This is a great store for personal service. I had cards printed same day and for half the cost and twice the quality of FedEx/Kinkos. I’m glad I got to experience great service and my needs were met. I hope they’ll do something about the lighting in the store, it’s an eerie feeling, but otherwise, excellent employees. Thank you, so much.

I am asked to write reviews on different places I go all the time by Google and earlier I had given office Depot in Roseville a good review and today I went in and needed to do some printing and different things, last time I was in there they were very helpful they went out of their way to help me with different things this time was different the manager Tim did not want to help me he acted like I was an inconvenience the cashier of course is always just awesome awesome cashier I couldnt say enough about her shes great but Tim the manager was just awful I asked him for some white out which is literally sitting on the counter he did hand that to me and then I asked him if he had a couple envelopes because her envelopes are anywhere from $9 to $40 for a box of them I just need a couple too and he said no he didnt have any okay well i wouldnt have asked him but the cashier told me to go ahead and asked him the manager so I ask him because hes he can be a nice guy she said so I went over there as sweet as could be and he said no no! office Depot I believe should have something somewhere for people that dont want to buy one or you know a whole box of envelopes I just needed to I was even willing to buy two envelopes not for free I was willing to buy two but no so thats why Im giving them a one star dont go and expecting miracles have a good day

I just visited this location which I frequently do for work stuff but I needed to get something printed that needed to be much larger and to me it seemed very confusing but when I asked the people who are working behind the print desk for help, she knew exactly what I was talking about and had it finished within a couple minutes! She was incredibly helpful and very accommodating!!

Got some documents printed. Its fine for what it is but employees were pretty dismissive. Aside from needing to wait for someone to show up to give me my copies I barely got a hello or even a greeting. Like Im sorry if my using the services at the store was an inconvenience, it wont happen again. Ill go to staples next time.

Any other Office Depot in the cities but this one. We have tried it a few times out of convenience and each time they are super rude and unfriendly. After this last quick stop we decided we would never be back and will forever go out of our way to their other locations.

They didnt have what I needed in stock (which with the recent issues involving getting laptops irl I understand) BUT out of the 5 stores I went to this was the first one the laptop sales person was super kind and helpful

I was told they can do same day printing, but then they said the canvas I wanted, no one knew how to do it, so I had to settle for a poster. The employee said they weren’t busy that day and they should be able to get it done within a couple hours. Then, they never emailed to let me know it was complete. When I called the next day I was on hold for 15 min while they “checked” to see if it was done. A day later and they hadn’t even started it. I needed it for a birthday present two days later but had to give a belated gift. Not really good customer service unfortunately :/

Terrible experience. No one acknowledged my existence for the entire time I was there. At checkout, I said Hi, how are you to Lynne (sp?) And was met with silence. So I paid $100 for something I can get on Amazon and Ill be doing that in the future. Im never going here again.

The people are so nice, knowledgeable, And they print things correctly!!!! Its a welcomed breath of fresh air compared to the other ones in the area. Its totally worth the drive to get your stuff done right.

I’ve had a consistently great experience with this OfficeDepot printing on my metallic card stock (tricky!) with Britney. When she’s not working it doesn’t go as well.

Most incompetent staff Ive ever seen in a retail establishment.Far more expensive also.We bought the exact same list of items from another retailer and played half what Office Depot charged, then we returned all 20 items we got from Office Depot.

Best experience ever! Britney saves my day! I have a small retail store and I was having print issues. She solved it right away and made sure that everything was the right size. Such a pleasure to work with. Because of her, I will go to Office Depot for life!

One of the items I wanted was not in stock, the other... I bought three. I chose another of the first item and was given 20% off my entire purchase. Staples had nothing I wanted. But they could order it. No thanks.

I will not shop here again. We stopped in to get one 24x30 printed and they said they could not do it until the next day because they were too busy. However, none of their machines were printing anything. They were not willing to work with us and the staff were not helpful. We will go to FedEx to get our printout.

I work for a local law firm, and we use this Office Depot regularly. They are always accommodating for my special requests, like needing a million stamps every time I go there, and whenever I ask for help, theyre eager to assist, even when I dont know exactly what I need. I especially appreciate their responsible recycling services. We get generous in-store coupons as Rewards Members for recycling our printer cartridges, and they have a very affordable office equipment recycling program that we will use to dispose of our old phones. $5-15 per large box. For bunch of phones and related equipment, we probably wont pay more than about $50 to keep all that plastic and other harmful byproducts out of a landfill. Im very grateful for these services.

Had a great experience buying an office chair here. My wife picked out the one she wanted from their website, and I called about 30 minutes before closing, on my way home from work one day. They said they had several in stock and brought one to the front so it would be ready when I came in. When I showed her that it was $20 cheaper online than in the store, she immediately matched the online price.Granted, I was the only one in the store at that time, but they went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer.

Few times you can say a person made your day... When I went in one person on the staff, a blonde female, greeted me with the biggest smile... And she kept helping everybody with the same smile and attitude... I went of of the store with a smile on my face.

Nathan H.at the Roseville location in Copy and Print Specialty area was an amazing help to me when it came to printing out my handmade template for 400 wedding invites which included several different size cards for the details and invite. He was soo patient, efficient, and willing to make them perfect size and color and lovely, working with me and making a very stressful time, not that at all when it came to invites!! They turned out so nicely and I could never have done it without his great help there at Office Depot! Thank you Nathan for your 5 star service!!!

The customer service at this location is so good! I do a lot of prints and copies and the staff (especially Tim & Tammie) always double check for accuracy and quality. I so appreciate the extra mile!

This store is great. The employees are super helpful, and they keep it pretty clean. As a company, ordering online from Office Depot is sometimes a horrible experience, but this store couldnt be better!

It was nice to be asked if I needed help and then allowed to browse without being pestered. When I needed help, staff was right there and able to answer my questions.

Although they didnt have exactly what I was looking for, the employees were extremely helpful. They even came up with an alternative that worked out great!The only problem is that the storefront makes it look like the location is closed.

The store manager, DeMarcus, was incredible and did everything he could to get the purchases for my home office right on. Highly recommended.

Normal office Depot. Its pretty dead here and I had to wait minutes at the checkout before anyone saw me. Otherwise, they have the office supplies if thats what you need. This is one of the few place that I can find one for my older printer

Printing center is staffed with rude, unmotivated, unhelpful staff.Placed an order for a mounted poster (which I needed for today), the website said it would be ready by 7PM yesterday. I came to the store and the poster was printed but not mounted. They said they had shut down their machines, they wouldnt be doing any mounting, and I would have to come back tomorrowThis morning I came back at 10 when the store opened, and the poster still was not mounted. The Clerk said I would have to wait 15 minutes, she ignored me for over 30 minutes until another employee came to help me who immediately mounted the poster.I will never use Office Depot for printing again.

Prices are OUTRAGEOUSLY over inflated, like 3-4000% mark ups. Staff is useless and unhelpful.

Asociates are not helpful. Price match for this particular location is a matter of laughter... Just drive a little and go to Maplewood. People are more Friendly.

This store is well organized and the prices are up to date. There are some bargains around if you look.

Just a comment on customer service - the local store tried 4 times to get our order shipped to us, and all that happened was that our bank account got locked up because the returns werent going through. They promised USPS delivery but used some fly-by-night company that couldnt be contacted when the order didnt arrive (charge #1), then, after the re-order was paid for the item was out of stock (charge #2) and had to be refunded rather than the charge canceled. The third try found the item but would take another 5 days to get here (a full WEEK after the original order was due), charge AGAIN against the account but canceled (3d time) because of damage. The FOURTH attempt caused the account to be locked by the bank. The reps attitude? Deal with it, we wont do anything for you.Now, my account is locked until Monday, so I cant even get a Fathers day dinner this weekend. Not to mention that everything was moved to make room for a new desk that, at BEST, will be here a week late.Wonderful customer service.

Everytime Ive been here Ive had slow, unfriendly, and incompetent service. The help is always extemely slow, and there may be only 1, if any, person who knows what to do. Ive received help where my printing was messed up 6 times, still could not figure it, and still charged me, without fixing the problem. I will not come back here for printing services or anything that requires assistance.

Incompetent staff and horrible customer service. I went in to buy an office chair, because the box that the chair comes in was too big to fit in my car I had to have the chair delivered. The delivery took a few days and when it arrived it was the incorrect model. When I called the store to inform them and see what they would do to help me the store manager said going through the delivery service again would take a long time to deal with so he would just deliver the correct chair himself... a week later. Well the guy never showed up, so again I call the store and a different store manager tells me that the other store manager lost my phone number and was unable to call me to tell me that the correct chair model was sold out now and they couldnt replace my chair. So now I have to wait another week for the delivery guys to come pick up the wrong chair and I wont get a refund until they pick it up. This would have been the 3rd or 4th chair I wouldve bought from office depot, but after this experience I will never give them my business again.

Hard to find overhead projector markers these days but this place had them. Person at the register was nice and caught me before leaving my keys on the counter.

Eh, good deal on water if you were going to office Depot to get water. Employees seemed stoned.

Britney has been handling our color copy projects for years. She is the VERY best at what she does!! Takes a complex project, and makes it look easy. She also knows the whole store, and can advise on purchases of office products. We cannot recommend Office Depot highly enough because of Britney!! Other employees very friendly also!!
