Very disappointing! Stop here all the time (previously the one in Brooklyn Park when we lived out there). Always order bubble tea (taro snow with boba). Always friendly and drinks are great. Not today. This time it was terrible! Tasted like water. New staff apparently can’t make drinks and do not move very quickly. Going to lose a lot of business if things don’t change.

The young lady with glasses was blasting very loud music and made it hard for the cashier to take my order. I had to repeat my order 3 times before I asked if they could lower it. Anyways, the lady in front who took my order was very nice and patient. the Thai tea is always so yummy when she works on Saturdays.

I went in today for some boba and the cashier was on her phone. She was texting while taking orders. I mean, come on now. Can’t get any worse than that, right? Lol, she then goes on to facetiming her friends while her employee tirelessly finishes the long line of drinks before her. The drinks were good because they were made by the long ponytail girl. Better management please, and let that poor young girl doing all the work catch a break.

Every time I come here, they low ball me on the paid extra boba and sizes and when I call to get it taken care off I’d get a bogus excuse. Now, once again, my order had been messed up. They purposely do this for the extra few cents they make. It’s pathetic. Never again. It’s a total joke. I’d rather drive to Dinkytown to get my boba fix in.

Have to go through Covid required masks despite everything else having lifted it. If youre behind plexi with a mask in sure I would have been fine to order.. never again

This place should come with a warning about how addictive they are ... My little sister started buying tea there with friends and the addiction soon spread to the rest of the family to the point of any little trip out is accompanied by a should we get Boba?

Amazingly tasty Biing and bubble waffles here!So many choices of bubble tea to choose from. I like the honeydew with passion fruit jelly bubble tea. The naturally flavored biing was full of flavor with fresh toppings makes this the ultimate dessert.The bubble waffles are another favorite dessert.Great customer service with friendly staff makes this my go to dessert place. Everyone will enjoy the vast assortment and variety of flavors and choices for drinks and dessert.They have enough room you can enjoy the wonderful desserts with your friends inside and outside. Great customer service!! My drink was suuuuper sweet though. I ordered the lowest sweetness level (1/5) and Id probably classify what I got as (4/5) sweetness. After diluting a ton with unsweetened tea, it was perfect!

Y’all. The only thing keeping me from rating this 5 out of 5 is that their ice shaving machine has been broken about 9/10 times we’ve tried going. Definitely call before you go if this is why you’re going!!

Didn’t get a chance to try, curbside pick up only, so doors are locked. I understand why, but also I feel like just coming in to grab it quick won’t hurt at all since no one can dine in anyways. Probably should report this place too, since two ladies were behind the counter not wearing masks. What’s the point in doing “contactless pick up” if you’re not going to wear masks while making drinks??? No logic here clearly.

My wife and I have ordered from this place two times already and they are not consistent with the sugar level on their drinks. This last time we ordered a coconut and Thai tea snow and both was water down. We did not call to complain because we are afraid they may tamper with our drinks (we dont know if they will or will not but just saying). We live in the area, and are hopefully they can improve over time as we like to support small business in our community.

Horrible customer service every single time. Their bubble tea is good but you wait forever to get your order and nobody acknowledges your presence and have been waiting for a long time. And when you call the number they have listed outside the store for curbside pickup, nobody answers. Super annoying.

Please open again to order inside. The wait times are so long ordering online you need to plan in advance. If you want to casually go get bubble tea expect to wait for 20 mins.

Order on line. Show up at the store and its brought to your car. My granddaughter is obsessed with this tea. They are generous with the tapioca pearls.

My boyfriend and I ordered over $50 worth of stuff our first time visiting this place. Everything is so good. I loved the watermelon icii with strawberry popping pearls and the macrons (especially the fruity pebbles one) the best. The staff is super friendly and quick; were gonna make this our once a week spot for sure!

Their Bloody Mango (mangonada) special is so delicious all it needs is a little tequila. 😆I like how Tii Cup incorporates actual fruits into their drinks, it adds to the flavor profile.The taro snow with boba (tapioca pearls) is my favorite, its blended very nicely and full of flavor!!Theres endless options here and theres usually something new to try!!

Weve ordered online for curbside pickup a few times. Drinks are always good, but the process is not always consistent.Sometimes we arrive and call to say we are there. Other times we cannot get through in the phone for a while. Other times the drink runner might come up to the car to ask for the name and then returns with the drinks when they are ready. The website doesnt actually have a specific spot for vehicle details, so we usually put our name and car make/model all in the Name box.

Theyve got a drink for any mood, any season. I drank liquid summer last week with their iced green apple tea. 10/10 would sip again!

Open your store to walk in orders and maybe I’ll change my mind. Wait times are nuts.

I lived in Taiwan, the birthplace of bubble tea, for a long time and this is the most authentic bubble tea shop Ive come across in Minnesota. The drinks are delicious and perfectly made. The staff is very friendly and quick at their jobs. They churn out teas and frozen drinks in record time. The shop is very inviting and makes ordering easy for a bubble tea novice. Im so happy to have found this little treasure.

I left a review almost a year ago.I see for whatever reason that review has been deleted.I ordered a drink. The individual that was working was training. She got my order wrong. I order the same thing every time. I asked the barista to remake as my drink was wrong. She did. However, when she handed me the drink she scolded me and told me to order my drink correctly. I did. Your cashier in training got my order wrong. I ended up leaving my drink there and left without a refund. Keep your money and stank attitude. Keep deleting my review and I will keep writing. I can’t believe I have been supporting such a hateful business.

We placed an order at 3:11 in the afternoon, and were instructed to be there to pick it up at 3:30. You furnish a description of your vehicle, and they supposedly will bring your order out when it is ready. My description included year, make, model, color, and license plate.After waiting in the lot for 30 minutes (and noticing that several other cars were there waiting also) I received a text that my order was ready. Then I waited another 10 minutes before realizing they were not going to bring my order out, so I walked up and waited outside the locked door for someone to help me. They eventually opened the door and gave me the order; it had been waiting inside.This was our second visit in the past couple weeks. Our first visit was similar, but I chalked it up to some bad luck and gave them another chance.I give them two stars because we did actually get tea.

I was looking for a local bubble tea place and stopped by. This is better than Cha Time which is definitely saying something in my opinion. Will be back!

They messed up our order and refused to make our drinks how we ordered them unless we paid again. We usually have no problems but whatever crew was working on 6/5 around 6:30 need to improve their customer service skills. I work in customer service and I definitely would not of dealt with it that way. 👎👎

Initial person that took my order was helpful and courteous, on the other hand the girls making the drinks seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than doing their job. When my drink was finished, seemed like about 10 min later or so, she just set my drink on the counter without calling it out and went back to talking. 3 stars for service of initial person and the flavor of the drink, drink was very good, could use more pearls though. I don’t think I’ll go out of my way to come back otherwise.

Easy to get to and easy parking. Menu is easy to guide through and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. Glad there is a Tii Cup around! I would highly suggest it if you love boba tea. We got ours fairly quickly as well. The place is quite clean too! Overall, definitely come here to try out one of the better boba tea places.

I used to like coming to this place. Employees used to be happier and friendlier. I walked in today with the same customer service expectations, to meet a rude young gentleman at the register. I don’t think any customers needs to be treated dumbly if they have a question about the menu. My husband asked, “This is your favorite ice cream shop?” He asked this after realizing how rude I was treated by the cashier. I just had to reply, “Not anymore.”

Taking forever to have two drinks made. Heck McDonalds with 5 cars is faster.

I love this place! Great flavors, able to adjust sweetness to your liking, and the drink variety is fantastic. Glad they have a punch card, buy 10 get 1 free.

I find myself commonly going there for a little sweet treat my only quarrel with the place is that its way too easy to overdo the sweetness, but other than that it is a fun place to go and have a little something special. It’s atmosphere being neo modernistic really brings it all together.

Fairly good milk teas, the fruit teas are a bit sweet for my tastes so I only get the pomegranate green tea if getting something fruity. Unfortunately, the last 3 times I went, they have been out of boba. Im glad it isnt far for me to get there, but Ive left disappointed the last couple weeks!

I love this place. I always get their classic bubble tea because I feel like they have the best flavor and the best tapioca bubbles in the UMN area :) I took off one star because 50% of the time they run out of boba. If youre coming here specifically for the bubble tea, dont visit after 6:00 on the weekends because theyll be out of bubbles and wont be making more for the night. Itll save you a lot of disappointment and gas.

Super cute place! I’m working my way through the menu. The staff is always very patient and helpful when I’m indecisive. The inside is a little chilly in the winter. If you plan on coming in and staying awhile, I’d recommend a sweater.

This Tii cup is amazing! My girlfriend and I get drinks from here at least once a week and we really enjoy them. The selection of tea, icees and coffee drinks is outstanding, the staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming and the quality is top notch and consistent!

Used to love their Mangonada but it is not as good anymore... Had a bad experience where I ordered a crepe and after 45 min I asked for a refund and the lady was talking bad about me in Hmong, not knowing that I was also hmong.... yes.

This is an amazing tea shop with an almost infinite choice of teas, icees, drinks, bubble teas. It took my friend and me a long time to decide between all the options. They let you chose the level of sweetness, and what kinds of boba to add.Im still happily chewing on the tapioca bobas a couple hours later.

First-time visitor. I actually went in there to see if they had iced coffee and I ended up getting a fresh watermelon with aloe icee and a golden milk iced tea. The watermelon icee was delicious! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Im normally not a fan of bubble tea but was quite happy with the pearls in both drinks.Friendly staff and he was very helpful with suggestions as I dont normally order bubble tea and not sure what usually comes in it.

Brooklyn Park location is better in my opinion, this locations boba pearls are bland and they tend to lean below average on sweetness for their milk teas. Otherwise not a bad place to get boba!

This was my first time ever trying bubble tea. I wanted to try everything so Ioved that they had the option to get two flavors in one cup. I didnt have any idea what I should get and the staff was very helpful in making suggestions. I also loved that you could eaily chose your sweetness level.

First few experiences were good, but it went down hill from there. From inexperienced staff to bad management. She was ok with our drink order at first, even told my husband she’s thinking about adding it onto the menu as an option because it sounds interesting to telling my husband that they don’t make that drink anymore. What gives!? But thanks to her, I learned how to make my own at home. A lot cheaper and tastes even better, thanks!

This Roseville Tii Cup is in a strip mall across the street from Ole Mexico & often shows up on my way to just about any where, when in the Twin Cities. The charming interior is usually clean & orderly.🍹 My favorite drinks here are the Bloody Mango (incredible spicy & fruity drink) & any of the milk teas w/ Boba (tapioca pearls) w/ mango or egg pudding.☕ Tii Cup also serves smoothies, shaved ice (Bingsoo or Bingsu), & coffee drinks.❓ My takeaway is to go w/ the intention of sitting & waiting just a SHORT while (not a lot of seating w/ tables) for an authentic, delicious drink!. The drawbacks to patronizing this store are how slowly they prepare the drinks & some staffs obvious lack of menu knowledge.🌈 🍒 ☕ 🥛 🥃 🍹
