He could not have said more positive things about Mike and Kelly Enterprise and I now know why. The customer service I received was second to none. Mike referred me to an excellent installer and came back for the remeasure with the installer himself. He was always available for questions and responded almost immediately to any emails or messages. The final product looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Fantastic service and great prices. I’m doing a DIY home renovation and Ryan gave me better pricing for a higher quality window than any of the big box stores. Anyone doing a DIY project should use Kelly Enterprise. They are knowledgeable and friendly to work with, and answer all your questions from what windows make the most sense to how to install them. I am very happy I found them and will be buying many more windows from them.

I was looking for replacement window crank handles for our windows and had tried all the local hardware chains without success. Then I contacted the window distributor, the window manufacturer, and several authorized dealers, none of whom had any significant interest in helping me out. Finally, I did manage to get a reference to Kelly Enterprises from the window manufacturer. I contacted them (Kelly) with little hope for success - and amazingly, talked to Shaun who cheerful, polite, and seemed to be genuinely interested in trying to help me. He took my information, said he would see if he could find the handles and promised to get back to me that afternoon or the next day. The next day, he called twice, once to say he hadnt forgotten about me, and a second time to say he had found the handles and was ready to order them for me. The contrast in attitude and customer service between Kelly Enterprises and the other dealers I tried to work with was simply astonishing. If we need replacement windows, doors, or parts in the future, this place is going to be my first stop!
