Brother needed a car, I contacted Lou Wade, he is one of the best sales guys Ive ever worked with. Hes no frills, answers whatever questions you need answered in a very quick fashion, doesnt screw around and gets things done with his guys in the shop. He helped make a 5 year old 75K used car into almost a new vehicle so my brother could feel good about buying a car with that many miles on it and it should last him for 10 years. Lou is your man if you want a quick, easy deal with no salesmanship and gimmicks. Amazing experience.

First time customer. Work performed consisted of tires, alignment, fuel system cleaning, engine diagnostics and multipoint inspection. Their team didn’t try to “upsale” me on anything. There was a mail in rebate form for my tires. They literally filled in each spot on the form but my email. That is fantastic customer service. Rosedale honors competitor tire pricing, if you have a printed estimate to have tires installed elsewhere.Ray F. was great to work with. Had a slight issue with a comeback but Ray made the transition into a (free) rental seamless as well as making my vehicle top priority. I was back into my vehicle quicker than expected given the items I was having done. From setting up my appointment to ordering my parts and performing the services I could not be happier. And they washed my vehicle! Rosedale Chevrolet and team did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend and I will be a future Rosedale Chevrolet customer based on this phenomenal performance.

My fiancé and I went to this dealership and we were impressed. To be honest our credit SUCKED!! We have been to a couple of other dealership that provided us with no real guidance. We Googled and found Roseville Chevy and decided we had nothing left to lose. We got connected to Doug Shrauner. He was very honest and had great communication with what are budget should be. Doug went the EXTRA mile and worked with multiple banks to get us approved with a great car. Thank you Doug for everything we really do appreciate it.

I drove down to Roseville (150 miles) on Saturday morning with my (7 month pregnant) wife to make a deal on a new Chevy truck for a friend. This was going to be a trade. My friend sent the salesman multiple pictures of his Dodge and explained it to be in excellent shape. I got there, the salesman did state that the truck was in excellent shape! I test drove the new one that my friend was going to purchase. All was well. I came back in, and the salesman said that he made a mistake by going off of KBB and NADA. He said that those are solid sources, but in the very next breath he said that they were wrong and he can buy the truck much cheaper from an auction site. (were talking multiple thousands $) He said that he just found that out from his manager. It was over a 10k difference from what he said on the phone, versus what he said when I arrived, to make the upgrade! 10 GRAND! WHAT??!! He told me that Rosedale specializes in customer service and asked what he could do. Ummmm.... Keep your word? or at least close..... NOPE! I will be keeping my (and my friends) business local from now on. If you would like to see POOR BUSINESS ETHICS practiced, shop here. Now this morning the salesman emailed my friend saying we thought your truck was lifted thats why they came down on his value. He sent multiple pictures of it before the agreement! WOW! A bunch of sly, greasy, city boy salesman in suits and ties that have NO IDEA what they are doing.
