I stopped in and purchased a “caramelizer” which as very good. When I arrived there was a long line but employees were outside taking orders and the line went very fast. Everyone there kept smiles and made it fun!🤓

The service is usually pretty good, but today was a whole different case. My dink was made horrible it was literally mostly chocolate syrup. I get the pitch perfect and it has a drizzle of chocolate and carmal... my cup was all chocolate even on the bottom and top and tastes like pure chocolate syrup.When I told the girl that it was way to much chocolate she said thats how its made and I should request light chocolate next time. After 1 drink I tossed it in the trash

The staff is really nice and fast. On your birthday you get a free coffee and make you feel like home. They really made my day.

Terrible entrance. No signs to help and it felt like the runner didnt care about what I had to say.This location was my 1st time. Wont go back.Im feeling like its time to hang up the flag and be done. After 13 years of being a DB customer.

This particular dutch bros is awesome and the people who work there are awesome as well if you have a way of just mixing and making up a weird drink like I do they can make just about anything and make it delicious and balanced and dont forget to ask them for a doggy cup if you have your dog with you its whipped cream and doggy biscuits and sighing up on their app is well worth it well enjoy

I love coming here. Everyone is always super nice and they get my drink right every time. The only down fall is the amount of bees there are at the drive through window

I went here on 6/08/21 with a friend and ordered 2 drinks. A woman was taking orders in the line with an iPad and I placed our order and paid with my debit card. When we got to the window and got the drinks, another woman said I needed to pay $10.50 even though I already had. She said it didnt go through but I was sure it had so I checked my account and proved to her that I did, infact, pay... And I was charged $11.50 even though my order was only $10.50. I was never asked by the first woman about a tip nor handed anything that gave Me an option to tip. She literally stole the tip without my knowledge, and i never would have known had they not attempted to double charge me. A third woman came to sort it out and said she would refund the whole transaction, but when looking through my account today, I noticed that she never did refund me anything. I might call but Im just frustrated. You pay for an expensive coffee to have the convenience of not having to make it yourself yet this one trip has cost me over $11.50 worth of time and inconvenience, not to mention trust.

They have those Rebel drinks blended. Tried to get something similar at Black Rock, I took it back cause after a couple drinks, it was just colored ice. Never will I go anywhere else but Dutch for a Rebel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I might even crank Rebel Yell by Billy Idol next time Im getting one. LOL

Stopped by just before closing (30 mins before closing) & the girl taking orders either needs more CUSTOMER SERVICE training or is just a POS. All throughout our order she kept sighing as if she was in a rush to go somewhere. The more cars that pulled up the louder shed sigh. My drink was horrible too. It was bland and watered down. Today was my first time there & will be my last.Please hire people who dont make your customers feel like theyre an inconvenient to your workers. Very disappointed with the service & product.

I ordered two picture perfects and after I decided to not leave a tip they just threw the drink in a cup without any whip cream, extra cramel or sprinkles. Theyre petty as hell and need to be a little more professional.

Ive stopped here a few times before and its always a great experience, but today was a crazy one for me. I had issues with my card and I was picking up my mothers favorite coffee on the way to the hospital to visit her after her reconstruction surgery. Shes been battling breast cancer all year and its almost over! The barista was so sweet and gave me the drink for free. When I told my mom about it, she had a huge smile, which made my day. You guys really do such amazing work. I couldnt thank you enough.

Went there today to get a hand blended rebel. Kept tasting coffee while I was drinking it. Realized they must not have cleaned the blender out before they put mine in 🤮Another issue. Slowest dutch bros in town. I try to stop in the morning before work. Today I stood at the window for 5 min and nobody even acknowledged me. Guess Ill have to find another go to before work.

The employees are wonderful and the drinks are my favorite. I just wish they wouldnt ask you if you want to tip everytime. I end up spending a dollar more on my drink everytime because I dont like saying no.

I got an americano and it literally doesn’t have any coffee in it. I only taste water which isint what an Americano should taste like. Nice employees though.

We came yesterday for my sister birthday. Ordered a White chocolate mocha it was black coffee w cream. It was awful just threw it away.

I love this place, there is always a line, but they get through it really fast. They are always friendly and out of probably 20 times Ive gone, they always make my drink right.

Sadly I didnt even get to get a drink. I was picking up my son from work just now at 9 at night thinking Great theyre open until 10 and I can get drink on the way. Imagine my surprise that as I pulling up they drive way being coned off. Really DB? I get clean up and getting done for the day but an hour before your supposed to close? This is the first time I have been disappointed by you guys.

Too much sugar and energy drinks. Black Rock makes way better real coffee. But, I go here when Im craving some energy or sugar so they arent that bad overall. Their employees are great it course.

The lines here are always spilling into the street and I dont think Ive ever gotten a correctly made drink. Today my mug wasnt even filled despite ordering a size that should have overfill it. At this point I cant trust that I will get what I order or even what I pay for. Dutch Bros is a shell of its former glory, all flash and no substance. Ill be taking my business to Black Rock from here on out.

This Dutch Ive only been to twice, they were nice as usual but the first time they messed my drinks up, which is no biggie they fixed it but that never happens with Dutch, but the last time I went they stopped taking cash.. Which is BS, so for that alone 3 stars.. I would do lower but they are still nice people that work there.

Honestly, the Dutch have been making coffee for centuries. Way longer than that topless mermaid. That probably explains why Dutch Bros has coffee that is far superior to that mermaid swill everyone seems to drink. Want good coffee? Go Dutch!

Dutch bro’s is really a 5 star company but this location needs to rethink their drive through layout!!! It’s absolutely horrid. The line is always way out on to the main road blocking a Heavilyused street, the line does move fairly quickly though. Other than that Dutch bro’s rocks!!
