Highly Recommend- This is the best tile and carpet shop in Rosenberg.I went to several tile shops in Texas and this was by far the best tile shop. It has a very great selection to choose from, all sizes and styles. Very affordable prices and great service.

1/23/18 - justice had been served. Thank you God, victory was achieved. Truth came out. I hope no one will be going through what we went through with him. No one deserves to be taken advantaged of and be treated unfairly. I hope he learned his lesson but I doubt it, he had too much arrogance in his heart and only cares for money. No empathy and no integrity. What a shame he is in customer business.Never trust Badru, the owner ! He did my tiles which was horrible experience. It has been 6 months, he never came back to repair it. Make sure you sign a contract, he is very shady and always try to find ways to get more money from you.He is a liar. I am still dealing with him in court.He blamed his tile installer that I never met till he came to install my tiles. He told lawyer that installer is who I paid and should be responsible. Never trust him, he is a scam, all sweet words and never cares for his clients. He makes you feel helpless and will yell at you over the phone.

Went to store to get a flooring quote. Provided them with floor lay out and square footage of each room, selected a tile from the store and was told I would be called with an estimate. 7 days later had not been contacted. Called number on website and the gentleman who answered said he would check and call me back. 3 hours later I had to call again and was told I needed to call the store number to get the estimate. This was an immediate red flag and told the gentleman who answered if this is how he handled his business I wanted no part. I would highly recommend you DO NOT do business at this store. Very bad customer service and follow up as promised.

We had searched high and low for a particular wood look porcelain tile. We found it in many places but the price was extremely high. Best quality gave us a great price and delivered the next day. This is an excellent family owned business with excellent service.

I walked in, asked for their cheapest tile. The lady walked up to the wall telling me they had 341 Sq ft remaining, quoted me a price then arranged for me to pay and pickup tomorrow as they had to pull it out. Excellent. No sales pressure. Done.
