We had an extremely rude employee “help” us today. I have been a long time customer, as my husband loves the set I bought him years back. I even come in with my kids to get Dad stuff. This is the first time I have been treated poorly, but it was horrible enough that we will never be returning or purchasing another product.
Utterly pathetic excuse of employees. I have been a long time customer of art of shaving, love their products and exclusively use them, so this is in no way reflective of the product. But the so-called employee that helped me check out was rude beyond belief. I was barely acknowledged while there and even when I was, it was talking down to me. He had a poorly kept extended muffin chop beard and the most rude and impolite person I have had the displeasure of working with. I will never be revisiting this location, and it is in my opinion that he should not be there disgracing art of shaving. I would rather go either several hours out of my way or online than experience that person again.
The customer experience left little to be desired. I ended up returning a product which i had bought earlier in the same day. I was told that since i had paid cash, i will have to wait from 3-4 weeks to receive my refund in the form of a check. I feel that a month is just a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait to get MY money back. I will never pay cash at this establishment again. The only reason that i will even return is because my husband enjoys their products.
Wow, what a manager! A true sleazy salesman fresh off the car lot! I love the haircuts but cant say the same about the manager. UNREAL.
Personnel inside were very kind and helpful with all that they did.
