I knew my water pump was going on my 2012 Jeep Liberty, so I got there just before 8 and talked to Sean and left it there as I knew it was going to be a while, Sean called me with the prognosis and I added a few items for preventive maintenance as they will basically have most of the front on the engine off.Sean called me at 1:30 pm and I was able to get to work on time.You know people tell me that Im paying to much at Belle Tire, but Ive been going there for around 15 years now, and have always had peace of mind that Belle Tire stands behind their work.

I came in because of my multi-monthly rental through Hertz. Belle Tire has this corporate account, and Hertz asked me to get the oil changed, which was overdue. Jeff at Belle Tire was great; he saw me come in with my two little ones and I didnt have an appointment. He took care of the process with gratitude and a smile. If you want old-school customer service from someone that cares about the customer no matter who they are, go see Jeff at Belle Tire in Roseville, MI.

Called just to get a time estimate if I could bring my vehicle in for a nail in the tire - male employee that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending about the wait times when I was simply calling to ask before driving there. Went to Moran instead, will never call this location for help again.

I needed engine mounts, shocks and struts. I went in on a Friday. They were able to do all this for me a get me an appointment on Monday. They were friendly and professional. They communicated with me regularly with updates. I will return to this Belle Tire.

Bought a set of tires here, I’m on my second tire that needs repair. First tire repaired at a different location and I had to pay around $50 because they had to replace the tire because they didn’t repair it correctly the first time and I had to go back and they concluded I needed a new tire. My second tire still needs to be repaired because it’s hard to find time for the repair because Belle Tire only lets you set an appointment to PURCHASE but not to get the tires you purchased from them repaired. My suggestion is to go to discount tire or any company that will allow you to set an appointment for a repair because it’s hard to squeeze in 2-4 hours out of a day to get a tire repaired since they won’t take appointments for tire repair.

Been using them for years but Ive had enough. The wait times are beyond ridiculous. I brought in 1 wheel (already off the car) in the morning cause it had a nail and was told the earliest it could be ready is tomorrow. It shouldnt take a full day for that.

I just wanted to give a great review for excellent service!Like anyone, I shopped around for tire prices. Called 5 different places. Some didnt offer alignments...which most of you know are needed when you get new tires.Belle Tire offers everything you need to get the job done all in one stop. Competitive prices. I found everything from low end....to high end. im a middle of the road kind of person. I dont want the cheapest...yet cant afford the most expensive brands.Service was great....and my new tires make me feel safer on the roads.

Had appointment for an alignment and when arriving got right in when the rack opened. Quick through job got it all correct and even advised of a leaky seal. Great guys very friendly! Will continue to go to belle for all my tire related needs as they always take care and fix it quick!

Went in for a simple alignment after replacing rear suspension. Was told that an alignment could not be done because the front needed new control arms. The front suspension was replaced less than 2 years ago. Took the car home and looked at the parts myself, ball joints and tierod ends were all still good with no play in them.Went to a local shop for the alignment and was not told I needed any other parts replaced. Either the techs do not know how to diagnose suspension or they are trying to sell customers parts they do not need.

It is consistent though... their just like any other Bellaire!

I had just bought my Honda Civic coupe but I kept noticing that my tire on the drivers side kept leaking out, I didnt want to be overly charged by my dealership since I didnt know if I necessarily had coverage. I brought my car into bell tire and literally within 3 hours they called me back to let me know what the problem was and they fixed it. So quick! Super efficient, made my day!

They explain in detail the work that needs to be done. Give you options that makes it easier to decode what to do.

I needed new tires and I wasn’t expecting my rim to be cracked. Chris told me the size rim I would need and told me to bring it in when I had it & they would swap it out. I took it in today & I had a bit of a wait ahead of me, but I didn’t care. I went to go pick up my car & was greeted by the friendly staff who told me I was all set and to have a great day!! I will have a great day, thank you!! I hope this staff never changes, they are simply the best!!!

They are the only place that I know of in Metro Detroit that offers a free air compressor to top off your vehicles tire pressure!

This location is usually pretty good but not yesterday. Went in for new tires on my wife’s Trailblazer and came out with a filthy looking interior. I understand you may get the interior a little dirty but come on, at least clean up after yourselves! Being busy and bad weather is not an excuse. Not a way to treat customers.

Dec 1, 2020From the inspection of Sept 2020, found out that right rear Shock had leaked, and no fluid in it at all. Appointment was a Breeze, and was in and out in an hour. With two new Life Time Warranty Shock on the rear of my wifes Nissan Quest, its driving just as smooth as the day we took it off the new car lot in Aug of 2013. Belle Tire Rocks!Sept 2020Brought my wifes Nissan Quest in for a possible Horse Shoe Nail in her tires. Found non but did discover that the Passinger Rear Shock had leaked all its fluid out and needed replaced. Great upfront staff, and the backroom mechanics by far are very reliable and honest.

I checked my dash cam and listed to the guy making very rude remarks about me. Moral of the story is pay attention if youre on camera or not. Ill never go back to this location again.

Replaced the sway bar on my Jeep. The work was done and good, I just wished that they would have told me at that time that I needed my front passenger axle and CV joint replaced as well, instead of later. Maybe I could have had it done right then. Im not mad, just disappointed! I dont have the $926 for this yet. Inspection? I had never been to Belle Tire and if Discount Tire had done that kind of work when I purchased the new tires from them earlier that morning, I could have had everything done there. The wheel alignment is what brought me to Belle Tire in the first place.

Very rude employees who didn’t acknowledge me as I stood at the Service desk. Two guys were on the computer however, they should have said something instead of acting as if I wasn’t there. I was a loyal customer until today. They have lost my business.

Went there with a big nail/screw in my tire. Belle fixed it with no problem. There was a wait but that is understandable in these times. They are following the rules with masks and the chairs in the show room are at least 6 feet apart.

Scheduled an appointment for alignment online for 9am. Arrived early and immediately greeted and checked in. The alignment technician Robert was courteous and very knowledgeable regarding my truck with a custom steering set-up. Alignment, questions answered, and road test completion within 45 minutes of my truck on the rack. I have used this Belle Tire for alignments on this vehicle for several years, always a great job. Appreciate Roberts thoroughness during the alignment. 👍👍🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

I would not recommend anyone to patronize this place the customers service is very unprofessional, the company hit my vehicle and tried to deny the damages. So be mindful if you decide to take your vehicle to them to take pictures of your before you utilize them and inspect you vehicle when they return it to you. But use them at your own risk!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Untrained and dishonest employees! Went there to get a flat replaced from a pothole. Because my tires had 1/32 of an inch of difference between tread they made me replace two tires on a vehicle less than a year old. Company policy. Ok fine. Then try to tell me I need a 4 wheel alignment. Again, car less than a year old. No thanks. The kicker: I pick up my car and the two tires they replaced were both 18 psi overfilled!!!!!! Overinflated tires lead directly to premature tire wear so youll need new tires sooner!!! Coincidence coming from a tire shop?? I think not!!!!! How am I supposed to believe you when you say I need an alignment when you cant even properly inflate tires!?!? Youre a tire shop!! I had to pull over to the air machine and correct the pressure myself. Only to have the salesman come out and try to tell me it would adjust after driving around. Fortunately I know my car better than him so I had to let out 18 psi of each tire to get them to a safe level. I should get money taken off my bill since I had to do part of their job for them!!!!! I will never go to a Belle Tire again and I will steer all my friends and family elsewhere.

Dropped off my wives van for a slow leak in a tire, with a couple old truck tires with rim leaks. Picked em up 2 hours later, and the guy behind the counter told me it was on the house because Ive spent so much there on my jeep tires :) Awesome customer service every time Ive been here.

I had ball joints and tires put on my Escape . Left my car there and they called me 4 hrs later . Did a good job with no surprises . A little pricey but they have a good reputation and warranty on their work . Update : I had to take my car back because one of the tires had a slow leak . It needed a valve stem replaced . They got it fixed but it took 1 1/2 hours to get it done . I thought that was a little too long, but it is done now and no charge .

Cant beat the price on tires or Mechanical Services, they do struts shocks, front end parts, brakes, oil changes, and much more. Top Notch mechanics. And great Tire techs

Rick the manager was hungry and had a little attitude the whole time. Didn’t get greeted and felt like I was doing him a favor. Happy with the tires and install, inside staff did well. Rick needs to have lunch first before he talks to customers and his staff was rude. Asked about a competitor price discount and was mocked because I didn’t include shipping. “ so your telling me you want to pay more”. I never appreciate people talking to me like I’m stupid and I’m spending 700 on new tires I want to be acknowledged not stand there and ask for service.

I needed 2 new tires. I made a appointment the day before and got the price too. I didnt wait and was done in a half hour. The guys there are very nice and helpful. Ive been going to Belle Tire for years. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

BE VERY CAREFUL at this Belle Tire & ask to see your full charges in writing before having them do any work, there word is not good enough!! Went in for a covered flat repair & found out I had a bad Tie Rod, no big deal but they didn’t tell me about all the hidden fees, I found out about one of them after paying & reading my paperwork for the services performed. I understand cars & labor but all the extras like $25 for a free year of tire alignments is BS & was not explained to me or I would have declined. I will never have them work on my car again unless it’s covered (free under their warranty). It’s pretty bad when you can hear the staff talking about charging for things that are not needed so they can make money, since this is their “ bread & butter”!

I pulled in, ran inside and begged for them to help me ... unfortunately the way my job is if I’m not there at exactly the right time there is a brief time the children would be alone. I know I was panicking. I was told it would be at least an hour to repair my tire ... Again I panicked .... Not knowing what else to do I went to my car and started texting trying to find someone to get to the kids ... By the time I made my first text they came out to get my car .... I couldn’t believe it ! You guys saved the day ! I was out of your store in 20 minutes... Thank you for dealing with me while I was panicking! I honestly can’t thank you guys enough!

Have always had great service and experiences at Belle Tire on Gratiot in Roseville, MI. We have always been treated courteously and gotten what we paid for. I am impressed with the free tire rotation and repair (which we have used several times on both cars). Best tire selection and prices for my car in town.

Came in to get new tires put on my car. I was told it will be about two hours and I’m still here after two hours. Meanwhile my car has been sitting outside for the past 45 minutes and no one has said anything about it. I asked and they told me someone is bringing it out for me. Almost half hour later after asking, I’m still sitting here waiting while my car is outside. I will not come back after this.

They got me in right away for emergency repairs and there was a lot to be done! Very resonable and quite possible saved me and my car from being in a serious accident.

Sent my girl friend up there to get air put in her tire. She arrived there at 520pm, and she was told we close at 6pm and were trying to get out of here. She was told we cant do it today. Now thats great customer service!!! She ended up going to discount tire and they helped her out!

I have to say my family goes to this belle tire and weve had great service. Matt, the manager has just about always handled our needs. Matt is very friendly and knowledgeable. Belle tire is my automotive repair shop there prices are fair and they dont sell me what I DO NOT need.
