Its a nice store, has a good selection. Not a fan of the constant keep your mask on perfectly at all times or well kick you out vibes but other than that its a good store. Recently had a cashier do the wrong coupons for my purchase and didnt realize until a few days later. I called and the very kind manager Sierra picked up and helped with the issue.

Before you enter you must past the barrier, which is a girl blocking the entrance with a cart asking condescendingly if you promise to keep your mask while inside the store. In order to leave you have to ask her move. I should never have to request to leave a store.

Our family loves shopping here. My wife and daughters love all the LoungeFly backpacks.

Not helpful at all. I asked for help one girl was going to help be but what I guess is the supervisor cuts in the middle tells me whatever they have is out but then I hear her talking to the same employee saying were not going to go in the back and look for what they want. Edit: Now its come to my understanding they did have it in stock. So I will not be purchasing anything from box lunch again 🙃

This store is good if either you or someone you’re gift shopping for likes either two movies (Harry Potter or any Disney Princess movie) or two shows (Rick and Morty or FRIENDS) and I loooovveeee FRIENDS. But there SO many other shows that are here or have come and gone with nothing. If not there’s about 4 or 5 pieces to choose from. I heard every BoxLunch has some different things but I figured the one at the galleria would have a huge selections. But Disney key chains, buttons, and pop vinyl everywhere. Like Hot Top’s cute-ys younger sister. Half of their FRIENDS selection.

I waited in line to get in the store like most places in the mall. The worst part was waiting for five plus minutes only to have a family cut in front of me because they made an appointment. Then I had to wait longer. Really? What is this freaking Disneyland? Wheres the Fast pass? I wont patronize this store again. They are just asking for people to snap.

A good variety of collectibles from different media. A little short on adult sizes.

This store is AMAZING!!! a huge repository of geekery and shiny!! With great difficulty I resisted emptying my bank account while there.I intend to go back just based on the Customer service alone! Michael was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and he and his coworker had the kind of personality that you hope greets you when you enter a retail environment.They made the experience delightful and absolutely worth happening upon the store for the first time10/10 will be a customer again!!

Awesome merchandise and keychains, but had to wait in a 30 min line to get in.

Before Covid I would give the store A five star any day. I went there today with my fiancé and my friend. I have a medical condition which could leave me unconscious. Where I would not be able to takeoff my mask, if I was having trouble or were to be separated from my friend or my fiancé. I wasn’t being unsafe I was using a face shield as was suggested by two of my doctors. I was told that it was not acceptable and in order to go in the store with my fiancé and my friend I had to wear a mask. That they would provide one now because of my certain condition that is breaking FDA laws as clearly shown on their website. That is not the only reason I am writing this review. I am writing this review because, my friend was being followed by an employee in the store. The minute he pulled down his mask to get a breath under his nose she called him out. Now I know things are strict right now. He is a heavier set man and I can understand why he would just need to go to the side real quick. He wasn’t near anybody? I think that they need to accommodate for certain medical conditions, read up on FDA policy with medical conditions. Overall just be a lot nicer, and accommodating during this pandemic.

This story is wonderful, and has that unique gift youve been looking for. Every trendy TV, movie, or Disney fan would love a special gift from here. The prices can be a little steep, but the gifts you will find are different than the ones found other places.

Overrated and overpriced

My boyfriend and I were shopping for a birthday present for a friend but the service we got was mixed. An Asian guy who worked there was incredibly helpful but it seemed like he was the only one doing anything in the store. Two male and one female worker were clustered around the checkout joking around and on their phones. We walked up to check out and the girl glared at us and rudely asked, Can I help you? without actually moving to help. The guy who helped us earlier quickly ran around to get us checked out. I really hope he gets paid way more than the rest because he works a lot harder.

Love this store! A great place to buy gifts or find something for yourself. When I go shopping I always look forward to going here.

Dont get to visit here too often cause its a bit of a drive from me, however I enjoy the store when I get to visit! Lots of fun product. Quite similar to Hottopic, but pretty different at the same time!

I mean... its okay, I guess.Imagine a less goth Hot Topic.And when has anything being less goth ever been an improvement?Its nice if youre a hipster with money to waste on stuff instead of wasting it at Hot Topic.

This store is awesome to begin with but the staff are even more amazing. They are so polite and friendly. Just love shopping here.

I absolutely love this store they have a lot of really cool merchandise and maybe we caught them on an off day but wow I have never seen a store be such a disaster. All the shirts were tossed all over the place and it made it impossible to actually look for anything. I get it that it’s the holiday season but you think they’d have proper staffing for it

This store has a ton of cool stuff. Definitely appeals to all geekdoms, however it is very pricey and they dont run sales very often. Just have to plan when you shop.

Its like walking into a brighter, less crowded Hot Topic. The selection is not quite as edgy or niche (anime, etc) but still super fun.

Hit an awesome clearance sale and got some cute clothes for my son.

I was going to do some Christmas shopping here for all my nerd friends. I was looking around getting different things and they literally started following me around and aggressively taking the things I was planning to buy to the front counter, supposedly so I could keep shopping. I had maybe 2 things when they started doing that it was ridiculous. Ive a big brown guy so Ive gotten treated poorly just by the way I look and this was definitely one of those times. I really liked this store until they started treating me like that. You shouldnt judge people by the way they looked. I was easily gonna spend a huge chunk of money there but ended up just leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this store unless you like being treated like trash.

Was getting stalking stuffers when I tried to check out the lady asked if I wanted to donate $5 I said no thanks so she starts throwing my gifts hard into the bag breaking one still giving me her best you discusst me me look while she swears at me out under her breath,she tried to keep my change after the transaction to put tward her cause $9+she wouldnt give back .got it back had to threaten to call the police and owner of the store. Never shopping there again.all cause I wanted my change wouldnt you? Go to Spencers or hot topic same stuff larger selection polite employees cheaper prices
