Place was clean and organized. But thats it. The middle aged man with the middle eastern accent was very rude to his employee, I dont understand why bosses have to be such power trips but it really threw off my vibe, at a tobacco store thats very unfortunate, good luck for whoever works for that guy, I pitty the employees.

The staff is polite and helpful, the cigar humidor is above average for what you usually find at places that dont specialize in cigars. And their prices are pretty reasonable (esp for the cigars I get). There are a lot of places in the south metro set up like Green Leaf, but this place is the only one of those I will shop at.

If you want to work here, rethink that because the police launch a search warrant every month. They dont train you so expect to be tossed in there, $12 an hour, hahahaha yeah good luck to future employees.

Used to stock my tobacco but everytime I go in, the only bags they have left are the ones I havent bought yet. Tall, dark haired, darker skinned lady behind counter was kind of a *itch. She barely recognized me purchasing from her because she was too busy yelling at another girl employee about not eating or something. Until they get her from behind the counter and start stocking my product again (Smokin G orange bag) I wont be coming back.

Place always opens late. Stopped by at least 5 times the last month and everytime it’s opened 15-20 minutes late. Whole load of people waiting everytime. If you say you’re open at 8:30 AM open up on time. People have to go to work and you see the frustration from people waiting and leave angrily. They expect to come and stop by. Have talked to many people waiting and I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Great price and store but don’t think I’ve ever seen this place open on time. You guys should really check yourself and if you can’t wake up and open on time push the open time back.

This shop has a great selection of vape juices and e-cigarette devices. The staff is very knowledgeable about new products and is very helpful in working with customers to find the products they want. Whenever I am in I always feel like I am greeted like a friend. At this shop they also have a large room dedicated to cigars, not something that other shops in the area have. They also supply low nicotine salt juices, which also is hard to find in other shops.

The couple that owns and runs this establishment are very friendly and informative. I feel like family coming in here. I truly appreciate your business.

I went here with a friend and the guy working stood with his arms crossed as my friend asks for a specific coil for her vape device. He responds by flatly stating, They dont exist. After she tells him that they do because she has used them before he says, they do not exist here so dont bother asking again. He then ignored her and moved on to a customer who had just walked into the store. Rude service! I would not recommend this place and will be spreading the word.

Called in to confirm that JUUL Classic Menthol 4pk of Juul Pods were on sale. Whichever employee picked up the phone told myself and my girlfriend over the phone( two different calls, just to make sure) that those were the ones on sale for $10 a pack. Drive for 40 minutes only to find out its a knock off brand that is $10 and the Juul 4pk are $25. Not only was my time wasted but so was my gas and faith in retail. Im very specific in what I want, and I was very specific with my question. Was lied too under pretense of saving money. And then when I didnt want to buy the Juul 4pks at that price the employee scoffed at me then had the audacity to offer me the pods that were the knock off ones that were $10. I simply rolled my eyes and said no that is not what im here for and walked out. Regardless if the Ad has the knockoff brand in it I asked a specific question about a specific product with specific price and I was lied too. Those kind of ethics in business are undesirable and very dishonest.

Great pipes and cigars the glass pieces are made with a thick sturdy glass too, after seeing other tobacco stores this one is the best I highly recommend it if you want your moneys worth!

Went in to buy cigarettes. my brand is marlboro 100 black that have always been $5.04 a pack everywhere. and at green leaf tobacco on their marlboro 100 blacks they had $.50 coupons. the total came to $10.52 for two packs. when i asked the guy how much they were a pack he said they were $10.52 a pack. that made no sense to me since the sign right under the marlboro 100 blacks said $5.01 a pack. the guys said no, theyre special blend. but even the special blend packs had $5.01 under them.nothing of the experience made much sense to me other than he was trying to rip me off and i will not be a returned customer. beware of the dishonest guy at the register.

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Staff is often rude, impatient and dismissive. Prices are subjective daily it seems.
