Great customer service, facility needs some attention.

Joanne was really nice new what I wanted once I just said it didnt even need explanation. Vivian executed my drink to perfection I have asked for this drink many times before and they never get it right so I was pleasantly surprised thanks soo much girls!!

Good service but parking is sometimes packed there. Also there were sometimes homeless people outside as well. Like this one Vietnamese lady (without mask) always kept loitering outside at one of the seats/tables all the times there. And this one guy (with/without mask) always kept loitering next to the door outside there every mornings. Managers and employees never really did anything to them at all. This plaza needs to hire a security guard around there, otherwise its ghetto.

The place is running out of everything, no white sugar, low on straws where they were only giving out straws for Frapuccinos, a new Barista with a bad attitude, and to top it off the table I used to sit on has been taken over by a billboard they stuck on there for God knows what, and its been like that for a month now 😒😒😒If I go back to that Starbucks it wont be because itll be my first choice 😑😑😑

It was a quick stop at this location.Staffs were nice, polite, and friendly.I had venti-sized hot cameral macchiato. It has been a while.COVID spread out is getting lower and lower. Today, I re-visited this local Starbucks in Rosemead. I am so glad that I did. Today, I met Andrea she is the manager.She made me feel like my life mattered.This is how. So, they are practicing physical distancing and requiring face coverings. I did not realize I had entered without a face covering. But, Andrea noticed. She asked me if I could use a face covering. I did not have one. I said YES! I. Whew! Then, she helped me with my order be sure I got it right. When she realized that I ordered a drink smaller than I wanted. She had my drink upgraded to the size I wanted. The Customer service was so excellent in this Starbucks that I had to tell Andrea if I were grading customer service today I would’ve given you an A+. She just smiled.

Drinks are always great but what makes a huge difference are their people skills. Today was exceptional. The gentleman ask if I needed anything else including ice water. Kindness and thoughtfulness goes a long ways. Thank you !!!

They’re forgetting my drink make me wait for long time

If I could give 1/2 star I would. We ordered a hot chocolate for my son. There was no chocolate in the cup. Look at the photos. Come on cater to all of the public not just the ones who hang out outside.

Mobile order at this location is awesome and a total lifesaver! Midnight mint mocha is my new favorite drink. Friendly staff that greets with a happy hello and a genuine smile.

Pink drink was watered down... andbitbtook over 25 mins to get one grande drink when it wasnt that busy.

Literally just took a few sips almost nothing due to so much ice. I had even said little ice and this is more than half of my VENTI cup!! Workers are getting lazy to prepare what customers pay and ask for.

Service is fast and friendly. A lot of parking space.

Easy access from two main streets and enough parking most of the time. The tables and chairs are usually pretty full of socialites and those studying. Despite the crowds, the store is kept clean. Drinks are made well unless theres a Happy hour, when they seem to rush and not give full pumps of flavoring.

Everytime we are here we are either alone or there is only one person walking in or out. The choice of flavors is slim compared to other locations and brands. Also the fruit is usually all gone or just a bit on the bottom. Need some help here.

Im a literary everyday customer for Starbucks I order the same drink everyday. Today my guy went too order for me but forgot too order soy milk on my drink went with high expectations thinking illbe taken care off, and the manager wanted too charge me the whole drink, who put this lady there? She was like okay and proceed too charge me. Ive had that experience before but amber usually just remakes it for me. The baristas were so friendly though I love them but the manager needs too go. So disappointed in today I went around 1256 pm. Im an everyday customer but after today they lost me. Wont be going anymore.

5 stars for service. Very friendly, heard them great their regulars by name. A group of 5 gentlemen sat drinking their coffee and socializing. People came and went quick. The 4 stars are for location conditions. You can tell a lot about the neighborhood by the condition of the parking lot. It needs to be redone, walkways need to be really cleaned. For a small place, there was enough parking.

I usually go there, and they just provide almost good service every time. The atmosphere there is really relaxing, for talking, for having a seat, or for wanna finish some work or study. So in all, this is an absolute Starbucks to try, and you probably love being there.

Great Starbucks in San Gabriel, friendly and courteous. Not like the one Eagle Rock and York Blvd. Horrible service they do not know the meaning of customer service, as well as patience and courtesy.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to! Service is wack. Workers are lazy and dont want to do simple task. Asked for no whip cream and the lady said we dont do that yet asked the next person in line if they wanted whip cream on their drink. Doesnt make any sense smh

Decent vibe, large seating area reminiscent of old school Starbucks. No couches :( professional staff is a plus! My girlfriend and I literally give almost $1000 bucks to Starbucks annually so I can be a tough customer yet the staff at this one location is quite professional and patient! Shout out to Phillip and one of the female managers with glasses! And some guy who goes against the trend, he was open enough to answer my simple questions about his choices without getting offended. In no way way was I rude, but I was happy to learn about a new person. I’m curious and annoying.

Stopped for a morning power up, to my surprise the atmosphere is a joyous oneThe team is friendly and their barista are through the roof! Stop by and say hello :)

Heavy smoking outside sometimes can overwhelm you. The parking lot has odors from the sewage... which can definitely be a turn off. The baristas here arent the most genuine in politeness nor the most friendly. The drinks are par for the course. Not the coziest feel indoors either... Line can also get quite long after school lets out... So all in all... it could be better, but if you need Starbucks... itll do.
