hours.
