Customer service was amazing, I would rate 17 out of 5 stars. Beth treated me so well, got me in on an emergency repair without which would have caused massive problems for me. On a Saturday morning. She and the mechanic were awesome. Im not usually a national-chain customer, but they knocked it out of the park. Just amazing, thanks Beth!!

Came to get brake pads replaced (plenty early, no damage to rotors). Without consulting, they replaced my rotors as well. Im confident they did not need to be replaced and it cost an extra $200. Partially my fault: I should have questioned the price they quoted me.Friendly and polite, but this policy feels really scummy and I wont be going back.

I had a screw in my tire, and as someone who doesnt know much about cars or tire repairs, I was easily able to make an appointment for the same day! When I arrived, the sales lady was extremely friendly, she told me the overall service would take about 1 hour. I waited in the lobby during my visit. She kept me updated on when they took my car back and even when they took my tire off to repair it. The service ended up taking around 45 mins, which was great! It was affordable and easy!

I called to make an appointment over the phone and they made it super easy! IThe day of my appointment staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was informed about how long the service (oil change) would take (about 60min). They offered a place to sit and wait and option of watching TV while I waited. I was updated with the progress of my vehicle. Offered me an opportunity to save $$ if I applied for their credit card. At checkout the service they provided was explained, I paid, they thanked me for my business and I left.

Called said they had the tires. Drive all the way there and they cant lift my truck. SKIP THIS PLACE!! A simple question over the phone would have saved me an hour of my day.

I will say, from the moment I walked in Beth excelled in customer service. This young lady didnt talk down to.me, though I didnt know what she was saying in technical terms. She was patient and very knowledgeable. She gave me the just of my situation and she cared about my safely. She called different locations for my tires that because of one flat damaged tire, I was coughing up 1400.00. She called my closes location to my home and those same tires were about 300 less, but I had to wait 2 days to get them. Long story short, Beth and a young man, I believe of Mexican decent volunteers to pick up tires in a another location to get my car done in 2 hours. She didnt give up on my sale because she thought I wasnt worth it. She found solutions including putting a donut on and then calling me when it was done. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5, at approximately 645pm I got a call from a gentleman saying my car was ready. I told him my husband will be there to get the car. Yay they were done early. The next call was exactly 7pm and the same gentlemen called and asked were was I because he had some where to go. I said okey sir, my husband is there in this type of car right outside your door. He said oh yes I see him thanks. And hangs up. My husband is rarely late anywhere and he was there for me at the time promised. I understand its Friday and everyone wants to get off on time, but he could use a lesson from Beth and the young gentlemen I spoke of earlier if you want a 5 star. Also, whoever changed the tires left residue all over my tires and rims. They didnt reset my system in the car now I have to get the manual and turn these settings back. However, I got the insurance on my new tires and I will be back, though its far from my home. Thanks guys.

Hello, I had a flat Saturday. Slept in very late and its daylight saving time Sunday. After spending time trying to find the right tire and have it fixed didnt happen. So I spent time with grandkids and decided to find a tire from the internet. Monday morning got the tire from Tire Rack. Called Tires Plus and they got me in right away. Thanks for someone canceling. Beth and co-workers very friendly, courtesy, and very polite 😀 with service with smiles.

Fantastic service! I came in earlier this morning and had a bad experience. I came back later this afternoon and the sales technician made everything up and explained what went wrong. I recently stopped at a Tires Plus and was told my right front tire needed to be checked....I went online and scheduled an appointment...I received an email stating things were a go....I received a call at 1:15 that they were too busy and could not do my 3:00 appointment!! Seriously....this is BS....I will never use this company again!!!!

I just wanted to thank the entire staff at tires plus who helped me when me when the front axel of my car broke near their shop a few weeks ago. i didnt know what to do, and their team came out, manually lifted my car, and hauled it over to the store! The awesome lady who works the front called multiple places to source parts for the best price. I cant thank this roseville team enough for saving me a lot of stress, time and money! great team!

Their customer service is top-notch and the quality of work the people in the garage do is outstanding. As I wait for my car I see and hear how Ramon and Carlos help the customers and how they interact with them is impressive. Taylor did quality work on my car, he was personable and answered my questions with explanations that I understood.

Do not bring your vehicle here to be worked on. Took over an hour and a half just to change one tire on a brand new vehicle with only has 700 miles on it. Once it was complete Logan and was helping me finalize. He tried to over charge me by adding a warranty that I previously stated on the phone to Beth that I did not want. He then told me that it was that much due to taxes. I called him out and said no that is with the warranty on there. Take it off. He got an attitude with me and said I was incorrect. I processed to locked my phone (I was going to pull up the pricing online), after locking my phone Logan had the audacity to ask me if I took a picture of him. That is very unprofessional and uncalled for. I work in guest service and I would never ask a guest if they had taken a photo of me, they have no reason to do so and for you to ask is completely disrespectful. I will never be returning to this location or any other tire plus.

I had a slow leak in my tires. They told me it couldn’t be patched and I needed to replace all four tires (cost=close to a grand). I went somewhere else and they repaired my tire for $32. I would not recommend coming here, they seem to fall into the category of car shop that will try to conn and cheat young women who may not know any better.

These folks are helpful and nice. Very customer obsessed. Recommend this shop.

Phenomenal service!!! Joe and Beth were extremely helpful and friendly to me. I had gotten an alignment because I replaced my cv axles and my left outer tie rod end, but after the alignment I noticed my car was pulling to the right. I talked to Beth, and she offered me an appointment the next day to have a free alignment check. In the meantime, I replaced my right tie rod end, and after the alignment my car drives like new. Thank you to the Tires Plus crew for being so friendly and helpful, they know what they are doing and put customer service above anything else.

They were able to get me in the day I called and helped me through the process of picking out new tires for my car. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Everything was completed fairly quickly too which is always a plus.

Boy oh boy, let me tell you. Some of the best car geniuses in the world right here. Management has built an amazing team of guys who all work together great. Arrow, John and Pat are some of the best mechanics you will find anywhere. Brought my car in for what I thought might be major repairs, they had me out the door in 20 minutes with everything running great! I cannot recommend their services highly enough and Arrow in particular was very personable and knowledgeable! 5 stars.

Improperly aligned my car resulting in damage to my axle. Was left stranded on the side.of the road with multiple repair Bills. They take no responsibility for the damages.

I purchased a tire from there, and it has developed a slow leak. I went to the location where I purchased it and asked if they could check it out. She told be it would be a 2 day wait, and a fee of $32.00 plus tax! I know from now on I will go back to discount tire!

Scheduled an appointment online for an alignment after I had replaced all of the front suspension. Called the next day to verify that appointment time. It was. Arrived on time. Beth was helpful and personable. Alignment done in less than an hour as promised. Car drove straight and true. Would go there for again for service.

Nice workers, got the work done quickly. Let me know what was wrong, what they did, and what else to do. Pretty decent on pricing also, this is probably where I will go for any work they offer.

I only go to this place now if I have to. They know how to manage oil changes but Id be careful with trusting them with anything else. Years ago I had a car evaluated here that received a brand new set of tires. They neglected to tell me about the blown boots until after they sold me and installed the 4 tires. Then they neglected to tell me about the rusted axle in the transmission on the driver side until after they fixed the one on the passenger side (to take care of the boot issue). I dont agree with spending money on a vehicle that already has a death sentence. Nor do I agree with selling parts/labor for a vehicle that you know already has an imminent death sentence.

Took my car (2016 Camry) to here instead of the dealer for its 60,000 mile service, and couldnt be happier. Not only did I pay less than what I would have at the Toyota dealer, but they got it done much quicker too. Even with having to replace a tire that had a bulge in it due to some potholes I hit, I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Nicely done, Tires Plus! I will definitely be back!

Came here recently for engine diagnostics and a last minute tire replacement. Service was quick and fantastic as always. This place knows fantastic customer service and as a regular here, theyve gotten to know my family and our car, which makes it even better. Chris and Matt are excellent people to deal with.

I was quoted over the phone by Beth, $155.70 for tire installed, but charged 176.77 and they tried selling me three tires. I asked for the cause of tire failure and was never told. I will never use them again!

Told me I needed a whole new engine by saying the lower manafold was busted. Nope just needed a screw for the thermostat housing.. Thanks for nothing Tires plus and its not the same with new people. Forrest Lake Tires Plus I give them a 5 star rating and that where I will go for now on. Sad because I live in Roseville and this is the closet tires plus to me.

Great customer service and got my vehicle in right on the dot when my appointment was scheduled

Made an appointment online and got in quickly. I got 4 new tires and it was in a nice area to walk around while waiting.

The person answering the phone failed to schedule an appointment so a simple battery test and installation took 3 hours. Then the next week I had a mechanic check something else on my car only to discover they had not tightened the cables on the battery, almost leaving me stranded in the dangerous -30 degree wind chill.

My moms 20 yr old car was in the shop there. And they were able to fix almost everything and the kindness and willing to do stuff with awesome will definitely go there again!

I really do enjoy this location. They are always polite, quick and dont bother me with things. I usually just get my oil changed, but I decided to do my tires there as well. Everything runs great and my car has 221,000 miles on it! They are great!

I used to love this location but it seems to be going downhill. They are quick with their work and do great work when it is done for the most part.Most of the staff inside are friendly but very frequently on phones causing a long wait to either pick up or drop off. Would be nice if one staff member could remain off phones to handle those inside.The last time I picked up my car, they had not closed the hood all the way and it was bouncing open until I had to pull over and relatch it.Their old manager Matt seemed to do a better job

They went out of the way to get the best tires in my price range from another location. I had recently (about 6 months ago) gotten an alignment from a different shop that was so bad it ruined my tires. Tires plus was able to get my car back into proper alignment. Its a night and day difference. Great job guys!

Dont get baited into their services. Came here for service, they said itd take one hour it ended up taking 2 hours. Would if went somewhere else if they had been honest to begin with. Dont come here.

Today I was in and out. Purchased 2 new tires a few days ago and one of the tires kept losing air. I believe the problem was fixed today. I was informed of the steps that were taken and was told to feel free to come back if the problem persist. Still having problems with the same tire. Had to get corporate involved. We got a great costumer service over there. They also provided a check list on what needs to be fixed, but they were not pushy. They just wanted me to be aware.

I stopped to a different Tires Plus before coming here where they quoted me $35 and 3 hours of time to replace my leaky tire valve stem. Which is way too long and way too expensive for such a simple job (I would have done it myself but stopping here was faster than buying the new valve stem at Autozone.)I came to the 2730 Lincoln Dr. location and they quoted me $10 and less than an hour of time.It only took 20 minutes and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys for any tire services. A++

I had a leaky tire and brought my car to this shop. First, they told me there was a leak between the tire and the rim. They fixed it for $30. Next day, the tire had low pressure again. I took it back. They told me now there is a punch hole. They told me they can not fix it because of its location and wanted me to replace the tire. They quoted me $180 but would give me $30 credit. This sounded very suspicious because a few months ago, I replace the same type of tire at a different tire plus for exactly $150. I refused and took my car to a different shop and plugged for $10. Since then, it never has any issues.How can a tire have a leak between the tire and rim and a hole at the same time? The manager definitely was NOT honest. Please avoid this shop if you can.

Tires Plus, the home of the bait and switch. 3 different times with 3 different cars, made an appointment, I get there and they said they tried calling (but no missed calls) and said they dont have the tires I entered online but can put me in another set (More expensive.) Stay Away from tires plus.

They need to work on customer service and being honest with their workload. I waited over 4 hours to get one flat tire fixed. Was originally told I’d only have to 2 hours and then it kept getting pushed back. Didn’t seem to be busy. I️ understand if they were more busy than I noticed. I would have appreciated better customer service for my inconvenience or waiting and have them give me a honest wait time. I could have went home but rather wasted my day around the area waiting for the car to not even get touched In the end I left with no service done.

I was here today for a tire rotate and they just put the 2 back in the front and the 2 front in the back. They are suppose to do a cross rotate. Just because I am a lady and they think I am stupid. Never coming back here again.

My husband went into the facility on Tues for tire quotes, called Weds evening an scheduled an appointment giving the tech all of the tire details so the tires could be ordered. He was given a 4:30pm Appt for Thurs evening for installation and advised that his wife (me) would be bringing in the vehicle. I showed up and a very condescending man advised me there was no appointment made, making every bad excuse in the book for the lack of appointment. He was incredibly unprofessional with me. Needless to say DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. We will never go back or recommend this business again.

Just bad, really bad. Dishonest and just bad. I dont blame the underpaid workers. I am sure that the company tells them to lie and be dishonest to there costumers.

You must be idiot to try them. They convinced me to do a lifetime balance on the tires which I should replace soon. they lied me that the lifetime balance would last for ever on any tire I put under my car. But now they say lifetime balance is just for these tires not the new ones. they just fooled me to charge me 15$ more not to do one time balance. Thats the way they make money, they are poor beggars. I hate them.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!Went in for a wheel alignment due to slight uneven wear on my front tires. They told me that I needed to replace the ball joints on my front lower control arms (something I had done 4 months prior) and that that was indicative in the wear pattern of my tires. However, the wear pattern was not cupped (cupped wear would mean lower ball joint) but rather slanted like a wheel alignment. So they refused to do the alignment but would do it if I paid them $400 for unnecessary ball joints. They also told me that I needed a $50 oil change, I changed it 1600 miles ago, so that wasnt necessary. And due to the *slight* wear on my tires they said they need too be replaced and would not rotate them without replacing them. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, IF THEY DONT THINK THAT YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. Luckily for me I do most of my own maintenance and could spot their scam.

Seems highly dishonest. I purchased a lifetime alignment from a different Tires Plus maybe a month or two ago. Then two months later I went in for new tires at Roseville and figured Id get an alignment as well. When I picked up the car, they claimed that they couldnt even do an alignment check (let alone an alignment), because the tie rod was loose. On top of that, they claimed that the tie rod was a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 for being loose (meaning it wasnt very loose). Never going back to this one and its a block away from work. Id rather drive an hour out of my way to a different Tire Plus than deal with those clowns again. BEWARE!

They tried to sell me parts I did not need. I went to another place for a second opinion and saved myself $800 bucks. Dont ever buy from Tires Plus. Terrible place.

Compared to other tires plus this was sub par. Even though we had confirmation after setting up an appointment online we were told they were triple booked which caused some delays. They were also in a rush so they didnt do the courtesy check other locations do.
