STAY AWAY from this place. Getting you OWN prescription is extremely difficult from them and they want to keep you from buying glasses from elsewhereYIKES

Dr. Jiwani is excellent. His the best eye doctor I ever had. He explained everything in detail and carefully analyzed my eye health. I highly recommend him.

Dr Juwani made arrangements to make 2 pairs of glasses for my husband after the first pair were of poor quality with the lenses easily falling out. His office called to say that they would mail the glasses and prescription, and they never did. When we went to pick up the glasses at his Sugarland office there was only one pair and the doctor said that the second promised pair was the defective ones. We have asked repeatedly for the prescription, so we can get spare glasses made on our own, and the doctor and his office has refused to give it to us on multiple occasions giving multiple excuses such as the doctor is not here or you have to wait until you pick the other glasses to receive them. Why are you so adamant about holding on to a prescription that we can easily get for $80 somewhere else? Granted the time to see a different optometrist will be a slight inconvenience, but we will be looking for a doctor who is more straight forward in his business practices.

I had an appointment to see this particular doctor and he is no where to be found! Im very upset. This extremely unprofessional practice!

Husband had eye appt with Dr Jiwani today. I told him how impressed I am with my previous exam, prescription and counsel regarding care of my eyes when wearing contact lense. Husband loved the fact that Dr Jiwani took his time and he left confident he was examined by a very capable Optometrist. Thanks!
