Awful unprofessional company with aliexpress or wish quality pieces. My girlfriends been buying from them for years and ordered a piece to be delivered to their store. Goes to the store twice on her Birthday to pick it up after it says it was delivered to their store in an email THEY sent. We get there late at night and they say they have no clue where it is and won’t do anything until the manager is back from vacation.I started having an issue when they said they can’t issue a refund until they get ahold of the item. How does that work? It’s their mistake but she can’t have her money back even though they are getting the item and already have her money. She should’ve either been given the item or her money. Been a week and customer service has completely gone ghost on her and nobody can still get ahold of the item.Filing a complaint on BBB

All of the staff members are super friendly and helpful.Very knowledgeable and gave me a run through of all of my options and how much and why I should pick one over another.Prices are great, way better than department stores.Piercing was thorough but quicker than other stores like Claires and it felt more sanitary.I recommend all of my friends to go here

I went in last weekend to get my ears pierced. And I had a lot of questions because my ears are sensitive so I have to buy real gold. After I stood there for a few minutes I called one of the workers to give me more insight on the earrings and knowing the difference in what is best for my ears I noticed that the girl kept walking away and was going back into her conversation with her coworker. I called another agent over to help me and I was asking what is the difference between the long post and the normal size post and all three ladies working that day told me that it’s just preference so I told them based for my ear which one do they think is best the lady said oh you can just select anyone I can go with the regular post because it’s cheaper knowing it’s just a $10 difference not a big deal I went ahead and I got what she recommended and I got my ears pierced I have been very very very uncomfortable with the selection she told me to buy.The post is small there’s not much room to wiggle the earring around so my left ear is hurting really bad I have tried to contact the kiosk multiple times and the line just rings and rings and rings. I would like to switch out this earring for the longer post, but no one is answering the phone.I’m very disappointed with the service that I have received, and I wish that I would have got a better experience at this kiosk.

I wrote the review below a couple of months ago. I was contacted by PP soon after. They apologized sincerely and offered to redo the piercing by a different person and trade the earrings for something more comfortable. I went in yesterday and they kept their promises. So now I am keeping mine by writing a better review. Im changing from one star to 3 because they made it right but I still had to wait weeks for them to heal and then go through it all again.Totally messed up my ears. My right ear was pierced too low and the earring points toward the ground. The left ear is pierced higher so my piercing s are noticeably uneven. The earrings they sold me were expensive and very uncomfortable. I will have to let them heal over and go through the process and expense of having them redone. Im definitely not going back there even though they said they would redo them at no charge.

My daughter had a bad reaction to the piercing, we went back twice, talked to three different Piercing Pagoda employees, and all I got was bad advice and cheap jewelry. If I had gone to someone more trained and knowledgeable she would have healed much better. Finally with my pediatrician and an online source that specializes in pure jewelry and advice on how to deal with reactions, she is healing (although one ear will have to be repierced). If you care about your kids ears, dont go to Piercing Pagoda! Go to a real piercing establishment.

Had my 3 y.o. and 5month daughters ears pierced today. Staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about their products. They had enough staff and offered to do both ears at once for both girls. One quick pinch for both and done! Definitely recommend! Our main sales person was Michael.

I needed a new pair of earrings and was walking through the mall. I stopped at the Piercing Pagoda,where I had met a charming young woman by the name of Anna. He bubbly demeanor, knowledge of stock, and her personal touch won me over. I continue to shop time and again at the Pagoda and have since meet most all employees. Karen, Victoria, and Madison fit right in with the style of customer service which is unprecedented to any shop at the Galleria mall. Your little girls will be comforted by the shop teddy bear, as they brave their piercing process. It was a wonderful idea for them to come up with. All the employees at the Pagoda should be commended for their efforts !

Ive been going to this piercing Pagoda since they opened about ten years ago. Ive had the pleasure of meeting the owner, which is a total sweetheart. And Ill be visiting them again today. I havent had any gauges in since having moved down to the Bay area because j was waiting to move back to Sacramento to specifically go here for my buddy jewellery. You guys rock!!!

I had wanted to get my second piercing in my ears, and so I made the quick decision to go here. This super nice lady named Karen greeted me and my grandmother. Once we filled everything out, she sat me down and put dots in my ear lobe. She was super patient even though we had to mark my ears over and over about five times.Once she had the dots marked and the earring gun ready, she patiently waited while I discussed with my grandmother on whether to count to 3 or just do it.In conclusion, everything about the place was very welcoming and patient and a very friendly atmosphere. This wasnt the first time I had been to a Piercing Pagoda, but each time it was very nice and pleasant.

They pierced both of my daughters ears and had 2 people do both of their ears at the same time! They were patient, caring, and super nice. Thank you!

I was extremely impressed by the staff at this Piercing Pagoda. The sales associate who assisted me (her name is Jessica) was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She had great suggestions (XL posts which no one had suggested before) and made the experience fun and stress free. There was another woman there who was also friendly and knowledgeable but I didnt catch her name. I definitely recommend this store to others.

Unprofessional cant even begin to describe the attitude of these children.We went here for my 11 year olds first piercing. The lady we choose for the Piercing after WATCHING HER DO OTHERS FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was wonderful. She must have been a temp because we went back several times and never found her again. The Kids that work there are rude and unprofessional. .. We were just tossed around without care or feeling and my daughter finally lost her piercings due to lack of proper information when we went there twice for answers.......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL........Just a bunch of kids playing store...Avoid It.... or your daughter will run from the mall crying her eyes out because she just went through 8 weeks of anticipation and excitement and all that she worked up a year for and got the courage to do and it all fell through because of the Selfish Attitudes of the Unprofessional Children hired at Piercing Pagoda. They want your cash, nothing else. Despicable Place.

Danielle at piercing pagoda in Roseville did such an amazing job on my 2nd piercings!! This shop is very classy and great selection and she had AMAZING costumer service. She explained everything SO well and she really knew the system and what she was doing. She was also super sweet and had great skills. I would love to tell her boss what a great worker she is!! I completely recommend it.

I love Christina, she is the manager. So friendly, and she is the best piercer. I have had 3 sets of piercings, I was so impressed I brought my daughter to have her ears pierced by Christina.

Every-time I call the number a person picks up and hangs up. I just want to ask a few questions about piercing my 1 yo daughters ears, before going in there. Ive literally called 5 times in a row, and each time they pick-up and hang up. Thats ridiculous.

Let me tell you about the Pagoda they have a lot of selection they have great customer service they have fantastic sales going on now and if youre interested theyre offering their own credit line and theyre also offering warranties for a year

Went here to get a chain and lighting bolt, staff was helpful and even referred me to a jeweler who altered my chain FOR FREE. Thank you.
