False advertising!! I have had 3 separate incidents where signage is placed in a way to mislead customers. I thought I had learned! This time I read the fine print VERY carefully. When I checked out I noticed that I didnt get 50% off the second pair of denim shorts, the young lady assisting me seemed puzzled too. She called over her manager and he looked me right in the eye and told me that they had been moving clothes around and that the sign was for pants only. Take a look at their display. Does it look like the signs arent referring to the denim shorts all around them? I will never spend money there again.

Im guessing its just because it was in the mall but my daughter picked up 2 shorts with no price on them when we got to the cashier, he said they where on special. By one get one half off. My bill was $79!!! What? How much where the shorts you ask? $49 each. I picked up 2 board shorts and 3 shirts at another location for $70. It was upsetting.

Decent clothes but zumies and tillys sells better products the only reason they are in business is because the jenners think they still havent hit a billion dollar evaluation because they sell unlimited items through out there stores, its a fun store to work at compared to any other retail store just low wages but very fun and task oriented.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. My daughter has been in line e for over an hour. No clothes are worth this much time. There is trash on the floor and clothes all over the place. 😠

Customer service was pretty good but my God the prices were astronomically high.

The manager was great his name is London Robinson he went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! Thank you! He works at Westfield Galleria mall in Roseville California.
