I remember hot topic from my youth and the finding oneself era in growing up. Being able to take my daughter there to let her pick something that was for herself was quite memorable. The staff were very attentive and found a way to make the experience unique. Im happy to see it some places dont change and continue to be somewhere I want to return

Smaller than I remember probably due to lack of stock from Covid staff did not greet or assist.

There is something for everyone here. Right now they are limiting the number of people in the store and masks are required. You might have to wait in line to get in if too many people; line moves pretty quick though. Fun store to visit.

It was pretty good, the jewelry was very cool. None of the necklaces had real crystals . It is very cool for an alt/emo person. I would recommend.

Always loved hot topic, even want to work there!

Currently they are only allowing 8 people in the store at a time so the wait is long. Its a very popular store! The staff is very friendly and helpful once you get inside the store. If you have something specific you are looking to purchase, they will go into the store and get the item for you to purchase without waiting in the line. However, you need to be specific on the exact item. We waited about 30 minutes in the line but once inside the sales were worth the wait.

What fun awesome fantastic store. Even though I had to wait to enter the due to Covic restrictions employee came to check on us and give apology for the wait. Very courteous.

Not much to offer unless your into the popular media scene but even then its definitely lost its identity from back in the late 90s and early 2000s, hell they hide the patches they sell by the counter as if they dont want people to buy them. Just made me sad to go in there cuz I know they can do better.

Found plenty of Kool styles and accessories for my daughter.

A great variety of anime gear and everything else you cant find at other places. Ill be back for my nephews anime stuff.The only reason Im giving a 4 star rating is because there was a lot of chaos in the store. Its too small to have that many people crammed in at once. There wasnt anyone to keep people socially distanced.Otherwise, the customer service was good. She was very helpful in saving us some money.

I get the employees work on commission but I dont need to be asked more than 5 times if Im doing alright. Its okay once or twice but 5 plus is too many, just let me look. Its also way over priced, I can get the same products at Amazon for half the price.

I always find great tees here and they carry Loungefly. Workers are polite, wear their masks, and I saw them cleaning the counter in between ringing up customers.

Waiting in line was a bit crazy but once inside service was good.

Loved it of course because Hot Topic always has some good options and great deals. If you are an avid fan about anything rock, meme like, or party then it would be a great place to find a lot of those choices there. The atmosphere was pretty chill but of course I think it should be a big bigger store. But most Hot Topics are minuscule compared to the other shops.

Used to be very goth and dark now it seems more trendy.I get the people have to keep up with the times but they should at least keep the original theme.

I love this place, and I love shopping for anime merchandise there. But its sad that so far I havent managed to find any Danganronpa merchandise. Even though when searching for, Where to buy Danganronpa merchandise Hot topic appears. I even looked on the website, no Danganronpa merchandise I know of.

My daughter loves this place. I do have to admit that they provided some really incredible customer service this time. Very friendly and attentive staff.

What once seemed fresh and fun has now become tired and sort of desperate. Inexpensively constructed yet overpriced fare on offer. The Hot Topic staff -- never known for possessing warmth or interest in their customers-- stuck with tradition exhibiting a studied boredom and clueless condescension. We bought nothing and were happy to escape.

My daughter goes to this store every time we enter the mall. I find it as such a amazing place I myself have shopped there and got many things from there. The store has many pop culture items and a great vibe with caring people who have no problem helping you out.

This is a very trendy store, with all sorts of hilarious gifts and great shirts. They have a large collection of fandoms and jewelry. However, the store is very crowded due to the amount of merchandise in it, and it is often difficult to get anywhere. This is common throughout the entire Hot Topic chain, though. Overall, it is a fun store.

I live for Hot Topic, however its a bit more pricey when you buy a bunch of things. This is truly the best as it contains things from fandoms, bands, and its a creatively comfortable store that you can visit in the mall.

I always find interesting items here. My wallet is empty now.

I enjoy the Galleria mall and all of its offerings. The Designer Perfume has a large selection, a little pricey but... If it is that cologne, eau de toilette, or perfume that you have been looking for, they probably have it here. I found my favorite, Karl Lagerfelds eau de toilette. It has been my favorite for over 30 years. Sadly, we lost Karl in 2015? But fortunately, we can still get the eau de toilette.

I called today to see about band merch, specifically TwentyOne Pilots. The man who helped me was so great, took the time to look and pull out some items for me while I waited on hold. When I arrived he was extremely helpful. I found my son all kinds of amazing things he will be so thrilled to get. They even suggested other kid friendly bands and were just overwhelmingly kind and welcoming to a mom trying to stay in the loop with the latest and greatest kid merch. What a wonderful crew of people and there merchandise is so relevant and in with the kids. These people are great examples for our young people! Thank you Ronny and other store staff for the kindness and help to make my boys birthday so great!! I will definitely be back with my two kiddos.

Store is smaller than usual but lots to see. Dont let the line fool you it may look long but the associates are fast an friendly.

Theres one word that gives a perfect description of the merchandise at Hot Topic: expensive. It honestly hurt my heart when I walked in there and saw all the price tags.Wristbands for seven dollars, a themed lanyard for eight dollars are definitely a bit of a stretch. Little plushies/stuffed animals were much over ten dollars. They certainly had cool and want items, but the price tags drive you away. The only things that may be reasonable priced are their pins and playing cards.They definitely have a variety of shirts but I wouldnt recommend getting any anime-themed shirts there. Old Sacs Evangelines, which is pretty expensive on its own, had some of the same shirts but for cheaper.Would not recommend going unless youre willing to empty your wallet.
