I bought Kitchen Aid appliances from Rc Willy Roseville I got them after 5 months delay..!? After two months of using it, they started to break down and needed to be repaired. They came four times and only repaired the dishwasher, but it didnt work. They do not accept any responsibility in this regard and only says to talk to the Kitchen Aid company that I called them several times but they did not answer correctly. In any case, customer orientation is fearful but below zero and does not accept any responsibility for the sale of its equipment.

Can I give zero stars. Today was the third time they came out to exchange a defected chair and for the third time they didnt bring the new chair. Today they brought a love seat instead of the chair. The other 2 times they simply didnt have that piece, saying they thought it was just a return. When I tried to call the store on so very many occasions and asked for the the store manager by name, she never called me back. I would get a call from someone else who could not solve the problem. Thus every time a new mistake. When I asked for the warehouse/delivery manager they said to call the store.When I left messages for the 2 sales people who sold me the items I never got a call back. These are tough times I know, but for all of us. I have now had to hold 3 entire days open for these deliveries, I am self employed and cant wait til the night before to book my appointments like they do. Mistakes can be made, but I will never shop there again because of the poor customer service. If someone who cared had gotten on the phone, I believe this would have been solved. I was told by delivery that they would call me right away--- they havent. So here I am. Lastly; they have billed me the wrong amount and are trying to collect interest from me., because I dont wish to pay it in full when it is incorrect. Clearly, customers are not important to them.

Clean store - standard low-mid quality furniture. It is super clear that their staff are paid on commission though. Picking up an inexpensive mattress for our kid was uncomfortable. The sales staff kept trying to steer us into $1,000+ mattresses for a kids bed. If you dont mind the used car lot full of vultures, then this store is an OK option.

The experience at the store was exceptional. Salesman (Dave L) was very kind, knowledgeable,friendly, and patient while he showed us different bedroom furniture. The next day, his follow-up was also great, as he confirmed the delivery date and time as promised. The unfortunate and really disturbing part of this transaction was that the delivery guys were obviously put-out that they needed wait a few minutes to enter my house. Delivery time was scheduled 8:00am-10:00am; they arrived at 7:38am and I wasnt quite ready so I asked the man to wait for a few minutes. When I returned, I walked outside where two men were waiting by the truck. I said Good morning, sorry for asking you to wait, I wasnt expecting you until after 8:00. One man responded and simply asked which room the item was to be placed. This was at 7:42 and neither man uttered a single word for the rest of the time. No Hello, no Good-morning, not a word. They were extremely quick and careful about handling the items while they were in my home and I appreciate the fact they were on time and even early. But, no one wants that kind of attitude or the blatant display of being annoyed and put-out. No thank-you, no good-bye, not even an acknowledgment that they arrived earlier than expected and somehow thats my fault. The last part of this experience was a deal-breaker for me and will seriously influence me to shop elsewhere. No one needs to be treated as if theyre being done a favor or that its a privilege to do business with a company, but thats how these guys acted.

The level of professionalism from the delivery team was not even deserving of 1 star. They were rude, lack professionalism, and generally seemed that I had inconvenienced them by having to deliver appliances and pick up old ones that were already removed and waiting in the driveway. Wont be doing business with RC Willey in the future

Sales reps at the appliance center didnt seem too concerned about us standing and waiting for somebody to help us. Even though there was a sales rep leaning on a counter top twiddling his thumbs. Way to go RC Willey. Waited 30 minutes for someone to help and bought an LG electric slide-in stove. Might be the last time we step foot at this place. We were in a schedule crunch to find the dementions of this stove so that the counter top guy can cut our counter. If not we would have left and gone elsewhere.

If you have tons of money, Im sure your experience will be different than mine. However I went to look at beds and to buy a microwave hood. The salesman were friendly in a shark kind of way, and helpful in my choice of product. However the gal at checkout seemed perturbed that I was paying cash. And then we had to leave the store, drive over the freeway and around down the street to pick it up at their distribution center. Which was ok, the guys there were very helpful and efficient, fitting it into my tiny Chevy electric car. Just lousy customer service at the store.

The company ask you to phone thirty minutes prior to pick up. We did and still ended up waiting 20 min in the parking lot? Box was dis shaped and mangled, soft ball size hole with hardware pack poking out. Sceptical to say the least. When I question the cartons condition. They assured me the contents were intact and accounted for. After assembly I was very pleased to see it was complete and intact. I will continue to give RC Willey my business

I went to this place because it is a new place and has new selections I was able to purchase an item that I was looking for right away and the sale price was good I was there at the end of grand opening sale. I would highly recommend to a friend. Sales people were very friendly and helpful....

It is unfortunate to have to give the distribution team a low review, but I feel I need to. I purchased a 5 drawer chest/dresser from RC Willey. When picking it up, the two guys who put it in the car were SUPER nice and helpful. They killed it.When we got it to my place, the top drawer we noticed was having a hard time sliding in/out. Turned out the ball bearings were damaged on one side. So, a team came out 3 days later and dropped off a new one and picked up the old. Again, nice guys and they explained how sometimes the prep crew makes mistakes because they arent the ones delivering so it isnt on them if anything bad happens. Found that interesting.Again, the crew did not check the dresser for issues, but I immediately noticed another issue with one of the drawers, this time an entire ball bearing missing on one side. Again, a crew came out four days later.This time, I let one guy in the front door to show him the issue, but when we came back downstairs the guy had let himself into my condo and was just walking around... I was pretty shocked and upset. He was nice, but he just let himself in (the door was closed behind the first guy). They also proceeded to goof around getting it up the stairs, cracking jokes and hitting a couple parts of my wall. Finally, they got it upstairs and left with sweat ALL OVER the dresser. I feel for these guys working their tails off in the heat, so I honestly wasnt very upset about that.. but they couldve wiped it off - Im sure it happens a lot.Well, this one was damaged as well, surprise surprise, but it was all cosmetic this time. So RC gave me a credit and I went on my way.Very upset by the experience overall and probably wont go back again unless I find a killer deal. We will see.

My order was at the time of delivery I thought for a complete dining set,but when it was delivered quite to my surprise that was not my order.I had in fact ordered just the table....but the deliveryman said no problem just call customer service and they would order the chairs.Yes it cost more but....it was well worth it,and I didnt have to call because before the deliveryman had left... customer service was calling me and I had my chairs delivered in a few days...I am very happy that I chose RC Willey and would not change a thing..except watch what I click next time.

Never have had an issue with this store. Started with my husband and I buying our first flat screen led TV with the card they offer. So far have bought a laptop and just recently a couch. Been very pleased with products and customer service and prompt delivery.

The service at R C Willeys is second to none. Prices are great and the warranty program they have is wonderful. If you do not use the warranty and when the warranty is up you can apply for and receive one half of the cost back. Now thats a great warranty worth purchasing.

The pickup process is pretty smooth at this facility. It was not their fault that the saleman did not tell us that our office chairs would come needing assembly. NOT HAPPY about that. Husband just getting over surgery so I dont know what were going to do.
