I needed sand for a project. They had 1.5 lb jars for $4 and then they had a 6 lb box with assorted colors for $9.99.I wanted one solid color but I figured for the price Id go for the 6 lb box. There was one box that was torn and I brought that to the counter and asked the girl if she could discount it because it was torn. And she told me that she couldnt because only the outside was damaged enough contents inside and I asked her she could verify all the pouches were in the box and she said no I cant Id have to open it I said well the package is compromised enough that all of it might not be there. And she refused to discount it. Now there were boxes with newer packaging that were marked $9.99 this Haggard box was marked 1199 and she would not mark it down she would not verify the contents and she was going to make me walk clear to the back of the store ticket one of the newer boxes going to take the damage box that would probably have to be salvaged out.I understand crafting and whatnot but this place is just full of cheap home decor, with Id say good 60% of stuff having some sort of religious undertone stuff thats not willing to think whats best for the customer and the store. I try to avoid Amazon shop local but Ill never stop putting that store again. Michaels Joanne Amazon hobby lobby youre not the only game in town. Your prices are overinflated and the actual retail cost is what you pay after you apply your coupon and heaven help you if your phone dies or you forgot your coupon and they will not cut you anymore.

One of my favorite stores! I love that the current seasonal decor is closest to the entrance, and you see it right as you walk in.My only concerns with this location, is there never seems to be enough cashiers at check out registers, and the clearance areas are scattered around the store instead of being grouped together in one spot.Great selection of merchandise though, and there is always plenty on sale too!

I love going to a store where I know they are going to have the product I am looking for, and also lots of new fresh ideas. Hobby Lobby is organized and clean and the staff are available if I cant find what Im looking for.

Wide selection of items organized by theme. I enjoy coming here because customer service is better than other stores. Staff is knowledgeable, present but not hovering. Lots of surface parking in front of store. Wheelchair accessible. Rest room in store.

Absolutely love this store! There is no place like it. Only downside is I find myself wanting to spend hours shopping in it. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and and so many truly unique decorating and craft items for fantastic prices. Especially when you catch them at 50% off.

A short time ago today I made a purchase of several packages of incense at the Roseville Hobby Lobby. Most were priced at $.99 but a few were marked $1.99. Three of the packages were of the same type, one being at $.99 and the other two at $1.99. There was a third individual package marked at $1.99. The explanation I was given was that the priced had been raised on the newer stock. I went ahead and paid. Then on further reflection I decided to speak with the manager. He gave me the same excuse. I mentioned that their website had the items priced at $.99. The manager then looked up the price and found that all of the packages of incense were priced at $.99. He offered to give me a refund. I declined as I had an appointment and the store was very busy. In the future, if I ever shop at Hobby Lobby again, I will make sure Im charged the correct amount for my purchase.

Really great sales and selection. Needed some filler for my vase and found really lovely florals there in the color scheme I wanted.

This store requires time. They have so many beautiful pieces to accentuate your spaces. Their prices are reasonable, and they tend to have weekly specials. One of my favorite stores to go to for sure.

Well organized with very helpful personnel on the floor. If there were any area for improvement it would be the checkout process which tends to be slow. Otherwise a real gem to find arts/crafts/seasonal materials and so much more.

This store has a plethora of items. It was nice to walk around and get ideas for decorating my home. I liked the displays that were color coordinated. It gave me many ideas. One thing I did notice is that I didnt get a sense of welcoming and calmness normally felt in this type of store. The employees didnt acknowledge us when we crossed paths while . In my opinion employees should, at a minimum, say hello to customers.We dont find what we needed, but left with ideas. That deserves 5 stars. Overall, I give 3 stars. The employees could have been better.

Was able to find pretty much everything I was looking for. Daughter however, was looking for lamps and it seems they are no longer carrying them.

Wish the lighting was better in parts of the store; but otherwise very clean, well stocked and organized shelves. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Make sure to double check sale purchases as clerk was not aware of some sale items, and was s bit argumentative about it. Manager came and instructed him professionally.

We didnt find anything we were looking for so it was very disappointing. Everything is one style, modern or rustic farmhouse basically with the same items in multiple locations throughout (decor-wise). I wish they had more of a variety of styles to choose from.

I love Hobby Lobby. I spend so much time and money there. I have to destroy all of my receipts so my husband wont find out. Its like Im basically having an affair with Hobby Lobby.

This store is freaking awesome. Had Id know what it was like I would have been shopping here since we first got one.Its so so much more that a craft store.They have some super cool furniture and everything was reasonably priced.

I love the store. They have tons of items to choose from and the prices are pretty good. The only lowlight is the staff. They arent rude but they arent friendly at all. Ive never had a negative encounter... I have just never had a pleasant one. When I go to Joann fabrics every single employee considers it Their job to make sure every customer is glad they chose to shop there. I think maybe theyve spoiled me? Having said that, it would be nice if the employees at Hobby Lobby pretended they were happy to have us in the store.

I was in Roseville taking my sister to a doctors appointment. We stopped in and got all our steps before our long 2 hour drive home. We found some great deals. During this visit I dropped my glasses. I called several times and each time I was told no one turned them in. Yesterday, I called and they have my glasses. Great news! So I was given 1 week to make the 2 hour drive to pick them up before they discard them. I’ve had to use my sisters glasses and they don’t fit well. Our prescription is close, but not the same. Thank you so much!

Went there for the 1st time about 3:30 on a Monday and was surprised to see it was pretty busy. All the covid protocols in place, masks, social distancing, wiping down all carts and cashier surfaces, and probably more that I didnt notice in place. As expected, they have a huge and varied inventory of products for tons of household and craft projects, at generally reasonable prices. The greeter at the front door was easily able to point me towards 2 relatively obscure items I was looking for by memory. Plenty of registers open and lines were pretty short. The only downside I noticed was that there were a lot of employees restocking shelves throughout the store. Tended to give the store the appearance of being a bit messy and several aisles cluttered with empty boxes and carts that hadnt made there way to the shelves yet. All in all, a very positive 1st experience! I will definitely shop this store again!

Except for the Hobby Lobby at Birdcage. I prefer to shop at Michaels over in that area, out of a little thing called loyalty. 🙂

Went into the store today with my four-year-old and one-year-old to look at some new stuff for my four year olds bedroom. My four-year-old brought in a toy with him of his that he loves while we were looking around, we did not end up buying anything and left. As I was leaving the parking lot another customer ran up to my car to ask if my four-year-old accidentally took a toy from the store without paying because she said the employees were taking down our license plate and calling the cops that my four-year-old stole some merchandise. So rather than simply ask me if my four-year-old accidentally took a toy from the store they want to call the police? I went back in the store and asked the employees and they said that they’ve gotten a lot of merchandise stolen lately and that is their procedure rather than just simply ask me if my toddler accidentally took a toy. Sounds like the employees Need some customer service and commonsense training.

I have not enjoyed this store, despite trying it multiple times. Its full of stuff but somehow hard to find what you want, which makes me uncomfortable. Im sure some people like it, but I would rather go somewhere else.
