If you see something on line you really like, and would prefer to see the item in person before ordering, there is a very strong probability the store has never seen the item and has none in stock. I wont pay $358 for a handbag I cannot see, touch, and try.

I went to this store a few days ago. Very clean and organized. I was shopping for a gift, but the names of the 3 bags were not recognized by the sales associate. I was basically just told to look around and look at tags. Aside from off the top of her head, no other attempt at figuring out the list I brought was made by the associate. I wish I wouldve received suggestions or more help in selecting a gift. I was the only customer in the store, when I walked in, but felt kind of disregarded. I just went home and ordered online.
Completely impressed with our service. Bought a MK watch on our Carnival Cruise and about 2 weeks ago the back broke off. We called customer service and they were of no help. We walked into the store and were were welcomed with kind knowledgeable staff who quickly rushed to ensure that my watch was taken care of. I 100 percent back the products and this store.
Kind of pricey but I dont regret my new wallet not one bit

Ordered some high heels online for in store pick up, smooth transition, rep was friendly and courteous.
Curious to see what the hype is about, I walked in and met a very energetic sales girl. She asked if Id ever been to a Michael Kors store before to which I replied that I hadnt.Could this be? That no one had ever set foot in a Michael Kors store before? Apparently in her world, this was just unfathomable. Announcing loudly enough so that all the customers turned around, OH MY GAWWD! Get out! she remarked.So I did.

Idiots - no one had any idea what they were doing. Asked to get my watch resized and waited 40 minutes. I had it sized 3 days ago (at this location) and it was not fitting correctly. Apparently you need 3 employees to help the one customer that comes in to resize a watch... Rude answers when I asked why it takes so long to resize a watch- it is a difficult process and there is more than one type of tool involved. Seriously? Train your employees how to resize a watch. They told me they have never carried the watch I brought in... Which they clearly do. Come to find out the last person to size it had left out one of the pins anyways so it would have fallen off at any minute... thanks Michael Kors for selling Ridiculously expensive watches and not training your employees correctly. Well never be coming here again.
