Going into a mechanics shop is probably the most intimidating feeling for a girl. However, through every repair done by this team, Ive always been taken care of and felt heard. On multiple occasions, the mechanic and the manager took time to educate me on each repair theyve done. I can say hands down this is the only mechanic shop that Ive experienced immaculate customer service. This shop is the gold standard all around. Anyone and their car will be in good hands here!
Very disappointed with the recent 2 experiences. Took my truck in for their oil change and tire rotation deal and also asked for an AC diagnostic. I am on a very limited income while awaiting a kidney transplant and having blood clots form in my lung so money is an important area to keep in check. I made this clear to the staff and also made it clear I want honest answers to anything that comes up. Well they stated it would be a fairly simple fix for the AC and approx. 350.00. I agreed. It did take longer than the expected 4 hours but I was looking forward to having AC. They called at 6 pm to come pick up my vehicle and I didnt even make it past the stop light and it wasnt working! Called the next day and was met with a resistant attitude but bring it back. Upon doing so they yet again found a simple fix..leak.. And it would cost approx. 350.00 ( both estimates were higher at pick up) and a couple of hours. Again longer and again once I drove off the lot..no AC!!! The next call was met with any even more resistant attitude and basically bring it back. I feel I have been taken advantage of and have wasted valued money I wont get back and still no AC. They have a a No refund policy that they blast everywhere..and now its very clear why. Shoddy work and bad customer service is no way to run a business. I want the truck fix as stated at drop off with no further cost

I had to get a water pump replaced. Complex job. Dropped off on Friday. Promised on Monday. Not actually done til wednesday, closing time.

Wow... Unbelievable. Do not bring your vehicle here. Ive been a long time customer and since it changed owners, it has gone down a steep hill and is at the bottom. Beware!!!

We have been using the Fair Oaks Midas and loved them. We recently moved to Roseville, and needed a new place to go. TheY have not disappointed. They explain things to us so we can make an educated decision on the repairs of our cars. We will continue to use this location. Midas ya always treated us right.
I was in a time crunch with getting to work and I needed assistance with replacing my car battery. The employees at Midas helped me out tremendously! I was in and out of there quickly. The manager and employees were very friendly and considerate! Definitely would utilize them in the future for any car repair needs!

Been going here for close to 7 years with all of my vehicles and will not go back after todays experience. Was told that I had to use synthetic (more $$) when my vehicles manual says specifically that it is not required. They wanted to charge me an extra $40 to rotate my tires because my truck has 35 tires on factory wheels which are only 2 larger than stock; never had them charge extra before on my past two trucks all of which had the same size tires.
Matt is the sole reason I had such an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this center to anyone as a result of my interactions with him. He drove me back to my work and handled all of what we could over the phone, just having me come in to sign the paperwork and drop off my key. This is absolutely imperative for me due to my work and I am very appreciative of how he handles his business. This Midas was perfect with communications via phone throughout the work being done. Highly recommended!

The staff is always very friendly and so helpful. They treat you as if they have known you forever even if it has been your first time. They are knowledgeable and honest as to what can wait on a car to be fixed and what they recommend immediately. I will always go to Midas Roseville West for mine and my daughters car needs.
Terrible experience! I called this morning to make an appointment to get an oil change. I was told that no appointment was needed and as long as I was there by 5:15 they would be able to do my oil change. I took off work early so that I could get there early and not make them work too late. I show up at 4:45 and am told they have too many cars and wont be able to accommodate my oil change. I watched a similar situation the first time I came here, they guy who came in right after me was told the same thing I just was, which was why I tried to make an appointment. The location is super convenient but sometimes convenience doesnt outweigh customer service. So irritated! And lost money because I left work early! NOT OKAY!

This place is awesome!!!! They are honest and helpful. I take both of my vehicles here, havent had any issues. Rob, is an amazing person who really cares about the customers and the vehicles. The team at the check in desk is just phenomenal! Very well educated and they know theyre stuff! Im always well greeted and leave with a little bit more knowledge. Many times they have gone above and beyond to helps me save some extra bucks, finding coupons and sometimes major discounts!! I definitely would recommend this shop. Ive probably been going there for 3 years, tell my family about them, and anyone who need work done .

Please be leary of this establishment. Before you leave double check your hood, make sure they dont leave rags on your engine. If you can go somewhere else, I would say do so. Had a pretty terrible experience, also wanted to preformed services not needed. In the end consumer beware.
I couldnt ask for more. They are honest, open on Sundays, and they will pick you up and drop you off. Theyve taken me to work and back before; but today since they were going to be longer than expected they brought me home!
Disappointed in my service at this location. Decided to try them out before a long road trip, but won’t use again. It took them an hour and a half into my service to realize they didn’t have my oil filter. No big deal...then two days later we realize the oil life was not updated and the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t filled. It took two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and visual inspection of the brakes. For $90 you would think the oil life would have been reset and the washer fluid filled. Will go back to using our local Firestone store.
Horrible service, incorrect estimates and the closest place for me to bring my car but the last place Id bring it to again. They even said my car was unfixable though someone else fixed it with little no problem.They even tried to charge me for work they didnt perform (duh! They said my car was unfixable). I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone. I have two sons that happen to be very knowledgeable mechanics that live out of town and the two different times I asked them to call the shop to describe the issues, they both said the same thing, run!
This is my go to location for auto work. Ive had great service and fair prices. The lobby has wifi if I wait or a shuttle if not.

I really liked this Midas location under the previous owners, but since it reopened under what I believe is new ownership, the service has not lived up to my expectations. My last two visits the car was in worse shape after I picked it up then when I brought it in. After the 100K service which included a tire rotation, my car kept pulling to the right and had a vibration in the front end. I was told it should straighten itself out in about a week. It never did and several weeks later all 4 tires started losing pressure weekly. Assuming they were just bad tires that the dealer had put on went I bought the car (used) I purchased all new tires from Americas Tire and they tracked beautifully with no more vibration. Only ONE WEEK after purchasing the tires I took the car in to Midas again for the 110K service which was ONLY an oil change and Cabin Filter replacement. I asked them NOT to rotate the tires because they had just been done and the car was driving beautifully. They called that day to recommend having the brake fluid changed, even though that is not recommended by Toyota. After doing a bit of research I said that would be fine. When I picked up the car the brakes immediately began squeaking. I NEVER had a squeak prior to this service. I thought it might be something that would work itself out on the drive home, but the next day I brought it back to Midas. They kept the car another day and said the brakes had been very dirty, so they cleaned and lubed them at no charge. I was surprised that they had done a fluid change and put the tires back on without cleaning the brakes in the first place. The squeak came back two days later. They are now telling me it could be due to faulty brake pads which suddenly chose to fail on the same day I had the service done. I expect a shop to tell me what needs to be done, but they never mentioned that the brakes needed cleaning, lubrication or replacement when they did the brake fluid change. Its really too bad because their prices are good and they have a shuttle, but I cant trust them any longer.
When I visited at center, then there are 2 ppl (looks like they are working there), they were talking to each other. Then i waited for 10mins inside the office but no response from there side so I left.
Requested an oil change an a fluid check. After leaving I found that the power steering fluid was almost totally dry and they told me all my fluid levels were ok. If I ask for a fluid check, and they say they did a fluid check, I kind of expect them to have actually done a fluid check...

Very slow service... They just have to check my check engine light. I waited for over an hour just to get it done...Would not recommend to anyone... A small service taking this long to be done... No thanks. They didnt even let me know what the hold up was as well... No more midas for me...

I made an appointment for 9 AM I get to Midas at 9 AM and the guy who actually took the car and took 20 minutes just to write the car up. Before we even got started I asked how long would it be no one was in there so he said it will be quick .I sat in the shop for an hour and a half and no one even looked at my car. Now that Im leaving he said they couldve gotten to me by the afternoon but thats not what he told me in the beginning. this location is not very good and I wouldnt recommend it.

If I can give them a zero it would be zero. First time I went to get an oil change it was ok. Second time I went to get an oil change, they stripped my oil pan and glue the bolt on with silicone. Apparently, I wasnt even notified. Note that their value of Trust the touch of Midas. My oil was leaking and I have it checked out by someone else and thats how I came to find out. I am very disappointed because it is a safety issues and I was put at risk. What if I didnt catch the oil leaking and what if the silicone didnt hold the bolt to the pan anymore? Yes my engine coud have explode! So I called and they ask me to use my insurance to call a tow truck to tow my car the the nearest Midas store. Turn out I will need a new oil pan and they wont get it fixed until the next couple of days when the part comes in. This procedure was a whole day calling back and forth. I was insure to get a rental car since my car will not be available and they LIE to me the whole time that they were trying to reach a rental place and now their store close. So now I will have to wait until tomorrow to call them about this matters. This will be my last time ever going to Midas again. I DO NOT TRUST THE TOUCH OF MIDAS.

Went for oil change at 3:15, was told they needed at least 45 min. They close at 4?? Had to go somewhere else. Also my wife took her car in and they tried to get her to do thousands of dollars in work. Took to Ford and it was a worn wire harness, $400. Never taking anything there again.
