OTR guys they open at 7am not the 24hrs listed. The 24hrs is for their emergency technicians, not shipping receiving. A little tight backing in drivers side with another company driveway across from dock. It’s easier to blind side.

Steve R. and all of the Technician at Metro Air Compressor Detroit are knowledgeable and to Quality work. Service and Parts departments are always easy to deal with, and respond Quickly. They have kept this 250HP Sullair Air Compressor serviced and running for over 25 Years or 220,000 hours of straight run time. They do excellent PM service and have parts in stock for your needs. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my service and parts needs.

Worked with Metro Air as a customer/Facilities Engineer for over 20 years. We have (3) large Sullair compressors totaling 900 HP with (2) Zeks dryers, storage tanks, drains, piping network and misc equipment. Metro designed and built (2) compressor rooms over the years and has kept up with our facility needs and demand for compressed air. Metro continues to deliver great compressors, peripheral equipment installations and service/preventive maintenance agreements. Steve and Paul are the best service technicians in the region, I always get a quick response and quality service. Metro has increased my knowledge of compressed air systems exponentially. Our plant operates 24/7 and there is no room for compressed air downtime or lack of preventive maintenance or performance. I can see why this company has bad reviews..... I just called for service and the man in the service department told me you would have to call somebody else we will not work on the air compressor I asked why and he said were just not. Then he Rudley hung up on me. If you guys need a compressor worked on do your self a favor and dont call these guys. Worst company and customer service ever!

We bought an air compressor from Metro Air in December of 2012, the company knew we had an unheated pole barn and did not inform us that the compressor needed to be in a heated room. Immediately after getting it we started having problems with it, and had to have the company come out to look at it.That is when they informed us that the compressor had to be in a heated room. The guy was here for a total of 45 minutes and did not actually touch it. When we got the bill we were shocked to see it was $532, looking at it further they had charged us for 4 hours labor(again he was only here for 45 min, and we have it on camera) and they charged us $101 for travel mileage. We have tried to dispute this and they said the guy no longer works for them so there is nothing they can do about it, We will never do business with them again.
