2 issues both having to do with online orders. They were fulfilled in a decent amount of time, however pickup was completely ignored. Nobody ever responded to curbside, or answered the phone. I had to go inside. The second time I figured Id just place an inside online pickup. Stood at the end of the counter never acknowledged. Had to go to the line and wait even longer. Terrible service. Use the Folsom or Citrus Heights location.

I was putting together a morning suprise for my nieces 6th birthday. Called Party City around 6:30am, a half hour before they open. These beautiful people made up these balloons and let me in before opening, to get me home in time for this to be ready when she woke up. I wish I could give them 20 stars. Thank you for helping make a little girls birthday special. Promote Kaye!!

Not enough staff on Saturday, wait time for balloon help. Felt sorry for the young man on register, having to go find all the balloons for bouquets, customers backed up..Not fair to him or us!!! He was so kind & truly doing his best, but couldnt look up at you, looking down for all those balloons. Two people should do balloons, Friday & Sat. 1 person on register at all times, only..the register-not hunting.. Otherwise, I LOVE PARTY CITY, always have, always will!

We have an employee leave California and we made him a goodbye board. Party City had everything we needed to make it personal and fun.

Party City is the store to shop when planning a celebration or gathering. Costumes, balloons, party supplies. They have it all. My experience was positive and I will return again when planning my next family gathering.

Just so sad !! One cashier 6 people in line. All kids no leadership. No hello or Thank you !! No one looks as they know what they are doing !! Bad Management!! Just SAD !!

This place is open during COVID! YAY and their hours are back to normal! I love getting my decorations from here! I have been ordering online and picking up in store but usually i get more stuff while I wait for them to go get my online order. The staff seems to be very friendly and always willing to help. The store is super clean, I hate a messy costume section but they are very organized.

Love party city but was ignored by 2 employees today and the store was not busy. Stood in line with no one in front of me for 10 minutes while 2 employees behind the cash registers noticed me but didn’t ring me up until what seemed like a manager told them to log in to a register. Didn’t end up getting what I came in to get, I took my business elsewhere.

This place is huge. They have so much to offer. I went in for 40 year-old party supplies and was not disappointed. It seems that they get backed up with balloon orders on the weekends though. So dont expect to walk in and get balloons. Call ahead or order in advance.

Probably worst customer service in the area. Im not often visit this store, only in an emergency situation. Everytime Im coming, Im getting very upset, the stuff is rude, they doesnt want to help customers who cant find something. Today it happened with me again, I came to purchase a helium tank, asked a person at the and of the store, she said me ask front stuff of the store, in the front was only one cashier and a huge line of customers.

I understand being busy for the superbowl, but the cashier Natasha is just plain rude. I listened to her answering customers on the phone then her ring me up. I will avoid this location... Go to the Sunrise location, better selection and customer service!

I tried to order balloons for my daughters party today. After finally reaching someone at the store...took three calls to get someone to answer. They said that balloon orders must be done online. So I obliged and tried to order online. It would not go through and there website was having some difficulty with the checkout process so I called the manager back and let them know. He insisted upon trying to trouble shoot the online order for 15 minutes while he kept me on hold. Then he told me it wasnt working and they are very new to the system. He said that hed take my order since Idnow been trying to get this done for more than a half hour. I was happy to finally order and gave him my order, including the codes from online. It was simple...6 pink colored, 6 silver and one large Letter. He even said theyd honor the online 15% off promo code when we picked up. However when we went to pick up they were not even completed, not even pulled or written down to be completed. My husband was there another hour getting them filled. I am so dissatisfied in the time spent today and the lack of responsibility on their part. I will find a new place to get balloons done.

I have had good experiences in the past but its seems the store is always out of helium and I have to buy a $50 tank instead of having the store fill the balloons for $15. You are loosing my business to local grocery stores where I am getting fuel points and other incentives for my purchases.

Great place to take the kids to find just about everything party related and then some. With the exception of Harry Potter themed stock. Friendly staff, quick service and very affordable prices.

They have great stuff! A wide variety of fun options for parties. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Management needs to pay attention though because every weekend they are critically understaffed. The staff handles it well but customers get frustrated. They are going to lose good people if they don’t address this issue.

Party City has a large choice of celebration items that apply to almost any theme.There are some unusual items only found here, and of course most standard items youd expect as well.Their pricing is middle of the road, but everything is immediately available versus buying online.Party City also has an online presence, so that is also a viable option to meet your party needs.

What a cool store. I needed a few last minute items for halloween and it was quick and simple for my wife and i to get in and out. All the staff were friendly, knowledgabe of what they had and where it was located in their store. This was good as we were on a time limit and couldnt afford to waste time. If you need last minute halloween or party supplies this place is it.

Fun store and helpful employees

This place is dysfunctional. They were under staffed and unorganized with the staff they did have. Apparently everyone wanted balloons the day we went. There was no flow on how they blew up the balloons for customers. It wasnt first come first serve, it wasnt who paid first, it was whoever handed them a ticket first. They also had one employee who was working on an online order, which cool but there was no Hussle to finish the order so he could help out the line of customers waiting.

Theyve added birthday presents, which is nice! I like that you can buy costumes year round now and they have random items that while shopping give you ideas for other events.

Clean, well stocked and sorted by colors and subjects, good prices. Lots of parking. Public restrooms. A fun place to visit

Decent place for party favors

Nice clean store with knowledgeable employees. Went for retirement party decorations. The store carried some items but we werent too impressed with the selection for that particular event.

Counter was cluttered when I put my purchases down, so not surprisingly one of my small items did not get added into my purchase. It was the last one on the rack, so i had to drive back to the store ASAP in hopes it was still there, which for a retiree, a return trip costs precious gas. I say all this not to hurt the store clerk, but to make her aware of the results of her not taking responsibility in a store that has so many small items. Kind of unusual to go up to purchase anything anywhere and see a pile of stuff already cluttering where youre supposed to plunk down what you want to buy. Kids just need to learn that they may be earning only minimum wage, but its a stepping stone to bigger and better positions. Integrity in small things builds resonsibility for bigger trusts.

Normally part city is a great place to go get you party essentials, and this one has the same product as others. Go to the other locations, the people who work at this location are not eager to help, and will just point and walk away, so frustrating when you are not familiar with the party product you are searching for.

I went to party city to get party favors. They had everything i was looking for and more. I was suprised to see how many gifts they sale there. We got our favors and a few gifts as well. I was also happy to see tjey sale helium tanks as well. We also had a large selection of balloons to choose from.

Shout out to employee Mychelle for quality customer service! Mychelle was very helpful to us and other customers during our visit. She went way above what is expected in the poor standards of todays customer service norm. She worked diligently on the floor and then on the register. It seemed she was a one-person team. Saw no other employees helping. I do not know Mychelle, so this is an unbiased review of her excellency in customer service with a smile.

We purchased many balloons from their website, because they did not carry them in store, only to be told they cant put helium in all of them because they are experiencing a helium shortage! Now I have to take my business and balloons elsewhere and hope they can inflate balloons purchased from a different store. So frustrated. Wont be buying from party city anymore.
