I love shopping at dollar tree, but this store mostly have few items compared to nearby dollar trees, why dont you store lot of items those are available online (we dont need the whole case quantity to buy). There are lot of beautiful items online not in store, which is very disappointing. Please do store more and more items.

The 2 sociopaths that work there had a absolute melt down when I came in without a mask. I advised them that I have a medical condition and their response was I dont care, its sad that you dont care about other people I will never shop her again. Worst customer service ever. This is what our society has come to.

BEWARE!!! If your African American do not shop at Dollar Tree in Rosemount. The manager is a bigot and very disrespectful. He serves white customers only!!!!

Friendly staff clean and organized. I love this dollar tree. Its always clan not too busy and very fast and friendly checkout. I also love using coupons and never have any issues using them as opposed to other dollar tree stores. I will always go yo the Rosemount location even though it is out of my way just for the great experiences.

Great selection and the staff is so nice and helpful. This is one of the cleanest dollar trees also.

I love my Dollar Tree store in Rosemount! I have found many items I thought would only be carried in big grocery stores for only a dollar! I wasnt looking for a microwave egg cooker but found one As seen on T.V. (regularly $9.99). I got one but thought What a great Xmas gift! So went back to buy some more. To my surprise I found 4 more! Sorry folks, got the last ones. Dont you just love Dollar Tree?

Awsome staff! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Store was clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

Normally staff is friendly service but today was very odd walk in to a rude lady with a bad attitude she was rude checking us out was very disappointed I’ll probably not go back and I come every week to this store

Love the store. But the women who work their talk and gossip about each other endlessly and its very irritating. One of the lady cashiers is really rude.

This is not the biggest Dollar Tree store but it definitely has all the basics you might be looking for and more. The employees are also friendly and helpful.

My fiance and I went into the store to pickup an online order, which had 6/24 vases broken. The manager never apologized for the inconvenience and seemed to truly not care, and didnt say bye or offer to carry the boxes for us. The staff was even more apathetic and did not great any guests, took out his phone as we were talking to him. Overall terrible customer service.

Ok - the usual dollar store items. I like stocking up on greeting cards here. My only draw back is theres usually lines for checking out and my quick in and out buy ends up taking longer than I planned.

Horrible customer service. I called and asked if an item was available and the manager claim he checked and stated they didnt have it. Went in the store and they had am entire rack full of it. I knee because I wasnt on hold long enough. The worst part of the issue is the item was nearly in arms reach...Sad

Really like the merchandise but the sales staff are so rude and disrespectful - unfriendly, dont greet you, dont have rye contact, dont thank you for coming. Terrible. Enough to make a drive to Eagan.
