We had an amazing experience at the store with Caleb. He matched us with a great recliner. Smooth and easy transaction. Delivery is scheduled in 4 days.UPDATE: the automatic recliner was delivered damaged. The wiring was damaged so the recliner buttons are all unusable. There are cat hair on it. Might be a returned item. Disappointed.The delivery men are nice tho and they put in a ticket to have someone come and fix the wiring. We are still waiting for it to get fixed.Will update this review accordingly.UPDATE: called after a week of not hearing from Becker, turned out the delivery men didnt put it an repair ticket. And we were told theyre not sure when they can repair it and that the manufacture is from overseas and shutdown.This is supposed to be a brand new recliner. We paid 1200$ for a piece of junk and terrible customer service hotline.

I went to the Roseville location today in search of a couch. There selection is very wide ranging in styles, color, and price. I was greeted upon entering the store. The store employee which helped me was very nice and courteous. I looked throughout the entire top floor and the bottom floor as well, and settled on a tan colored leather sofa that was within my price range. I’m really excited to get my sofa delivered to my new apartment this Saturday! I had been looking all over including at IKEA, online at Wayfair, and various other stores and couldn’t find what I was looking for. The sofa that I purchased is very soft and cushy, but was also not over the top expensive. Well they do have some very luxury sectionals and recliners and such, they also have items on the lower end without compromising quality.

Went to about 6 furniture stores with my wife and two young kids. Furniture shopping with kids isnt the easiest process... then we went to Becker at Rosedale Center and it was great. Caleb made the process easy. He made us feel comfortable, and was super friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable, but didnt make us feel inferior even though we do not know much about interior design or furniture. He helped us make good choices on a few key pieces-- will be back. Never will I buy from here again. I had my delivery set up for Friday. I was very straightforward that I needed it by the weekend for a family member who cant sit on anything else. Said family was at house on Thursday night I received the auto message confirming delivery. 2hrs later the guy from the store calls and says they forgot to drop the chair at the distributor. So I now have to wait another week. He didnt give a damn how much they screwed me. I paid for full delivery and set up and ill be damn if Im paying for it now. This place is a joke.

Poor quality. Uncomfortable. Strongly do not recommend.We bought a couch and two chairs from Becker. These have not come close to meeting our expectations.The couch has been an awful experience. The front right leg has failed. There are no threads in the couch leg hole. So when I insert the leg, there is nothing to hold it secure. Eventually, it kicks out, and the couch collapses. We have our couch up on blocks now. That was discovered within the first month or so. About 6 months in, a seam on the back cushion started to come undone. This will only get bigger in time.One of the chairs also has quality control issues. One of the arms is not level. It should lie flat - like if you were looking at a clock, it should run from 9 - 3. Our chair is more like 9 - 4, 9 - 5.Overall, this has been an awful experience. We spent a lot of money (for us) on two chairs and a couch that have been defective since the start.I strongly recommend going elsewhere for furniture, and have been advising anyone I know of to shop at any other store.Lastly, we feel the chairs and couch are very uncomfortable. There is no support and I can only sit in them for short amounts of time before my back starts to hurt. Very upsetting and very disappointing. I feel like we were ripped off.If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

However, once we found one our experience was great. Precious was very courteous and helpful. While she processed our order she visited with me about her kids and mine. The in-store experience was sub-par due to the person we were working with being a little too involved with our shopping experience, but thats pretty much what you get from any furniture store. On the other hand our delivery drivers went above and beyond getting the couch to fit into our home. We had an entry way that was too small but we were able to open a back window enough to fit the couch in and carry in through that way, and they had to walk around the house in the snow and they did so with no issues. We appreciated their efforts to get this to work for us, and would recommend it for everyone.

My experience at this store yesterday was great. This is no pressure buying at its finest. These are items Im gonna live with for years so its kind of a big deal to me. The sales staff made me feel comfortable with their transparency on prices, availability, shipping options and warranty coverage. Look up Tim if you go to the Roseville location. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Caleb was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the store and went above and beyond to help me secure the couch I was interested in. The price of the couch was very reasonable and I liked that it also came with the throw pillows that were displayed--a nice addition! Since Becker is a Minnesota-based retailer, a lot of the furniture is already in stock or if its being shipped, it will come fairly quickly (even in COVID times). No record of our sale. 25 minutes on hold. Recliners only plastic part shattered. Again, no record of our sale which was the electric recliner, electric reclining sofa and a third chair with heat and massage. How the F do they not forward our sale to the main store???? It was 30 years since our last purchase, that fell apart but I was able to fix it myself. UPDATE: Was contacted by the Woodbury store. The pleasant lady contacted me due to my Google rating which I’m not sure is good or bad. The good was she was able to find our purchase order. There is a work order in place. We will see how it goes from here. Update:12-10. Repair man was out November 21st. Was told that little bit of plastic, of which I sent photos, is actually part of the motor. Call me skeptical. Still not fixed. Dear Becker. I want my money back. Come get your recliner and bring me a check

DO NOT BUY FROM BECKER!!Ordered expensive furniture, waited forever, then found out after 5 months it was in a warehouse. Took work off and they missed the delivery date, then guess what loveseat is broke. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. Paid for a warranty, they can have it back. We have new furniture with a sign on it. Today I approached this young lady named Becca Walter and she was very patient and nice to me when I asked her a ton of questions about the Black Friday sale and she did a good job explaining the sales and the deals with the $300 dollar gift card purchase of your item or keeping it she told me a lot of good information about the 5 year montage plan because I had a problem with my sofa being damaged by my cats nails they are crazy long even when there clipped then Becca told me about the 5 year montage plan that I had no clue about I was sold by the idea of the protection plan I told Becca Ill be seeing her on Black Friday to make a purchase on a sofa and love-seat, she was joy to be around and I thanked her for her time and for being so patience and nice, Ive never seen anyone as nice as Becca with such a good heart she really made my day and put a smile on my face by the time I came into Becker and the time I left Becker thank you again and Ill see you on Black Friday!!!

Most frustrating way to spend $2,500 that I can remember. TERRIBLE service on a defective piece. Please dont plead Covid. I waited patiently the 16 weeks it took to arrive. It has been in my home 4 weeks. I have called, e-mailed, asked to speak to management, and sent old fashioned letters. I have heard from 2 managers that they are going to do something. Ordered a couch in early June and paid cash. It is now the day before September and just received an email basically saying sorry, still not coming, not sure when it is. Why are you even selling something that you can’t deliver on for THREE MONTHS? I could literally have grown a third of a human fetus in me in the time it has taken you to get an ikea-grade couch delivered.If I had taken out credit from you to buy it I can guarantee you wouldn’t be cool with me not paying for that long. Especially if I sent an email saying “sorry, not sure when I’m going to pay you back”. so why is it okay when the roles are reversed and it’s the customer’s money?

The sales lead who helped me was very friendly. She was on her way to the bathroom when we met on the stairs, and she ran back to find me once she was done. There was a buy one select recliner, get one free sale, and they were in my budget so I said heck ye gimme two.Additionally, scheduling the delivery went without a hitch. Everyone involved was professional and polite. Ultimately, the delivery happened half an hour earlier than the projected window. The delivery guys were funny, friendly and quick. My dog loved them too. 10/10 would shop there again.

If you are looking for a retailer who stands behind their furniture, stay far away. Bought a $1,000+ dining room table set that started have wearing away of the veneer finish after two months. The issue spread to the entire table, so we contacted Becker to see what they can do. After 3 follow-up calls where we had to remind them of the issue and no progress had been made in finding a solution, we found out the manufacturer deemed the issue “water damage” based on the cell phone pictures we sent in, so there is nothing they can do. At Becker, that means there is nothing they are willing to do either. Store Manager Jason could not have been less helpful. After following up with him for two weeks, he also told us it is water damage and there is nothing they could do. They never sent a technician to our house or did any follow-up so they really have no clue. Table-wide water damage would be impossible. I know how to clean a table and we did not leave it submerged in water. After months of frustrating phone calls, we were left with nothing.

Bought our furniture through the Roseville location. We wanted something specific so we had to custom order. We paid extra for this. We paid in full the furniture that day. Then COVID happened, and I understand that things will be delayed. But we should at least get a phone call back with an update on what is going on. Our delivery date came and went and no phone call, no furniture. We had to have called at least 10 times with no answer and no call back. We got 4 different delivery dates and finally we got our furniture. Then 1 day later we found out there was something wrong with it. So we called and reported it. Then we didn’t get any time when they would come and fix it so we called back a couple weeks later. They said they would fix it and that guy would personally make sure it got done. 2 weeks later still nothing. Then we called again and asked to talk to a manager, Then they asked why and he said he could help us. Turns out there was no claim in the system at all!! Had to go through and make a claim. Then I still wanted to talk to a manager because they need to know how horrible service we have had. They told us we COULD NOT talk to a manager!?!? Unless there is something wrong with our claim...so we could call 100 times and they would not give us a claim number so we can never talk to a manager???

We visited every retail furniture store in the Twin Cities Metro without finding what we were looking for; dining room set, love-seat and leather chair. We went into the store certain that we would leave without finding the quality at a price we were willing to pay. Then we met Matthew J. the store manager. in a word, WOW he listened and heard what we were saying. We left after finding exactly what we wanted.
