*****UPDATE****They reached out and we were able to exchange my wife’s glasses. She is very pleased with the new pair. Just wish it would not have been dragged out like it was.———————————————My wife was very unhappy with a pair of glasses once we got home and she had been wearing them for about a week. She tried to get past it, but they were really uncomfortable and the quality just wasn’t what she was expecting. The company boasts about a return policy and guaranteeing satisfaction if you are not happy for ANY reason, and that they can be returned or exchanged within 100 days. Yet, we get there and they were not accommodating at all. Why have a policy if you do not actually abide by it? You can tell the integrity of a company by how they respond to negative feedback, and seeing how they intentionally did not reply to another recent negative review yet all the recent positive reviews had replies speaks volumes. We will not be back to another Vision Works.

I came here as soon as I walked into empty store two work associates didnt even acknowledge me. I asked about getting my sons glasses fixed and just by a glace said there was nothing she could do to fix. I let her know I have insurance and she refused to look up information. When I requested her information since she wasnt wearing a name tag she smuggly gave me her name. Vicky. I would think customer service would be satisfactory given there was no one else in the store. I dont recommend this place at all. Vicky and doesnt even make eye contact or get up just sits and stares at the computer. Genesis was too busy looking at her hair and make up. Extremely disappointed!!

Great place with great workers. They are all very kind and helpful. They only ask if you need help once and wait patiently when you are looking for glasses. I appreciate when they leave me alone until I ask for help and when I do they give me the best service and recommendations when buying glasses. And theyre honest when judging if the glasses look good or not!

I brought in my eyeglasses that a lens had fallen out of due to a missing screw. Z was very helpful in getting the screw back in and replacing the lens. I wasn’t looking to purchase but I will in the future after the much needed assistance and great customer service. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great! Great! Great! Great! They are soooo accommodating. Due to many issues with my prescription being wrong, Vision Works made me FIVE pairs of bifocals before they were right. It was through no fault of Vision Works that the prescription was wrong, yet they continued to make new lenses until the prescription was right. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The staff was great! They were very helpful and made the whole experience wonderful ❤️❤️❤️ they have good products and a nice selection 👍 they were very patient with us. I will be visiting them again.

Vision works in Rosenberg is the best place. Joanna is so nice, friendly and observant. When I walked in to ask to clean my glasses she noticed my nose pieces should be changed. My glasses fit like new again. In the same day I wanted to order my contacts and my RX was not on file. Sharon went out in the heat to the eye doctor to bring a copy back. Both ladies exhibited A1 customer service.

The staff here is so helpful and the customer service is great! I stopped in after visiting Dress Barn and took advantage of their Summer Sale, 2 pairs of glasses for $59. Thank you, Jenny! You are awesome!

Very inconvenient hours and staff makes it seem like you are a bother by coming here. Working night shift 11 am or later appointments are not convenient at all. If I could get a refund since I have not been able to pick up my glasses I would definately go else where for my eyewear needs.

We recently visited Rosenberg visionworks for prescription glasses and were received promptly and courteously. Sharon immediately started working with us and helped select the right frame. Dianna helped with measurements for the best fit. Entire staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. They even helped us in expediting of our bifocal, progressive glasses and delivered it before promised time. We recommend this location very highly for the prescription glass needs.

Excellent Service! Bought glasses for both my parents from Sharon, the General Manager. Progressive HD Lenses with transitions and non-glare protection. Told us it would take ten days but they called us a few days before the ten day mark that the glasses were ready. Sharon was there the day we came in and she took care of us, greeted us and made sure my parents could see and read perfectly. Said if we needed adjustments to always come in whenever we needed to. My parents love their glasses couldnt ask for more. Sharon took great care of us! I would recommend this place to anyone. If they have a manager that is always smiling, and makes sure her patients are taken care of you can only imagine how amazing the rest of her employees are! Awesome!

I went in here needing glasses ASAP and was helped by Joanna. She was very patient in helping me find the right pair of glasses that went well with my face structure.
