Very poor customer service. The product I ordered from oktoberhaus was not as described on the website. Since it was supposed to have been a Christmas gift, I was hoping to return or exchange the item in a timely manner. I started the process by chatting with a customer service rep. She left the chat mid-conversation so I was not able to finish the claim. Then I tried contacting customer service again the next day via chat and finally was given an email address to contact. I was told that a note had been added to my file that I would be refunded the shipping charges for original shipping and return shipping. I brought the package to the post office and was told by the post office clerk that the return shipping label included in my box was not infact pre-paid. In my frustration of already standing in a long post office line during the holidays to find out the label was not pre-paid, I went ahead and paid for the return shipping and even included a copy of the post office receipt in the return package as proof. I also immediately emailed the customer service person that I had been working with to let her know. The package only took a few days to be received at Click to Ship but it took them almost a month to refund my purchase. The return shipping was not refunded even though I had originally been told that it would be and when the situation had been escalated to a manager, she told me that it was not their company policy to refund shipping charges. Although I was only out $7, I felt the sincerity and customer service of this company was very poor and their website falsely describes its products. Additionally, their response time was very slow! It took days to get a response by email. Buyer beware. This was literally the worst online customer service I have experienced and was a complete waste of my time.
