Very awesome staff, always stocked, very clean and organized

These have to be the worlds slowest gas pumps. Literally took me over 10 minutes to fill my tank up. Bathrooms are outside and not very nice. Station needs some major TLC. Only upside is the easy location.

Literally every other holiday station has free air except for this one never come here.

Changing my rating. I was just here, the man behind the counter had a white scarf face covering as its required by LAW.. another worker in a blue shirt pushing a cart had his mask on in the store below his chin, not covering his face. I mentioned it to him it should be up inside and he rolled his eyes at me and didnt put it up. THIS IS WHY ITS MANDATORY... SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS AND EMPLOYEES CANT FOLLOW. SAD! I used to come here daily, recommended this location.. never again!

Not your typical holiday. Itty bitty shop... Good for gas thats about it.

It’s not the best gas station, but it’s not the worst either. Parking lot is too small and packed. More space is needed inside and out for the amount of customers they have daily. Customer service is decent when I’ve come in.

Awesome service. I always use the Luther car wash card at this location. The touch less car was is pretty decent at this location. The card readers might be having issues a few times reading the Luther cards at the pumps but nevertheless not a reason to skip the closest Holiday store.

Great service, Very polite, pumps have issues with reading cub card but no reason to skip the place. I dont mind going inside after filling up my car. Fast, accurate service gets me in and out. 😚

Sharon sharon sharon!!!! She’s a gem. I was having difficulty with my gas cards and she was so patient with me despite numerous of failed attempts. No matter how many times I said “it’s ok, just forget it...” she insisted we tried until it worked. She is so bubbly; sweet and personable. She even intervened when someone cut me in the car wash lane when I was reversing out for an elder lady. Her interpersonal skills and customer service was unbelievable. She really turned my day around. Go Sharon!!! You need a raise!!! xo

Receipt printers at pump never work, forcing you to go into building. Nozzles are old and will automatically shut off at random. The station itself is very small, but its not a huge lot so there isnt really a way to fix that. Its one of the busiest stations Ive ever been to while at the same time being absolutely terrible to enter and exit. Staff is fairly pleasant though, so its just facility issues.

Small location, no way to turn arround and 3 out of 6 pumps broken. Pump that did work was so slow we gave up after getting 2.5 gal in over 5 min. Told attendant, they informed its been that way for the past 5 weeks. Dont bother with this gas station, waste of time.

Horrible customer service by all 3 clerks! I stopped at this new Holiday station to purposely use my Cub Rewards and to get a car wash. The Cub Rewards reader did not read my card at the pump but it read my credit card, even though I clicked cancel and clicked Pay Inside. When I went inside to pay, they told me I had already paid and the clerk told me they could not discount my Cub Rewards. This was very disappointing as I had just been inside to let them know the cub card wasnt reading properly and I wasnt receiving an error message. The male clerk said no problem, the error will go away and you can then pay inside.When I went to purchase the Basic car wash, the clerk wanted to charge me the full cost, before gas purchase price. I told her no, because she knew I had just purchased gas. She then had the audacity to cluck her tongue at me that I was only purchasing the Basic, as most customers dont just purchase Basic. Very disappointed, if any of those 3 clerks were managers shame on Holiday for not providing proper customer service training.

I got a 10c/gallon discount card at Holiday with our new car, so I have been filling here. Very frustrating. Usually, but not always, the card is not accepted at the pump, so I have to go inside both before and after my fill. Last time I was told that I had to prepay, and couldn’t fill up because I had to tell him how much I wanted. More trouble than its worth. I will go to SA from now on. Also some pumps usually don’t work and some just trickle and take forever. To cold to stand out by the pump.

I arrived @ 5:30 AM for gas, Two men behind the counter rough hosing and cracking jokes at one another. One of the men had a flat top and buck teeth and the other had half baked eyes and probably was stoned out of his mind, as i sit in line and watch the ridiculous show in a hurry to get to work I look to my left and see the obese manager watching these two dink around while customers wait in line. This kind of service is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this particular holiday gas station! Hope this helps anyone in the future!

When I get gas here the cashiers are pretty nice and polite. No complaints really other than the long lines.

Regarding 2 for $1 English muffin sandwich coupon. I asked about substitutes since all of the sandwiches were gone and the response from the STORE MANAGER was The old people cleaned us out this morning. You cannot substitute for any other sandwich. Well have more tomorrow if you want to come back. I found his response very disrespectful and poor customer service! I ended up leaving everything I was going to purchase and went down the road to another gas station. Not satisfied.

Google says theyre open 24 hours. But they close at 12 thru the weekday and 1 am weekends

New car wash. I thought it did a great job

Worst car wash ever. 2 cars ahead of me and took me almost 30 minutes to get in. And after it just drips water after the dryer so its pointless to even get washed and still had soap on it will never go back

I went in there to buy some Gatorade and ice and the cashier didnt have change for small bills and also had no knowledge of their inventory of their ice and were storing food in the ice chest

Very rude workers and rude manager!! Theres a lady that works their that is so rude and mouthy!!! My husband and I try to keep money in community but we wont return to this Holiday Ever. And Im calling the District Manager on her mouth!! !
