I purchased a new Mazda CX5 from this dealership. I went to their service department for my first oil change and service. Soon after, my low tire pressure light went on. I was concerned that I might have a problem with one of my tires. I checked the pressure on all 4 of my tires and found that each one was approximately 7 pounds under inflated according to the numbers on my door frame. I called the service department to see if their was an error in my numbers. The service department confirmed that my numbers were correct. I then explained my concern of why this issue was not resolved when my car was serviced. Her response was very poor and it was obvious that she was not going to take any responsibility for their omission. The only response available to me was to assure her that if I could not trust their service department to do their job, then I would take my car elsewhere in the future. She seemed fine with that. I would not recommend this service department to others and will take my car elsewhere n the future.Jack Wallace
