A brief experience. A wheel stud replaced.But nice, friendly and helpful people - Chris especially. Not familiar with shop rates, as the work was paid by the tire place who caused it. But their lounge was clean, bright and comfortable. No dingy grimy shop room that wants a good scrubbing here. Thanks guys.

I was recommended here by a family member so I made an appointment by phone. Went in and felt welcomed. The people I talked to were pleasant and the place was clean inside. Waiting room was nice and they had guest WiFi. Overall great experience and the work seems like it was done well. Ill be back if I need anything else. Thanks!

These guys are awesome!! Very professional and gave me a warning prior to doing the work, that other underlying issues may cause the work they were about to do, render useless. I had to order them to take my money!! ;) Additionally, they were very friendly and I definitely recommend them!

Clearly the place to go for an alignment. The service rep explained every aspect of their process with easy to understand language. He took the time to thank me for coming in and told me to enure j took advantage of their free six month check up.

I’m torn on my review here for this shop.Back in october of 2018 - I brought my (basically new) Alfa Romeo Giulia QV to these guys to have some aftermarket work done (lowering springs and centerpipe install). The work from this visit was great and I have since had no issues with any workmanship of the installation of these parts. During this service visit, they also performed a wheel alignment on the car (after having it lowered) to which also turned out very well.After a few months had gone by, around late Dec. 18’ - I was having some issues with my alignment being out (nothing too serious, but a noticeable pull to the right) - so I opted to bring the car back to have the guys check it out and inspect and advise. During this visit (in late Dec.) I waited for the car onsite while the techs did their work on the re alignment. After about an hour or so on the lift, I was advised that they weren’t able to get the rear driver side toe angle into spec and that the rear axle camber wasn’t adjustable without the use of special bolts known as “eccentric bolts”. After the techs got the car off of the lift and I had a chance to drive the car - it was noticeably way worse than even when I had brought it in to begin with with now a hard pull being exhibited to the right and the steering angle completely messed up and the wheel having to be jilted to the left about 15-20 degrees just to keep the car on a straight axis.I immediately drove the car to the dealer down in Sacramento to where it still is as of this writing - being evaluated by the techs there. The current news I have thus far is that the rear axle camber is adjustable from the factory and that the bolts needed to adjust the camber angle on the rear are already in place. I’m still waiting on some other work to be performed on the car prior to it’s release - but I will see what if any difference has been made once I pick up the car from the dealer with regards to its alignment issues. I will update this review accordingly once I receive the car back and get the dealers final report.I really like this shop and the people who work here are very friendly and extremely helpful - but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth and the quality of the work performed was 180 degrees opposite of what I received the first time I ever brought my car here. I don’t have anything disparaging to say about the shop or it’s people - but I would have preferred if they would have been willing to look at my car again further to try and corrrct this problem as I really appreciated their hard work and efforts from my initial visit.

Very impressed with service, cleanliness and comfort of waiting area - they have comfy couches, phone charging station, Wi-Fi, Netflix and cable. Most important, very fair prices! 1/2 what I paid at Dodge dealer for brakes, yipee!
