This place is off the hook. Great people, great service. They always seem to care! Only one issue, insurance co-pay. I wish my co-pay wasn’t $40 a pop. Makes it a little difficult to get in there as much as I should.

They love wild turkeys. Anyone who loves wild turkeys is OK in my book. Actually the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly enough to facilitate a healing that is not only physical but spiritual as well. As soon as a patient walks through those doors, a metaphysical energy seems to lift the spirits and promote the healing process even before the application of the technological innovation in their physical therapy. The staff is outstanding and my only regret is that I did not share my expert turkey call with them as they marvelled at the group of wild turkeys strolling past their therapy room window.

I’ve been to several Chiropractic facilities and this is the first time I felt heard and my concerns addressed. Dr. Heather Taylor asked me many questions and I can tell she genuinely cares about my well being. She’s also small, but mighty. I was surprised how well she was able to get my lower back to crack. Adjustments, massages, decompression machines oh my! This facility has it all and I’m so happy it was recommended to me.

My toddler has only been seen twice so far and yet has already shown improvement! He couldn’t lift his right leg more than an inch or two off the ground- and this weekend he is climbing up slides and onto the couch! When I was so concerned about him, the staff checked in and showed they genuinely care about his well being! So thankful!

Everyone at the office was so friendly! They were also super sweet about me needing the bring my toddler along since I had no child care. The Doctor we saw was wonderful!! She took all the time necessary with x-rays, consultation and adjustment for my husband. The following massage was perfect for him. And, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We will be going back!

For my first time in and for what I was looking for the staff is very compassionate and they take the time to explain everything very thorough. Dr. Pitman took his time to examine and explain everything to me so that I could understand what is happening to my back. I believe I am going to love this place.

Dr Taylor was amazing. My son has been playing basketball pretty much all his life, as he got older and grew taller 64 he complained about his hips and lower extremity pain. Dr Taylor showed me as he laid on his back that his leg was longer than the other so his hips were misaligned which were causing all the discomfort. Needless to say my son walked out of there with a smile and saying he feels taller lol.. He couldnt believe how much better he felt and with a few more visits and better posture habits he will be back on the courts with more confident and no pain. Dr.Taylor is great for young athletes that put there bodies thru alot off and on the courts.

Everyone in the office and therapy areas are helpful and listen to you. Massage therapy too rough? Let them know and they might ease up a bit. Have questions about billing? I gave 4 stars because i have had only 1 visit. But my first visit is worthy of 5 stars. But consistency will improve my rating after few more visits if the treatment stays even close to service received first visit.That being said, i have had easily 40 different doctors manipulate and treat me over years, having been a professional Motorsports athlete for 40+ years has left me with more then a few broken parts and i have relied on good doctors to keep me mobile and enjoying the life i enjoy.X rays and no BS consult and straight to work. Spent enough time to get a good idea what and how to treat me and didn’t waste any of my time.His technique gave me solid adjustment and i left feeling good about my treatment. After past 7 other visits I’ve had with other facilities i was not satisfied and did not return for second visit.I Have found a place i want to get return treatments and hope they all end as well as my first visit in that case i will be a long term customer.

I had a neck and lower back injury from 2015 and have been receiving treatment the traditional medical route per my Healthcare provider. Whenever the pain grew worse the medications were increased or changed and I’d get a PT or acupuncture referral. The relief always felt temporary and my sleep kept getting worse with the ever present pain and always changing medications. This was the cycle and I never felt like I was improving but rather slowly getting worse and my mood reflected it. After 5 years, my lower back had gotten to a point where I was given 2 surgical options for fixing my herniated disc L4/L5. After my consult with the surgeon, a full recovery was definitely out of the question and there was a high probability I would need surgery in the future. I was not encouraged by the percentages but I was in so much pain, exhausted from not sleeping and desperate for some relief.My wife wasn’t pleased with the surgery consult either and after some research she brought me into Twin Creeks Health. Dr. Putman recommended his comprehensive therapy which included adjustments, massage, lumbar decompression, cold laser and vitamin supplement for disc health.After the first 6 lumbar decompression sessions, my improvements were obvious. I limped less, I could feel my left foot again and could sit down for longer periods of time. My mood was improving too. By 15 sessions, I didn’t need any nerve or pain prescription or OTC medications. I was able to sleep 6 hours straight compared to the 1.5 naps my body would allow before. I even started dreaming again.Today I can confidently say I am a different person. I think about the broken man who came in and I wish I could tell him to come into Twin Creeks Health 5 years earlier. My body is still healing but my family is excited dad is getting back to his normal active and happy self. I was referred to Dr. Putman by a friend of mine and had never been to a chiropractor before. I was a little nervous, but when I arrived for my first appointment I was blown away at how nice the office and equipment was, and how professional, kind and courteous the staff was! Dr. Putman has all of the latest equipment to help people recover and get back to normal and being happy! I had been suffering from sciatica for over three years and my quality of life wasn’t good. I was in so much pain all of the time and could barley sit down without severe pain. When I came to Dr. Putman I was in such severe pain I hadn’t slept more than two hours a night for over a week! I was at the end of my rope and thought no one could help me, but then after the first few treatments, I’m able to sit with no pain and my quality of life has improved drastically! I am able to finally sit in my vehicle without pain, sit down and eat without being miserable! I haven’t been this happy in years! Dr. Putman changed my life and he can change yours to. It’s only my third visit and I have a great first impression from consultation to the beginning of treatment. Dr Putman is articulate, knowledgeable, and thorough with his explanations.The staff I had interactions with— Chris, Wendy & Tara are very helpful, friendly and courteous. They made me feel at ease. The office is clean. As far as treatment, it seems very promising and I have high hopes that it will resolve my back issues. One day of treatment & it seems to alleviate the pain that runs through my left leg. I’m happy about that 😊Update: I have now completed the spinal decompression treatment and sciatica pain is gone. I have some manageable lower back pain with prolonged sitting but it seems to improve day by day. I’m back to hiking, golfing & easing up into a work out routine. I strongly recommend this place.

I went for the first time and was so impressed with Heather. She knows her stuff. She took x-rays of my body and is actually gonna come up with a game plan before adjusting me. Makes total sense. She also gave me information About my body that I did not know. Went over all my health history so she can get to know my body. She also did a full exam of every part of my body to see how it moves and rotates. She already knows which spots are going to need work.I have never had any dr. Do that for me. I have high hopes for what’s to come. She has helped my friend so much with her neck issues.I’m already sold on her and her business model.

Good chiropractic care from both chiropractors. I’ve been going there for several years for maintenance and have referred friends because I trust their care and expertise. The rest of the staff are awesome, friendly and caring. Before COVID-19, patients could opt to get a great 10 minute massage after their adjustment. It was a wonderful bonus and hopefully will return one of these days.

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I popped my sacrum out of place and couldnt walk or sit without being in severe pain. I went to see the doc. & Right after the appt I was able to sit then 2 days later completely pain free. I highly recommend! So glad I went! & Everyone is also so friendly there. :)

Dr. Putman and entire team are absolutely wonderful and can not speak highly enough about them. Dr. P helped advocate by referring me to MRI after year long fight with orthopedic specialist who kept insisting my hip pain was due to back injuries. With chiropractic care I was able to walk without cane prior to hip replacement, not caused by back:0) Had he not helped and encouraged me, I would probably be crawling by now. This place is hands-down not only the best alternative medicine experience but medical experience in general I have ever encountered! I received decompression therapy for a neck injury after paying some $7,000 for regular medical treatment. Dr. Putman and his amazing staff convinced me that he could cure my neck symptoms not just alleviate my pathology through decompression therapy. Have seen many chiropractors over the years in many parts of the country and Dr. Putman is by far the best I have ever been to. Ive been seeing him for many years and his treatment has been key to improving my health and reducing my pain.

I have been to 2 other chiro in the past but TWIN CREEKS by far is the best. The massage therapist are great, front line service desk is very good- Tara & Sheryl. Dr. Puttman & Dr.Vi are both very nice, understanding and really improve your back/ shoulder pain. I love this place and would highly recommend if you have any aches in your body and even for prevention therapy. This chiropractor also takes pregnant women with back issues and kids- amazing!!

Dr Mike Putman got me through the most intractable, & completely incapacitating back spasm that occurred after being in bed for 4 days due to another brief illness. He brought me a TENS unit & crutches, then later did ultrasound, & gentle adjustments until I could get to the office for a full adjustment of my lower back & more ultrasound. He also recommended that I call my MD for a muscle relaxer. I absolutely do not know what I would have done with this pain had it not been for his treatments.In the last 18 months, I have seen Dr Putman for very effective spinal decompression treatments of multiple bulging discs. He did a complete spinal evaluation & reviewed my MRI results to determine if I was a good candidate for treatment. After just 12 treatments, I was able to once again climb stairs with ease & resume all my normal daily activities & even add some that I didn’t think I could do again. Now I go for once a month follow-up decompression treatments. I appreciate that he offers that in a prepay package that also includes any adjustments, cold laser, ultrasound, massage or additional treatments I might need. It’s a totally cost effective way to get your Freedom back. I’m so thankful to have such a caring knowledgeable doctor! Thank you to Dr Putman & your wonderful staff!

This is a highly unethical medical facility. My law firm referred a patient to them and they attempted to steal the patient from my office and refer the patient to a law firm they have a business relationship with so that they could overcharge my client in the end from the settlement. These people are crooks and this facility should be avoided.

I went to Dr. Putman a few months ago hoping he can fix my problem that i am having with my legs. HUGE MISTAKE!!! After being told he knew what was wrong with me and he can help relieve the pain. I gave him a try only to find no improvement nor relief. He manipulated me into coming back just so he can take my money. After i told him there was no improvement. He kept saying that he was going to try something new next visit. During that time i received an unprofessional massage by one of the workers there that caused even more pain. I decided to stop going and he kept charging me for services I didnt receive. He also refused to pay me my money back when i questioned them about it. Worst experience ever!!
