WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a 2014 Ford escape on Aug. 9. Going to a big reputable dealership I thought Id get a decent reliable vehicle. I was wrong. By Aug. 20th the check engine light came on, the fault engine warning was on, coolant warning came on and had to jump the vehicle 3 times. All of this before I made the first payment. I called the dealership multiple times and as the sales man who helped with the purchase did what he could to fix the situation the only option he gave me was to trade it in but I would loose $3,000 to $4,000 in value since that was the profit. So Id loose that plus what ever the profit on the vehicle I would get from the trade in. How does that make it right for me? Id be out thousands while they make another profit. When it comes down to it the used car manager pretty much told me thats the risk I was taking when buying a used car, my option was to trade it in and yes they would make profit but business is business. They will absolutely not fix the car since I didnt get the extended warranty which wouldnt cover gaskets and seals due to the miles on the vehicle anyway. I didnt think Id have this many issues with a 6 year old vehicle not within 20 days anyway not from a reputable dealership. I wasnt asking for a brand new car I was just asking for them to make it right. Either fix it or get my money back for the vehicle. Never again will I trust CHEVY.I might as well have gone to a small corner dealership since I got the same quality vehicle.

I had the best experience last weekend at Rosedale Chevrolet in Roseville. Doug Schrauner was the most professional amazing diligent person I ever met. I recently filed a bankruptcy and reached out to him on Friday and he work so hard on getting me approved with my currently bankrupt and a huge hit on my credit for filing. He had everything ready to go when I got in and I swear it was less than 45 mins in and out after arriving. Doug is amazing and he listened to my needs as this was my first time buying a car from a REAL Reputable dealership. He took the time to really explain everything and how my credit would be better with having a new car and paying on time. I could cry because it was the nicest suv 2017 and super loaded and low miles and even got my third row. ASK for THOMAS. He is not at all pushy, hes an excellent and professional salesman. He just wants to see the customer with what they really want/need and has an extensive knowledge of cars and quality, having been raised in the business. Lakoda was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very flexible with times that I needed to come in, as well as the paperwork that needed to be completed as my wife was a co signer but was not with me. He was very personable and easy to talk with, there was never any sales pressure. It was always about how he and the dealership could make this deal not only work financially, but fit it into our lives on a personal level as well. The management team as well as the finance team were also a pleasure to work with, again never any pressure to make a hasty decision. I can also tell that the dealership actually cares about their customers by offering services others do not, such as the emergency ride program. I will certainly be a repeat customer to Rosedale Chevrolet.

We had an intermittent electrical problem with our Bolt. Shawn asked us a lot of questions to help diagnose the problem, contacted GM engineers, and came up with a solution. We were impressed with his knowledge and the actions he took to figure out what was going on with the car. The problem was fixed and we are very happy. Rosedale Chevrolet is not the closest Chevy dealer for us but we will definitely bring our Bolt there in the future.

I had a flat tire and couldnt wait the length of time they needed to fit me in so I went somewhere else and bought a new one. I was surprised when they offered to reimburse me for the tire I bought since I have a road hazard warranty but decided to keep the new tire as a spare. They got the old one swapped out really quick and were super helpful.

Beh and his on-line customer service are what brought me into the dealership. He was interested in my needs and asked very thoughtful questions. He even waited for us when we arrived late, even though it was his time off and he was headed to his childs graduation! He handed over the reigns to Roger who was very informative, explained many of the features of the vehicle, was very attentive, and responsive in answering communications and made the whole process of purchasing our first brand new vehicle very comfortable and relaxing. Being in the customer service field myself, it was very refreshing to have great customer service and attentive sales people walking along beside us through this process.

Thomas is a master of his craft. He was willing to answer any and all questions that I had. He was very transparent with his communication and even had the air conditioning running when I showed up for a test drive. Thomas is going to go a long way in his career, should he so desire.Darin, with finance, continued to move the ball down field by providing me with all available finance options and really explaining what it will take to complete a successful purchase.Thomas and Darin should put on clinics for customer service and support.

Rosedale Chev treated me right and were more than fair as to the prices of their vehicle and my trade-in. Roger Ratajczak was prompt, professional, courteous, and straightforward. I never felt pressure from him to make a decision. I also worked with Mike Chmielewski on the purchase terms--Mike was informative, professional, and efficient. I dropped my truck off for a oil change and tire plug from a screw I drove over. The tire patch was done quickly and from what I can tell, done very well. During the oil change and inspection the tech found a couple leaky parts and the sale rep searched and found that they were covered under warranty. They got the parts fixed same day and finished everything up very nicely. I was informed about getting the 30k mile tune up done but unfortunately I do not have the extra money at the time. Very informative and friendly staff as always. Oddly, I can’t wait for my next oil change, inspection and get that tune up done. Thank you Roseville Chevy. Keep it up, you guys rock!

I brought my Equinox in the service bay, I promptly got a service representative and was set up for my oil change. The rep said it would take about an hour (which was about right.) I had social distanced places to sit and wait as well as coffee or other hot drinks. I was able to easily pay and I was on my way. Perfect service appointment.

I just brought my vehicle in with no appointment because I wanted to show the technicians what actually happened to my temperature and fan control panel. The technician immediately came and checked out the issue. He said it was a good thing I brought it in. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He looked at it and we made an appointment to come back and have it fixed. Came back and he told me that either they had to replace the clips or the whole panel, they would know more when they looked in there. They gave us a rental car to use. My car was ready on Friday around 11:00 am which I was surprised, I thought it would have taken longer. They had to replace the whole panel and did it in a very timely manner. Very pleased with the technician and the service.

I called to ask about an oil change and tire rotation that I was told was given to me from Chevrolet, I asked could I go here because it is closer than the dealer I purchased it from. I was told he needed the Vin number. I said I wasnt near the truck could he look it up by my name? Rather than saying Im sorry I got a deep breath and he started with attitude, I lost it and have no desire to deal with this dealership again

Everything was great but when I got done paying I asked the service guy where my car was. He pointed out to the lot and said it’s some place out there. It was snowing and storming and the windows were full of snow. Not happy with his answer. I expected it to be by the shop like it normally is. Luckily a young man helped me find it. Hopefully next time will be better.

We were in the market for a car for our daughter and found a listing for a used vehicle owned by Rosedale Chevrolet online. Doug Shrauner reached out immediately, found time for us to test drive it, had it ready when we arrived and was very helpful throughout the process. He even allowed us to drive the car home to retrieve some paperwork and back to close the deal.

The mechanic was very helpful during this time. I came in not knowing or understanding why my new 2020 vehicle was giving the diagnosis code it did. He was able to get my car in and get it fix. It took it some days but, I felt it was in great hands. I picked it up and it was riding good as brand new.

Ray is always great to work with. The loaner was fantastic, much better than whatever was being used last year. If we were looking for a new rather than used car for hubby the Trax would be tempting. My truck handles and sounds much better with the new ball joints and as usual the bill was very close to what was quoted. Having the fall specials for an oil change and tire rotation helped a lot too.

Bruce, our sales contact was awesome. He did everything he could to make our experience the best it could be. He answered all our questions, assisted us in getting the amount we were hoping for on our trade, and even did all the prep work to get the car cleaned when you were short staff.
