Person on the phone would not give his name, why would that be ? Only one reason, to avoid responsibility. Demand a 90 day warranty with a $100 deductible. They will agree on trustworthy vehicles.

Its amazing how some people become so desperate for a vehicle that they have to result to going to places like this to finance one. People, we have to educate ourselves and make better choices! Go online and see if your chances are better at an actual Big 3 Dealership, or even Carvana. Most often, places like this will drain you monthly. Trust me, I know because I took a friend here.Although, some of us actually dont have another option and this is it.The vehicles are beautiful, but dont let them high-pressure you into a payment that youre not able to afford.

I purchased a 2015 minivan for 11500 two weeks ago and it has been back 3 times already for repairs.The firestone inspection I paid for turned up 2600 dollars in repairs needed immediately.Bad brakes,rotors,struts,shocks and fuel filter hanging on by a thread.Have an inspection done on any car they are selling before you put one dollar down is the moral of this story.I will never deal with these con artist again they are selling damaged vehicles.

A&B Motors was very helpful and not pushy at all! They let me choose what I wanted and worked with me on what I could afford. I was helped by 4 people to get me to drive off with the vehicle I wanted. The owner himself, Al, had helped me even clean out the car I was trading in and put what I wanted into my NEWER vehicle. So they have a new advertisement. There is a large card sent with a scratch off that says if your number matches a prize number you get that prize. Bring in card with your corresponding number on the same card you did the scratch off to receive your prize. Too good to be true. When you get there they take your information then hand you earbuds. Stating that your verification number is actually the prize not what you scratch off. Why the scratch off. Why no way to look online at the contest rules. If a company is this down deceiptful to get your information for marketing how low will thwy go to sell you a car.

This place isnt a bad used car lot. The employees are friendly and the prices are very inflated but they will work with you. However after I purchased my car, I found out the odometer had been reset and it actually had 20000 more miles of use I wasnt told about. Im not sure who was responsible for that, but its the dealerships responsibility to do a thorough inspection and inform their customers better.

I would recommend anyone to A&B Motors in Roseville Mi., I learned of A&B Motors while driving in my rented jalopy listening to radio station personality Angie Starr @Kiss105.9 who talked about how great A&B Motors were and I will be the first to admit that I was very apprehensive about going but you know what guys... Im so glad i did. So so glad! I can honestly say I had a great time and a great experience. It was really refreshing to go to a dealership that wasnt completely full of it. The team at A&B Motors were so amazing with helping me purchase a new vehicle. They ended up providing me with a vehicle better than the one I asked for! The process was very easy and my salesperson Tom Plotzke was so diligent in giving me the best deal every. I was so happy to encounter a salesperson who didnt pressure me at all nor try to convince me with some gimmick or sales technique. He allowed me to test drive the car for as long as I needed to my satisfaction. After letting Tom know I was pleased with the overall success of vehicle he saw to it that I drove home with it AND a free gas card before closing time. I was so happy because I know my credit wasnt the best or my down payment lol but it all worked out in the end and I would recommend A&BMotors to anyone.
