I think they are trying to turn it around. They just are slamming too many cars through too quickly and making mistakes. I found a small ding in my car front hood post service. Took it back and they did make it look a tiny bit better, (I bought 100,000 mile warranty ding repair) but to actually fix it will be $820 out of pocket as they didnβt fully repair the ding and I still have to pay for 3 coat paint. So if you do go here- make sure you and advisor check for dings prior to and after service. If you think they check and rotate tires as itβs included in your package. Check again. Basically double check everything. As your new car might look less new post service. To add insult to injury - I got a comment from the workman at Future Ford to just add eyelashes on front of my suv to cover the new dent that came from Future Ford. π€¦π»ββοΈ * I went from 1 star to 2 star as they did try to fix it and it did help a bit. I do love the SUV that I got from there, its the service department that concerns me. My service advisor Darrell was helpful and trying to do a good job, and they did replace my windshield wipers which I appreciate and update air conditioner filter.***I did email 10/5 and 10/9/21. No response yet from company.
This was by far the best experience at future Ford. We have bought many trucks and our experience was not good at all. But we went back this time at 8pm to just browse the empty lot, when we were greeted by a nice sales guy. Whistler is the last name and he made our time there worth while!!!! If you ever want to buy a vehicle from future Ford ask for sales guy Whistler. The whole team that was there and helped us were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! I guess we will continue to do business with Future Ford of Roseville.
Don in parts was exceptional. I called to get a part and had a few extra questions as well. Don went out of his way to make sure it was the correct part. He also took his time to research answers to my questions so that I had the correct info. Don went out of his way to even help me carry my items to my truck, his customer service was beyond any that I have had in a long time. My only complaint is that as I was getting ready to drive away I was only given one key fob and told that they donβt have the second. On looking for a new one I found out how expensive they are . We recently moved to Beale AFB wich is why i took my car to this dealership. After the 40k miles maintenance, the car started running fine until this warning constantly came up on the screen.We move a lot as a military family and Ive been to many other Ford dealership. Ive never had a problem like this before specially for the price i was charged.That on the car service side...Now on the customer service i cant even give them an extra star since the staff had this entitled attitude at the office. I get that you guys know your business and youre probably proud about it. Just dont be petty to your customers. That definitely makes people look somewhere else.When i asked about the car warranty all i had for an answer was Youre out of warranty so you have to pay out of pocket.Ok so.... what about the warranty itself? Can i extend it? Is it done and final? Anything else to do about it other than just that pay me now kind of answer?I appreciate the experience in order to be more careful and look for better reviews/results next time.

We purchased our vehicle at Future Ford and purchased an extended warranty and maintenance plan. Money well and wisely spent. Have only had two non maintenance issues but those two issues easily surpassed the warranty price or wood have required substantial amounts of my time to work on. I have been happy with the service and professionalism of Roseville Ford. The purchase was a pain in the ### but service has been no issue. As I have an F250 I am able to take it to the fleet service which also helps.

Brought my F-350 KRT in for a recall. FF inspected it and told me my issue was within tolerance and did not need to be replaced. They also performed 7500 mile service and topped off my DEF fluid. Great service and friendly staff.

Worst experience ever. I would give a zero if I could. Very unprofessional, lied, and untrustworthy. Told us the car we wanted was available on our first visit. But they knowingly told me that another family had put down a deposit but willing to sell it to us regardless of their deal they made with another family.. (they just dont care!!) Already red flag. I should have known better. They should just be honest.We left to look at other cars and told them that we liked the car and told them we needed to look at other car brands but still very much interested.They called us a few hours later telling us they could make the price work for our budget. We came in, shook hands and made the deal. Started filling out papers and signed. Soon after, another co-worker walked up to our table said the car is unavailable and tried to sell us a different car. Their excuse was that someone had a deposit on the car which they knew from the beginning. I had assumed the other family took their deposit back. It was obvious they were conning multiple buyers on the same car trying to get the most money while disregarding and disrespecting people in the process .Dirty business. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone especially work professionals that value their time.I still like the car . Its unfortunate they are the only Lincoln ford in the area. If you are a Ford or Lincoln family, its worth it to drive and find another dealership not affiliated with this one.This will probably fall on deaf ears judging by the bad reviews on Yelp and on Google. Future Ford has always taken great care of our family vehicle needs. My recent experience was much of the same. We brought our 2017 Expedition in for an air conditioning issue. Mike at the service counter greeted us as we exited our vehicle and welcomed us to the dealership. He began by listening to our needs and asked if we were having any other issues with the vehicle. I gave him some of my concerns and he preformed a vehicle inspection. Upon inspection he notice an oil leak. Since we were bringing in the vehicle for warranty issues, he recommended doing the 60,000 mile service as well, so we would not have to make a second trip for service. Greatly appreciated. Thank you Mike for your expertise and knowledge. The Lake Family really appreciate all the help in repairing our vehicle.

I was contacted that I needed to bring my vehicle in for an inspection on my airbags. I was advised I could have my choice of a free oil change or a free tank of gas. I also advised I would need a ride home snd a pick up when my car was ready. I called the morning I was dropping the car off to remind the service department I would need a ride home. I was then informed there was no guarantee of a ride. I dropped my car off Monday afternoon at 3:30 and I did receive a ride home. My appointment was for 7:00 am on Tuesday. I heard nothing from the service department so I called approximately at 1:45 to see if my car was ready, I was informed they hadnβt even started on it. They said they would work on it next and it would be ready at 4:00. When I got to the dealer at 4:00 the car was not ready, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for my car. I had to ask about the gas/oil change, I stated I wanted the gas card. I was informed there was no gas card but if I wanted gas theyβd go fill it up for me. I had a full tank so I asked for a voucher. I was told I couldnβt have anything in writing, to just comeback whenever I wanted and βjust remindβ then I got a free tank of gas. I would not recommend this service department to anyone
I firmly believe in giving credit when credit is due. I told salesman, Mike Hess, after meeting him for the first time, that when I rate my experience I give either a 10 or a 1. Nothing in between. Yesterday was my first time to visit Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville. Salesman Mike Hess did not disappoint! I felt comfortable around him. He was authentic and personable. He made me laugh. I told him I wanted no BS. I got no BS. I drove away in my brand new car. I would do business again with Mike Hess. I rate salesman Mike Hess 10 out of 10. I would also like to mention Mike DAngelo. Unsure of his official title, but I would say Sales Manager. He was the first one to greet me when I walked up. Nice guy. He strikes me as the type of guy who would be fun drinking a pint of cold beer with while watching Tom Brady win another super bowl. lastly financial service advisor Ramzi Salto. He had my documents wrapped up in no time. His fingers flew across the keyboard while making me laugh the entire time. I imagine his fast fingers make him popular! I will definitely do business again with Future Ford of Roseville. Management should recognize these three gentlemen for their superior customer service. They are an asset to your organization.

The future of future Ford is grim because of the sales practices off a typical used car salesmen. This is a used car salesman concept is highly encourage by the management and slowly they will be dinosaurs. I bought a car from them three years ago and they are a perfect opportunity to retain repeated customer but they have zero concept of customer service or telling the truth. Cars and prices are great however we went to look at vehicles and since then have been called, emailed and texted daily. Some people may like that however for us that completely turned us away from buying a car at roseville Ford and ended up going to the Folsom lake Automall.
The customer service was quick and the staff very friendly. I gave Three stars because the windshield wipers that were replaced the one on the driver side broke within 2 days of the replacement.
John Green is my service advisor and I always feel like he has my back. He takes the time to explain each service and the cost, and why its important. If its something I cant financially swing at the time recommended, he doesnt make me feel like my vehicles going to immediately fall apart. I didnt buy this vehicle from Future Ford. The other dealers service advisor lied a lot about recommended services and I aways left feeling like Id been cheated. Not so here. I appreciate his honesty.

I have a 2020 Ford Ranger. The radio and display stopped working, and I an have extended warranty. I asked about a rental car they said no, they even wouldnt get me a discount. I live in West Sacramento, I had to find a ride home. After they fix my vehicle Im going to find a Ford place closer. When I buy next Ford it wont be from Roseville Ford.
Transmission went out on my 2017 Ford Fiesta at 50K miles and Future Ford diagnosed the problem and used my original power train warranty to cover the replacement at ZERO cost to me. Car was repaired in a timely manner and communication was kept throughout. The process was seamless and I couldnβt be happier with my overall experience.

Great service. I called Monday morning, because on Sunday evening I was driving with my windows down and then I could not close the passenger side front window. The window regulator and motor assembly had failed. When I called Future Ford of Roseville Service on Monday, I spoke to Darrell and explained the situation. He said to come in and they could fit me in. This was great. The service was timely and finished by Tuesday morning. I especially liked that they washed my truck before I picked it up.The one issue I had difficulty with was the cost. I had this same service done on the drivers side in 2016 at Future Ford of Roseville. Same service and same parts, but on the drivers side. The service in 2016 was $242.81. $144.47 for parts and $87.50 for labor plus tax. The service in 2021 was $824.75. $340.37 for parts and $458.00 for labor plus tax. I get that costs go up in five years, but thatβs more than double the cost for parts and 5 times the cost for labor. I get that parts and labor go up in price over time, but I was especially surprised at the labor. Either the mechanics get paid 5 times more now than five years ago or they take a lot more time to do the same job.Anyway. lβm happy with the quality and timely service at Future Ford of Roseville, but a little frustrated with the cost.
I had a problem that needed to be taken care of under warranty. They took my truck in without an appointment and got the problem fixed promptly. Had to wait a few days for the required parts to come in, but my service advisor, Johnny R., kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis via phone and text until the repair work was completed. As Willie would say, Im back on the road again.
Loved it here! Came in to get my 2005 Mustang airbag replaced since it was recalled. Jason let me know that the replacement would take until the end of the day (I came in at 8:30AM) and when I said I didnβt have a ride home he ordered a Lyft for me, free of charge, even though I live 40 minutes away. He also let me know since my car was nearing 150,000 miles that I should come in once I hit that milestone and get any maintenance needed, and even gave me a quote for that. After noticing my car was a bit dirty he threw in a free wash! Overall Jason was very helpful, thorough, and answered all of the many questions I asked. Definitely a 5-star experience!
